目的针对平行放置于细胞膜表面的两单壁碳纳米管系统,探究两碳管间相互作用对膜包裹碳管方式的影响,并给出能量最优的构象。方法建立考虑两根碳管间范德华相互作用的膜包裹碳管的力学模型,并引入反映细胞膜形态的参数以及描述碳管相对位置的参数。利用基于Helfrich自由能的连续介质力学建模,计算膜弯曲能量,并利用Lennard-Jones势描述碳管之间的相互作用。通过查表法计算系统不同位置的自由能,并给出细胞膜包裹碳管的典型结构。结果与未考虑管间相互作用的情况相比,系统自由能曲线出现了较大改变:在碳管间距约为0.3倍管半径时,能量曲线上出现深势阱;随着碳管间距增大,自由能恢复到没有管间相互作用能时的大小。结论引入碳管间相互作用能后,膜包裹碳管的方式发生变化,两碳管倾向于以触碰到一起的方式进行协同胞吞。研究结果为理解并设计基于纳米管的药物输运系统提供理论借鉴。

Background： Increased level of serum macrophage inhibitory cytokine- 1 （MIC- 1 ）, a member oftransfonning growth thctor-β superfamily, was found in patients with epithelial tumors. This study aimed to evaluate whether serum level of MIC-I can be a candidate diagnostic and prognostic indicator for early-stage nonsmall cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： A prospective study enrolled 152 patients with Stage I-II NSCLC, who were followed up after surgical resection. Forty-eight patients with benign pulmonary disease （BPD） and 105 healthy controls were also included in the study. Serum M IC- 1 levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the association with clinical and prognostic features was analyzed. Results： In patients with NSCLC, serum protein levels of M IC-I were significantly increased compared with healthy controls and BPD patients （all P 〈 0.001 ）. A threshold of 1000 pg/ml ofM IC-1 was found in patients with early-stage （Stage 1 and II） NSCLC, with sensitivity and specificity of 70.4% and 99.0%, respectively. The serum levels ofMIC- ] were associated with age （P = 0.001 ）, gender （P = 0.030）, and T stage （P = 0.022）. Serum MIC-1 threshold of 1465 pg/ml was found in patients with poor early outcome, with sensitivity and specificity of 72.2% and 66.1%, respectively. The overall 3-year survival rate of NSCLC patients with high serum levels of MIC-1 （〉I 465 pg/ml） was lower than that of NSCLC patients with low serum MIC-1 levels （77.6% vs. 94.8%）. Multivariate Cox regression survival analysis showed that a high serum level ofMIC- 1 was an independent risk factor lbr reduced overall survival （hazard ratio - 3.37, 95% confidential interval： 1.09-10.42, P = 0.035）. Conclusion： The present study suggested that serum M1C-I may be a potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarker ~cbr patients with early-stage NSCLC.

经济区域冷链物流的基础设施规划的基础工作在于对冷链物流的需求预测,对农产品冷链物流需求预测建立分析框架、选择适合的预测方法具有非常重要的现实意义。文中通过灰色关联分析,选取能够影响全国冷链物流指标的部分影响因素。利用2013-2020年全国冷链物流需求相关数据,选取全国社会物流总费用、全国冷链物流总需求量来建立GM(1,N)灰色预测模型,对全国农产品冷链物流的需求量进行预测。通过实验,其预测结果精度较好,平均误差为3.63%。通过此模型,提出相关建议来完善全国的农产品冷链物流。

In vitro culture of immature embryos from Koelreuteria bipinnata var. integrifoliola

