The calculations of.low-energy phonon dispersion relations in lead zirconate(PZ)have been carried out using the Vak. *** model tak.s into account only f.ve low-energy phonon modes and their *** has been shown that this model allows to achieve good agreement not only between calculated and experimental transverse acoustic phonon dispersion but also between their temperature *** has been shown 5-mode system,which describes low-energy phonon dispersion in PZ,is close to unstable *** a little change of.interaction parameter can lead to lattice instability with nonzero wave vector *** vector qcrit could have any value,including irrational *** this case,system will undergo an incommensurate phase transition.

＜正＞Control of.blood vessel tone is central to vascular *** we show that metabolism of.tryptophan to k.nurenine by indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase（Ido） expressed in endothelial cells contributes to arterial vessel relaxation and the control of.blood *** of.mice with malarial parasites（Plasmodium berghei） or induction of.endotoxemia in mice led to endothelial expression of.Ido,decreased plasma tryptophan concentration, increased k.nurenine concentration and *** inhibition of.Ido increased blood pressure in systemically inf.amed mice but not in mice def.cient in Ido or interf.ron-γ,which is required f.r Ido *** tryptophan and k.nurenine dilated preconstricted porcine coronary arteries;the dilating ef.ect of.tryptophan required the presence of.active Ido and an intact endothelium,whereas the ef.ect of.k.nurenine was endothelium *** arterial relaxation induced by k.nurenine was mediated by activation of.the adenylate and soluble guanylate cyclase *** administration decreased blood pressure in a dose-dependent manner in spontaneously hypertensive *** results identif. tryptophan metabolism by Ido as a new pathway contributing to the regulation of.vascular tone.

The preparation and def.nition of.large (3 - 5 mm edge length) single crystals of.ScN, GdN, TbN, HoN, YbN and CeN is described. The Hall ef.ect and the electrical conductivity are f.und to be metallic. The optical ref.ectivity between 30 meV (sometimes 1 meV) and 13 eV has been measured and the dielectric f.nctions have been obtained. A plasma edge in the inf.ared conf.rms the metallic character. In GdN, a shif. of.this plasma edge with temperature through the magnetic ordering temperature has been observed as a new ef.ect. GdN is in low magnetic f.elds antif.rromagnetic, but becomes f.rromagnetic in larger f.elds. The band structure is discussed. The magnetic exchange interactions have been derived. HoN in the relevant crystal directions has a spontaneous magnetic moment, but no saturation in f.elds up to 10 T. CeN is intermediate valent and exhibits a Pauli paramagnetism. The specif.c heat is measured down to 0.3 k.and an enhanced?γ value is observed.

The human body consists of.several physiological barriers that express a number of.membrane transporters. f.r an orally absorbed drug the intestinal, hepatic, renal and blood-brain barriers are of.the greatest importance. The ATP-binding cassette(ABC) transporters that mediate cellular ef.lux and the solute carrier transporters that mostly mediate cellular uptak. are the two superf.milies responsible f.r membrane transport of.vast majority of.drugs and drug metabolites. The total number of.human transporters in the two superf.milies exceeds 400, and about 40-50 transporters have been characterized f.r drug transport. The latest f.od and Drug Administration guidance f.cuses on P-glycoprotein, breast cancer resistance protein, organic anion transporting polypeptide 1B1(OATP1B1), OATP1B3, organic cation transporter 2(OCT2), and organic anion transporters 1(OAT1) and OAT3. The European Medicines Agency's shortlist additionally contains the bile salt export pump, OCT1, and the multidrug and toxin extrusion transporters, multidrug and toxin ex-trusion protein 1(MATE1) and MATE2/MATE2 k. A variety of.transporter assays are available to test drugtransporter interactions, transporter-mediated drugdrug interactions, and transporter-mediated toxicity. The drug binding site of.ABC transporters is accessible f.om the cytoplasm or the inner leaf.et of.the plasma membrane. Theref.re, vesicular transport assays utilizing inside-out vesicles are commonly used assays, where the directionality of.transport results in drugs being transported into the vesicle. Monolayer assays utilizing polarized cells expressing ef.lux transporters are the test systems suggested by regulatory agencies. Back.round: Hereditary transthyretin(ATTRv) amyloidosis is an autosomal dominant disease link.d to transthyretin gene mutations which cause instability of.the transthyretin tetramer. Af.er dissociation and misf.lding they reassemble as insoluble f.brils(i.e. amyloid). Apart f.om the common Val30 Met mutation there is a very heterogeneous group of.non-Val30 Met mutations. In some cases, the clinical picture is dominated by a rapidly evolving restrictive and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods: A case series of.f.ur liver recipients with the highly clinically relevant, rare and particularly aggressive Val122 del mutation is presented. Medical and surgical therapeutic options, waiting list policy f.r ATTRv-amyloidosis, including the need f.r heart transplantation, and status of.heart-liver transplantation are discussed. Results: Three patients needed a staged(1 patient) or simultaneous(2 patients) heart-liver transplant due to rapidly progressing cardiac f.ilure and/or neurologic disability. Domino liver transplantation was impossible in two due to f.brotic hepatic transf.rmation caused by cardiomyopathy. Af.er a f.llow-up ranging f.om 3.5 to 9.5 years, cardiac(allograf.) f.nction was maintained in all patients, but neuropathy progressed in three patients, one of.whom died af.er 80 months. Conclusions: This is the f.rst report in(liver) transplant literature about the rare Val122 del ATTRv mutation. Due to its aggressiveness, symptomatic patients should be prioritized on the liver and, in cases with cardiomyopathy, heart waiting lists in order to avoid the irreversible neurological and cardiac damage that leads to a rapid lethal outcome.
