This study aims to investigate Lorentz/U(1)gauge symmetry-breaking electrodynamics in the framework of the standard-model extension and analyze the Hamiltonian structure for the theory with a specific dimension of Lorentz breaking *** this purpose,we consider a general quadratic action of the modified electrodynamics with Lorentz/gauge-breaking operators and calculate the number of independent components of the operators at different dimensions in gauge invariance and *** this general action,we then analyze how Lorentz/gauge symmetry-breaking can change the Hamiltonian structure of the theories by considering Lorentz/gauge-breaking operators with dimension as *** show that the Lorentz-breaking operators with gauge invariance do not change the classes of the theory constrains and the number of physical degrees of freedom of the standard Maxwell *** U(1)gauge symmetry-breaking operators are present,the theories generally lack a first-class constraint and have one additional physical degree of freedom compared to the standard Maxwell electrodynamics.

目的探究容许性高碳酸血症通气治疗对腹腔镜下肾脏切除术患者肾功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月~2023年12月我院收治的肾脏切除术患者60例,采用计算机随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组标准通气治疗,观察组容许性高碳酸血症通气治疗,对比两组手术质量(手术时间、苏醒时间、Steward评分)、血流动力学指标[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]以及肾功能水平[肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、尿微量白蛋白(urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio,UACR)]。结果两组手术时间、苏醒时间、Steward评分对比,差异不具有显著性(P>0.05);麻醉开始前、麻醉即刻,两组HR、MAP水平对比差异不具有显著性(P>0.05);手术开始1 h,两组HR、MAP水平均有下降,观察组较对照组下降明显;手术结束即刻,两组HR、MAP水平有所上升,观察组低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P0.05);术后3个月,两组GFR提升,BUN、UACR水平下降,观察组较对照组改善明显,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下肾脏切除术患者术中采用容许性高碳酸血症通气治疗,在保证手术质量的同时,能稳定患者血流动力学水平,促进肾功能水平提升,从而对患者术后恢复产生积极影响。

偶氮染料是纺织印染工业废水中的主要污染物,其大量排放会严重危害生物健康。为了开发一类有效的纳米催化剂对废水中的偶氮染料进行脱色,本文采用简单的水热合成法将Fe、Co元素掺杂到镍纳米材料中形成了具有三维网状多孔结构的三元金属纳米材料(Fe-Co-Ni NPs)。所制备的三元合金纳米材料为三维网状结构,少量的Fe、Co元素掺杂获得了更高的饱和磁化率,而未改变镍的多晶结构。在硼氢化钠存在条件下,由于多种金属元素之间的相互作用,Fe-Co-Ni NPs对刚果红的还原降解具有非常高的催化活性,2 min即可完全脱色,表观速率常数为1.24 min^(−1),明显优于二元Fe-Ni(1.00 min^(−1))、Co-Ni(0.96 min^(−1))及单金属Ni(0.83 min^(−1))纳米晶。Fe-Co-Ni NPs对其它偶氮染料甲基橙、直接红80及硝基苯酚类物质的还原降解也表现出较佳的催化性能。总之,该三元金属催化剂易于合成、成本低,对偶氮染料脱色效果好、稳定性高且可重复使用,非常适合工业偶氮废水的前期脱色处理。

重庆核桃种质资源表型性状多样性分析

【目的】分析重庆核桃种质资源表型性状多样性,为重庆核桃种质资源客观评价及合理开发利用提供理论参考。【方法】从重庆地区收集了16个实生居群(产区)的181份核桃种质资源,依据国家标准及行业标准对其植株和坚果的28个表型性状(17个质量性状和11个数量性状)进行测定,并分析其变异系数、遗传多样性及各表型性状间的相关性,最后基于表型性状进行聚类分析。【结果】181份核桃种质17个质量性状的Simpson指数和Shannon-Wiener指数分别为0~0.87和0~1.93,其中以小叶形状、树冠、核壳表面特征和核仁皮色的多样性较丰富;11个数量性状的变异系数介于8.70%~53.70%,其中单枝结果数变异系数最大,果形指数变异系数最小。16个实生居群181份核桃种质的28个表型性状变异系数为0~67.90%,平均为19.79%;各居群间表型性状变异系数为15.20%~26.38%。181份核桃种质的多样性来源于居群内变异和居群间变异,但居群内的变异起主要作用,且坚果表型性状的变异较其他性状更大。相关分析发现,11个数量性状间的相关系数有29对达到显著(P<0.05,下同)或极显著(P<0.01,下同)水平,核桃表型数量性状间存在丰富的相关,其中显著正相关的性状有24对,显著负相关的性状有5对。聚类分析结果显示,当遗传距离为22.5时,可将181份核桃种质分为三大类群,来自同一地区的材料分散于各类群中,聚类结果无明显地域性。【结论】重庆具有丰富的核桃种质资源,核桃表型多样性高,其表型变异主要来源于居群内变异;重庆核桃种质资源的亲缘关系与地理来源无明显相关性。

