This paper focuses on the implementation of a three-phase four-wire current-controlled Voltage Source Inverter （CC-VSI） as both power quality improvement and Photovoltaic （PV） energy extraction. For power quality improvement, the CC-VSI works as a grid current-controller shunt active power filter. Then, the PV array supported by the Hill- Climbing maximum power point tracking （mPPT） controller is coupled to the DC bus of the CC-VSI. The output of the mPPT controller is a DC voltage that determines the DC-bus voltage according to the PV maximum power. From computer simulation results, the CC-VSI is able to compensate for the harmonic and reactive power as well as to extract the PV maximum power.

Solar generators are known worldwide as a means of generating clean electricity. However, the existence of battery banks causes alarm in the community by the existence of materials that degrade the environment by discarding them outside the norm. With the publication of Regulatory Standards 482/12 and 687/15, solar generators can be connected to the distribution grid, which serves as a means of accumulating the generated energy. The new changes were seen as an economic possibility, but there are more benefits. This has proved very important to make solar generation greener because it no longer needs large battery banks. This has also been shown to significantly lower the final value of the solar generator, bringing economic benefits. This paper aims to analyze the economic and environmental benefits of battery bank distribution in solar generation.

Atherosclerotic carotid stenosis is an important risk factor for stroke. Carotid plaques(CPs) causing stroke may present a distinct type of molecular pathology compared with transient ischemic attack( TIA)-associated or asymptomatic plaques. We compared the gene expression profiles of CPs from stroke patients( n =12) and asymptomatic patients( n =9),both with similar risk factors and severity of carotid stenosis(>70%). Sixty probes showed over 1.5-fold expression difference at 5% false discovery rate. Functional clustering showed enrichment of genes in 51 GO categories and seven pathways, the most significant of which relate to extracellular-matrix interaction, PPAR gamma signaling, scavanger receptor activity, and lysosomal activity. Differential expression of ten genes was confirmed in an extended replication group(n=43), where the most significant expression differences were found in CD36( 2.1-fold change, p =0.005), CD163( 1.7-fold change, p =0.007) and FABP4(2.2-fold change, p=0.015). These include four genes not previously linked to plaque destabilization: GLUL(2.2-fold change,p=0.016), FUCA1(2.2-fold change, p=0.025), IL1RN(1.6-fold change, p=0.034), and S100A8(2.5-fold change, p=0.047). Strong correlations were found to plaque ulceration, plaque hemorrhage, and markers of apoptosis and proliferation(activated caspase 3, TUNEL, and Ki67). Protein expression of these genes was confirmed by immunohistochemistry and was found in the atheromatous areas of CPs critical for plaque destabilization. This study presents a comprehensive transcriptional analysis of stroke-associated CPs and demonstrates a significant transcriptome difference between stroke-associated and asymptomatic CPs. Followup studies on the identified genes are needed to define whether they could be used as biomarkers of symptomatic CPs or have a role in plaque destabilization.

Rapid progress and the abnormal profits of the private/govt banking sector of Bangladesh is the hot topic nowadays in the *** academicians and practitioners are amazed to see the highest growth of private banking *** the same time,public/govt banks in the Bangladesh are facing serious dropout of profit and employees ***,this study aimed to investigate public and private banking sector of Bangladesh,specifically this study carried out four primary objectives,the first objective of this research was to investigate and compare the employees’ perception about training and development program in the public and private banking industry of *** second objective was to find out and compare the employees’ turnover intentions in the public and private banking industry of *** third objective was to identify and compare the employees’ job satisfaction in the public and private banking industry of ***,the fourth objective was to explore and compare the employees’ behavior about the training strategy of the public and private banking industry of *** targeted sample of this research consisted of the employees of the banking industry of the *** study implemented the quota and convenience sampling technique to choose respondents and to collect the *** overall sample size comprised of 320（n=320）employees who were working in the public/govt and private banking industry of the Bangladesh.170（n= 170）questionnaires were distributed in the public/govt banks in Bangladesh Similarly,150（n= 150）questionnaires were distributed in the private banks of ***,this study adopted the inferential as well as descriptive data analysis techniques mainly;frequency distribution,percentage,crosstab,and one sample t-test were performed in the SPSS version 21.0 *** result revealed that all the hypotheses related to employees’ perceptions about training and development program for the publ

An important research field in public and private sectors,accounting is the identification of the factors of financial strength that affect the control and decision-making *** paper examines the financial strength of the municipalities in Greece and their possible *** literature,important examples of forecasting and estimating financial strength for public sector have been presented,such as the Brown’s 10-point test which measures the financial condition in the case of *** present survey focuses on the liquidity of the Greek municipalities using data for the financial year 2014 from all over the Greek *** implementing Brown’s 10-point test for Greek municipalities and using quantitative methods,each point is becoming a separate independent variable which affects,with different estimator,the total score of financial *** model that has been developed appears to be effective in the case of Greek municipalities by providing a rating for their financial *** use of the proposed methodology can be used by both funding institutions(banks,grant providers,relevant ministry)on a programmatic basis to address liquidity problems.
