BACKGROUND Cytokine release syndrome(CRS)is defined as systemic inflammation that usually occurs following chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy administration;however,it has not been reported in patients with untreated non-small cell lung cancer to *** SUMMARY A 44-year-old nonsmoking woman presented to the hospital due to fever,palpitation,nausea,and cough for 1 mo and was diagnosed with stage cT3N3M0(IIIc)adenocarcinoma of the *** examinations revealed elevated cytokine[tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-1β,and IL-6]and inflammatory factor levels,which decreased after treatment with corticosteroids and immunoglobulin and when tumor growth was controlled following chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and antiangiogenesis ***,tumor recurrence was *** administration of nivolumab as third-line treatment,the patient’s condition was transiently controlled;however,CRS-like symptoms suddenly emerged,which led to a resurgence of cytokines and inflammatory factors and rapid *** CRS can develop in treatment-naïve lung cancer *** with tumorrelated CRS may be at risk of CRS recurrence,aggravation,and onset of immune checkpoint inhibitor-related adverse events.

Aging of craniofacial skeleton significantly impairs the repair and regeneration of trauma-induced bony defects,and complicates dental treatment ***-related alveolar bone loss could be attributed to decreased progenitor pool through senescence,imbalance in bone metabolism and bone-fat *** stem cells isolated from oral bones(OMSCs)have distinct lineage propensities and characteristics compared to MSCs from long bones,and are more suited for craniofacial ***,the effect of epigenetic modifications regulating OMSC differentiation and senescence in aging has not yet been *** this study,we found that the histone demethylase KDM4B plays an essential role in regulating the osteogenesis of OMSCs and oral bone *** of KDM4B in OMSCs leads to inhibition of ***,KDM4B loss promoted adipogenesis and OMSC senescence which further impairs bone-fat balance in the ***,our data suggest that KDM4B may underpin the molecular mechanisms of OMSC fate determination and alveolar bone homeostasis in skeletal aging,and present as a promising therapeutic target for addressing craniofacial skeletal defects associated with age-related deteriorations.

Sandwich structure for enhancing the interface reaction of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane and nanoporous carbon scaffolds film to improve the thermal decomposition performance

Improving the thermal decomposition performance of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)by appropriate methods is helpful to promote the combustion performance of CL-20-based solid *** this study,we synthesized a sandwich structure of CL-20 and nanoporous carbon scaffolds film(NCS)and emphatically studied the thermal decomposition performance of the composite *** analysis and differential scanning calorimetry were used to measure the thermal decomposition process of the composite *** kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition were calculated by the thermal dynamic analysis software *** results showed that the thermal decomposition performance of the sandwich structure of CL-20 and NCS was better than *** the tested samples,NCS with a pore size of 15 nm had the best catalytic activity for the thermal decomposition of ***,the thermal decomposition curve of the composite structure at the heating rate of 1 K/min was deconvoluted by mathematical method to study the thermal decomposition *** a possible catalytic mechanism was *** excellent thermal decomposition performance is due to the sandwich structure enhances the interface reaction of CL-20 and *** work may promote the extensive use of CL-20 in the field of solid rocket propellant.

A multi-channel polarimeter-interferometer has been developed on the Keda Torus eXperiment(KTX)for the study of equilibrium dynamics and internal magnetic fluctuations.A three-wave technique based on terahertz solid-state sources(-650 GHz)is applied for simultaneous measurements of electron density and Faraday rotation *** output power of the microwave source is 2 *** rotation effect using a rotating wave plate is tested with phase noise less than 0.8°,and the density phase noise is less than 0.9°.Measurement of Faraday rotation angle and density for discharges on KTX have demonstrated high sensitivity to internal MHD activities.

Effects of combustion temperature on the optical properties of brown carbon from biomass burning

Biomass burning has been known as one of main sources of Brown Carbon(BrC)in *** this study,by controlling the combustion temperature at 250℃,350℃,and 450℃,the methanol soluble organic carbon(MSOC)and methanol insoluble carbon(MISC)from pine wood burning was collected by ***–Vis,excitation emission matrix(EEM),TEM and FTIR spectra were applied to investigate the properties of BrC *** MSOC at 250℃ and 350℃,all the spectral profiles of UV–Vis absorption and excitation emission matrix are almost the same,while the EEM of MSOC at 450℃ are different from that of the other *** MISC fuorescence was observed only in the case of 450℃.In the FTIR spectra,with the temperature increasing the peaks associated to the oxygen-contained functions was weakened,indicating the formation of the fuorophores with larger conjugated system,especially aromatic *** results show that biomass combustion at low temperature produces more oxygen-riched BrC,which possesses relatively lower light absorption,while at high temperature produces more aromatics hydrocarbons with relatively strong light *** results of this work are helpful to trace the source of brown carbon and optimize biomass energy utilization.

Cobalt-based deep eutectic solvent modified nitrogen-doped carbon catalyst for boosting oxygen reduction reaction in zinc-air batteries

As an oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)catalyst,nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)is widely used in zinc-air batteries(ZABs).However,NC catalysts exhibit low conductivity and insufficient exposure of active ***,a Co-based deep eutectic solvent(DES)was selected to modify NC catalyst(Co-NC)to improve ORR *** functional theory(DFT)calculation shows that the modification of Co-based DES can change the electronic structure of NC and increase metallic active sites,which is beneficial to the desorption of reaction intermediates on Co-NC,further improving ORR ***-NC shows excellent ORR performances and ***,ZABs assembled with Co-NC manifest a high maximum power density of 177.4 mW cm^(-2),a high specific capacity of 726.12 mA h g^(-1)and a charge-discharge cycle life of 500 *** study can provide practical reference for surface modified carbon-based electrocatalyst with DES to improve ORR performances.

目的采用高效液相色谱法建立同时测定纯阳正气胶囊中橙皮苷、桂皮醛和丁香酚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent PorosheⅡ120 EC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,4μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长284 nm。结果方法学验证表明,橙皮苷、桂皮醛和丁香酚3种成分线性关系良好(r≥0.9999),精密度小于2.0%,平均加样回收率在98.0%~101.9%之间,稳定性和重复性的RSD均<3.0%,符合方法学要求。结论该方法简便、稳定、重复性好、准确可靠,可用于纯阳正气胶囊的质量控制。