Background Bleb-associated endophthalmitis （BAE） is a rare but severe complication of trabeculectomy with poor outcome. Various surgical methods were explored to treat such patients. However, there is no defined protocol. The aim of this study was to describe a new combined operation, and to demonstrate the outcome of the treatment. Methods Nine patients with BAE were enrolled in our study. The combined operation including pars plana vitrectomy （PPV）, sclera patch graft （SPG） and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation （ECP） was used to treat these patients. Results In the follow-up of 18-24 months, all patients with the endophthalmitis were cured, the useful visual acuity was preserved in 7 patients, and the intraocular pressure （lOP） of 8 patients was controlled just after first operation, only one needed another trans-scleral cyclophotocoagulation. Conclusion This combined operation is a useful method for treating the patients with BAE, with SPG and vitrectomy to control the endophthalmitis and ECP to balance the postoperative lOP.

The third Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition （CHINARE） was conducted in the summer of 2008. During the survey, the surface seawater partial pressure of CO2 （pCO2） was measured, and sea water samples were collected for CO2 measurement in the Canada Basin. The distribution of pCO2 in the Canada Basin was determined, the influencing factors were addressed, and the air-sea CO2 flux in the Canada Basin was evaluated. The Canada Basin was divided into three regions： the ice-free zone （south of 77°N）, the partially ice-covered zone （77°-80°N）, and the heavily ice-covered zone （north of 80°N）. In the ice-free zone, pCO2 was high （320 to 368 patm, 1 patm=0.101 325 Pa）, primarily due to rapid equilibration with atmospheric CO2 over a short time. In the partially ice-covered zone, the surface pCOs was relatively low （250 to 270 patm） due to ice-edge blooms and icemelt water dilution. In the heavily ice-covered zone, the seawater pCO2 varied between 270 and 300 laatm due to biological COs removal, the transportation of low pCOs water northward, and heavy ice cover. The surface seawater pCO2 during the survey was undersaturated with respect to the atmosphere in the Canada Basin, and it was a net sink for atmospheric CO2. The summertime net CO2 uptake of the ice-free zone, the partially ice-covered zone and the heavily ice-covered zone was （4.14±1.08）, （1.79±0.19）, and （0.57±0.03） Tg/a （calculated by carbon, 1 Tg=10^12 g）, respectively. Overall, the net COs sink of the Canada Basin in the summer of 2008 was （6.5＋1.3） Tg/a, which accounted for 4%-10% of the Arctic Ocean COs sink.

Contrasting decrease and increase trends of sea surface temperature(SST)have been documented in the western Subarctic(WSA)and the rest of the Northwest Pacific(NWP)from 1958 to 2017,***,more(less)total carbon dioxide(TCO_(2))due to ocean cooling(warming)is transported to the surface,which leads to increase(decrease)of oceanic surface partial pressure of carbon dioxide(pCO_(2)).With the combined influence of the rising atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2))level and changing ocean conditions,a prominent increase in oceanic surface pCO_(2) occurred with different rates of increase in summer and winter in the *** oceanic surface pCO_(2) is mainly controlled by the variation of TCO_(2) at the interdecadal timescale and by SST at the seasonal *** results also indicate that increasing SST tends to strengthen the capability of ocean in absorbing anthropogenic CO_(2) in the NWP,while ocean’s uptaking ability is weakened in the cooling area of the WSA.

本文报道2例患者均有鸽子接触史,表现为发热、乏力、呼吸困难,1例患者病情进展较快,于发病第4天出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征,需无创呼吸机辅助通气。2例患者白细胞计数轻度升高,淋巴细胞百分比降低,血小板计数正常,降钙素原升高,C反应蛋白明显升高,丙氨酸氨基转移酶及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶不同程度升高,血清钠、钾、白蛋白降低,1例红细胞沉降率(ESR)正常,1例轻度升高,血、肺泡灌洗液常规培养及血清学检查未能明确病原体。胸部X射线、计算机断层成像(CT)表现为一侧肺叶大片渗出和实变,严重者进展快,累及双侧肺叶,出现呼吸衰竭,经验性使用抗生素效果不佳。及时采用宏基因组二代测序(mNGS)技术并结合鸟类接触史,最终确诊为鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎,采用喹诺酮类联合四环素类抗生素治疗后,患者症状、体征和影像学异常均明显好转,但1例患者影像学吸收不佳,进一步联合大环内酯类抗生素治疗1周,随访复查胸部CT,病灶基本吸收。通过分析该2例患者的临床特点、诊断及治疗过程,为临床诊治该类疾病提供参考。
