There are few reports on the relationship between the biological activity and structure of secondary metabolites from Dictyota dichotoma. In this work, the geometric and electronic structures, infrared spectra, ultraviolet spectra, 13C and 1H NMR spectra of 16 xenicane-type diterpenoids extracted from Dictyota dichotoma were studied by the density functional theory ωB97XD/6-311+G(2d,p) method. The analysis of the reactivity indices was carried out via the conceptual density functional theory. Furthermore, a pharmacodynamic evaluation was performed using ADME/Tox. The geometric structure analysis found that all 16 diterpenoids had the same unsaturated, branched chains and could be divided into two categories according to the ring size, including nine-membered and eight-membered rings. A hydroxyl group on the lactone ring reduced the stability of the compound. In contrast, a hydroxyl group on the parent ring had little effect on the compound's stability. The electrostatic potential results preliminarily predicted active sites for nucleophilic/electrophilic reactions. The fitting results of infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) data showed that the theoretical values obtained by this method were consistent with the experimental values. The UV-visible absorption spectra showed that the solvent effects caused different redshifts of the absorption peaks. The absorption strength was enhanced. The sixteen diterpenoids displayed a strong absorption peak in the range of 180―200 nm, but the compound containing a carbonyl group presents a weaker absorption peak in the field of 200―240 nm. Compounds 9―11, 14, and 15 have better stability and reactivity with lower chemical potentials and higher electronegativity, electrophilic index, and hardness values. The local reactivity descriptors further identified nucleophilic/electrophilic reaction sites for the sixteen compounds. 目的探讨踝关节动态关节松动术应用于脑卒中后足下垂患者中的效果.方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月就诊于山西省针灸医院康复科的70例脑卒中后足下垂患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组35例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,研究组在此基础上采用踝关节动态关节松动术,比较两组患者的干预效果.结果治疗前,两组的踝关节主动背屈关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的踝关节主动背屈关节活动度为(12.64±4.01)°,大于对照组的(9.93±3.22)°,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,研究组的主动踝背屈肌力为(4.07±1.75)级,闭目站立得分为(3.67±1.94)分,均高于对照组的(2.74±1.32)级、(2.93±1.52)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论踝关节动态关节松动术能有效增加脑卒中足下垂患者的踝关节主动活动度,改善其踝背屈肌力,并提高其闭目站立平衡功能,值得临床推广使用.

An electron vortex beam(EVB) carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM) plays a key role in a series of fundamental scientific researches, such as chiral energy-loss spectroscopy and magnetic dichroism spectroscopy. So far, almost all the experimentally created EVBs manifest isotropic doughnut intensity patterns. Here, based on the correlation between local divergence angle of electron beam and phase gradient along azimuthal direction, we show that free electrons can be tailored to EVBs with customizable intensity patterns independent of the carried OAM. As proof-of-concept, by using computer generated hologram and designing phase masks to shape the incident free electrons in the transmission electron microscope, three structured EVBs carrying identical OAM are tailored to exhibit completely different intensity patterns. Furthermore, through the modal decomposition, we quantitatively investigate their OAM spectral distributions and reveal that structured EVBs present a superposition of a series of different eigenstates induced by the locally varied geometries. These results not only generalize the concept of EVB, but also demonstrate an extra highly controllable degree of freedom for electron beam manipulation in addition to OAM.

In order to meet the demand of testability analysis and evaluation for complex equipment under a small sample test in the equipment life cycle, the hierarchical hybrid testability model- ing and evaluation method （HHTME）, which combines the testabi- lity structure model （TSM） with the testability Bayesian networks model （TBNM）, is presented. Firstly, the testability network topo- logy of complex equipment is built by using the hierarchical hybrid testability modeling method. Secondly, the prior conditional prob- ability distribution between network nodes is determined through expert experience. Then the Bayesian method is used to update the conditional probability distribution, according to history test information, virtual simulation information and similar product in- formation. Finally, the learned hierarchical hybrid testability model （HHTM） is used to estimate the testability of equipment. Compared with the results of other modeling methods, the relative deviation of the HHTM is only 0.52%, and the evaluation result is the most accu rate.

天明一带萤石矿床位于陕南蟒岭矿集区东部,该矿集区是陕南重要的萤石矿产地之一。本文通过对该萤石矿床矿石样品的分析测试,研究其稀土元素地球化学特征,初步探讨成矿流体性质、成矿环境及矿化作用过程。研究表明,该矿床矿石稀土元素含量偏低,ΣREE介于25.69×10^(-6)~43.23×10^(-6),平均36.64×10^(-6),LREE/HREE介于3.30~10.65,平均6.72。δEu=0.76~1.45,多数为正Eu异常,δCe=0.75~0.97,表现出弱负Ce异常,Eu、Ce异常暗示萤石矿床形成于中低温、氧化的环境。矿石La/Ho-Y/Ho图解、(La+Y)-Y/La图解指示成矿物质和流体可能来自富氟的蟒岭花岗质岩浆,有外缘物质的加入或混染作用,围岩地层中的碳酸盐岩可能参与其中。Tb/Ca-Tb/La图解显示矿床属热液成因,Tb/Ca-Tb/La、Tb/La-Sm/Nd图解暗示可能经历了多个期次的成矿活动。推测天明一带萤石矿床为浅成中低温热液成因,其成矿可能与蟒岭花岗质岩浆热液相关。

Tempospatial Pattern of Surface Wind Speed and the “Urban Stilling Island” in Beijing City

An hourly-resolution dataset from observations at the automatic weather stations(AWSs) is developed and applied to study the characteristics of weakening surface wind in the urban areas of Beijing City in 2008–2017. The "Urban Stilling Island(USI)" is defined and quantified to depict the surface wind speed(WS) differences between rural and urban regions. The urban(rural) sites are represented by 45(6) stations within(outside) the 6th Ring Road(RR). The results demonstrate remarkable smaller annual and seasonal average WS values in urban areas than in rural areas, indicating significant USI, especially in the central urban areas(within the 4th RR) in spring and winter. Further analysis reveals that the surface roughness effect dominates and enhances the USI intensity(USII) under the stronger large-scale background wind in spring and winter, whereas the Urban Heat Island(UHI) effect may dominate and decrease the USII under weaker large-scale wind in summer and autumn. The diurnal USII variations are characterized by a steady low-value phase from 1900 to 0800 Beijing Time(BT) and a high-value phase from 1100 to 1500 BT,with rapid shifts of USII in between. Long-term variation of hourly USII shows large mean USII in 2008–2012 but decreased USII in 2013–2017, possibly attributed to the change of urbanization level around the rural observation sites.