For the mass production of Koelreuteria bipinnata var. integrifoliola with selected, hybrid or genetically engineered genotypes, one potentially desirable propagation strategy is based on embryo culture. The immature embryo development in vitro from K. bipinnata var. integrifoliola was studied under different conditions of embryo age, basic culture media and plant growth regulators. The results show that： 1） germination rate of grade 3 embryos in immature seeds with 0.6-0.8 cm diameter was 98.9%. The germination rate of grade 2 embryos in immature seeds with 0.4-0.6 cm diameter was 77,8% and the germination rate of grade 1 embryos in immature seeds with 0.4 cm diameter was 15.6%. 2） The amounts of macroelements in MS medium had no clear effect on the germination rate of immature grade 3 embryos and had a modest effect on plantlet growth, where the best medium was MS or 1/2 MS. The rates were all greater than 90%. 3） The germination rate of grade 3 embryos was greater than 87% when the medium contained a low concentration of NAA or no plant growth regulators at all and decreased markedly when BAP alone or BAP and NAA together were added to the media. We suggest that in vitro culture of immature embryos from K. bipinnata vat. integrifoliola can be enhanced when a small amount of plant growth regulators is added. The addition of BAP has an adverse reaction to the germination and development of immature embryos.

Based on the in situ optical measurements in the Bohai Sea of China, which belongs to a typical case-2 water area, we studied the characteristics of DCM (deep chlorophyll maximum) such as its spatial distribution, vertical profile, etc. We found that when the depth of the chlorophyll maximum is comparatively small, even in turbid coastal water regions, there is always a good correlation between the concentrations of chlorophyll maximum and the satellite-received signals in blue-green spectral bands; the correlation is even better than that between the surface chlorophyll concentrations and the satellite-received signals. The strong correlation existing even in turbid coastal water regions indicates that an ocean color model to retrieve the concentration of DCM can be constructed for coastal waters if a comprehensive knowledge of the vertical distribution of chlorophyll concentration in the Bohai Sea of China is available.

道路是一个充满流动性的空间,现代道路的修筑使其沿线出现了许多与地方文化传统迥然相异的“非地方”。马克·欧杰的“非地方”理论概念和国内路学研究对流动性议题有着充分观照,但疏于分析道路所潜藏的文化图式及其转换逻辑。以湘西边城作为田野点,从道路的实体和虚体两个层面讨论传统与现代的遭遇、碰撞和调适,并借由当地人的地势观念剖析道路连带的“玉带环腰”“镰刀煞”和“阴阳之隔”等文化图式的转换过程。研究表明,现代道路造就了格式化、标准化和高流动性的“非地方”,但地方意义和感知结构并不易被取代,相反,地方社会也会从其传统中调用资源赋予道路新的文化意涵。

Use of Evidence-Based Research Approach in RCTs of Acupuncture-Related Therapies for Primary Dysmenorrhea: A Meta-Research

Objective To assess the use of evidence-based research(EBR)approach in randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of acupuncture-related therapies for primary dysmenorrhea(PD).Methods PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Database,and China Science and Technology Journal Database were searched from January 2013 to December 2022 for RCTs of acupuncture on *** full text and references of each RCT were read to assess whether systematic reviews(SRs)or other types of studies with similar research questions and end-users’perspectives were cited to justify and design the *** addition,the discussion section were analyzed to evaluate whether trials placed the new result in the existing SRs to draw a *** logistic regression was used to find variables that associated with 3 aspects of EBR approach:(1)citing clinical studies for justification,(2)citing relevant studies that obtain the perspectives of end users,and(3)citing clinical studies for results *** Of 473 RCTs included,45.67%(216)of the trials cited relevant similar studies,21.56%(102)referenced to the studies that collected end-users’perspectives,and 10.99%(52)placed result in the context of the previous *** RCTs appropriately applied EBR *** all the included studies,3.17%(15)of the trials used SRs to inform study questions but none of them used updated SRs with acceptable quality;1.05%(5)of the trials cited SRs of end-user’s perspectives in the justification and design of the study,and only 1 trial added results in existing SR to draw a *** of publication,language,funding,registration,ethical approval and number of sites were significantly associated with 1 of the 3 aspects of EBR *** Few RCTs in acupuncture-related therapies for PD used the EBR approach to minimize research ***,research institutes,funding agencies,ethics committees,journals and peer
