Carbon nanotube （CNT） clusters grown in situ in three-dimensional （3D） porous graphene networks （3DG-CNTs）, with integrated structure and remarkable electronic conductivity, are desirable S host materials for Li-S batteries. 3DG-CNT exhibits a high surface area （1,645 m^2·g^-1）, superior electronic conductivity of 1,055 S·m^-1, and a 3D porous networked structure. Large clusters of CNTs anchored on the inner walls of 3D graphene networks act as capillaries, benefitting restriction of agglomeration by high contents of immersed S. Moreover, the capillary-like CNT clusters grown in situ in the pores efficiently form restricted spaces for Li polysulfides, significantly reducing the shuttling effect and promoting S utilization throughout the charge/discharge process. With an areal S mass loading of 81.6 wt.%, the 3DG-CNT/S electrode exhibits an initial specific capacity reaching 1,229 mA·h·g^-1 at 0.5 C and capacity decays of 0.044% and 0.059% per cycle at 0.5 and 1 C, respectively, over 500 cycles. The electrode material also reveals a remarkable rate performance and the large capacity of 812 mA·h·g^-1 at 3 C.

Honeybees are the most critical pollinators providing key ecosystem services that underpin crop production and sustainable *** a backdrop of rapid global change,this eusocial insect encounters a succession of stressors during nesting,foraging,and *** mites,together with vectored viruses,have been recognized as central biotic threats to honeybee health,while the spread of invasive giant hornets and small hive beetles also increasingly threatens colonies *** of agrochemicals,including acaricides used for mite treatment,and other pollutants of the environment have been widely documented to affect bee health in various ***,expanding urbanization,climate change,and agricultural intensification often result in the destruction or fragmentation of flower-rich bee *** anthropogenic pressures exerted by beekeeping management practices affect the natural selection and evolution of honeybees,and colony translocations facilitate alien species invasion and disease *** this review,the multiple biotic and abiotic threats and their interactions that potentially undermine bee colony health are discussed,while taking into consideration the sensitivity,large foraging area,dense network among related nestmates,and social behaviors of honeybees.

The oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)on the cathode of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell requires the use of a catalyst based on Pt,one of the most expensive metals on the earth.A number of strategies,including optimization of a different metal into the core,have been investigated to enhance the activity of a Pt-based catalyst and thus reduce the loading of *** dedicating to compounding high catalytic activity Pt_(2.7)Pd_(0.3)Ni concave cubic with high index crystal face,the paper shows that concave structures can offer more active site and high level of catalytic activity and if mixed with other metal,decrease the proportion of Pt and improve its mass *** paper also makes an exploration into the theory and conditions behind the formation of Pt_(2.7)Pd_(0.3)Ni concave cubic structure,and investigates the difference it demonstrates by modifying the reactive *** results of the oxygen reduction performance of the electrochemical test are as follows:the concave cube-shaped Pt-Pd-Ni catalyst has a mass activity of 1.28 A mg_(Pt)^(–1) at 0.9 V,its highest mass activity is 8.20 times that of commercial Pt/C,and its specific activity is 8.68 times of that commercial Pt/*** the Pt-Pd-Ni ternary nanocage has excellent structural *** the stability test,there is no obvious structural change and performance degradation in the nanostructure.

The amino-functionalization of TS-1 zeolite followed by immobilization of phosphotungstic acid(HPW)was presented to prepare a strong solid acid catalyst for the synthesis of bio-based tributyl citrate from the esterification of citric acid and n-butanol.γ-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)was first grafted on the TS-1 zeolite via the condensation reactions with surface hydroxyl groups,and subsequently the HPW was immobilized via the reaction between the amino groups and the protons from HPW-forming strong ionic *** Keggin structure of HPW and MFI topology of TS-1 zeolite were well maintained after the *** amino-functionalization generated abundant uniformly distributed active sites on TS-1 for HPW immobilization,which promoted the dispersity,abundance,as well as the stability of the acid *** tetrahedrally coordinated framework titanium and non-framework titania behaved as weak Lewis acid sites,and the protons from the immobilized HPW acted as the moderate or strong Brønsted acid *** optimized TBC yield of 96.2%(mol)with a conversion of-COOH of 98.1%(mol)was achieved at 150℃for 6 h over the HPW immobilized on amino-functionalized *** catalyst exhibited good stability after four consecutive reaction runs,where the activity leveled off at still a relatively high level after somewhat deactivation possibly caused by the leaching of a small portion of weakly anchored APTES or HPW.

In this paper,for Multi-Spacecraft System(MSS)with a directed communication topology link and a static virtual leader,a controller is proposed to realize attitude consensus and attitude stabilization with stochastic links failure and actuator ***,an MSS attitude error model suitable for a directed topology link and with a static virtual leader based on SO(3)is derived,which considers that the attitude error on SO(3)cannot be defined based on algebraic ***,we design a controller to realize the MSS on SO(3)with attitude consensus and attitude stabilization under stochastic links failure and actuator ***,the simulation results of a multi-spacecraft system with stochastic links failure and a static virtual leader spacecraft are demonstrated to illustrate the efficiency of the attitude controller.

Based on the in-situ self-reduction and chemical stability,graphdiyne(GDY)and graphdiyne oxide(GDYO)are used as trapping agents to investigate the ability for recovering Au^(3+),Ag^+,and Pd^(2+)under different pH values and interfering *** strong acidity at pH=1,these two agents demonstrate high select recovery towards the three precious metal ions,which could be insitu reduced to nanoparticles(NPs).In addition,superparamagnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs are deposited on the surfaces of GDY and *** magnetic responses enable GDYFe_(3)O_(4)to recover precious metals conveniently and efficiently by the aid of an external magnetic *** study also confirms the antibacterial activity of the as-recovered NPs deposited on GDY and GDYO against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus(1×10^(5)colony-forming unit(CFU)·mL^(-1)),and the antibacterial rates are 100%.This strategy of recovering precious metals and subsequently reusing to combat pathogens will be of great significance for environmental remediation and biomedical applications.

Extrapolation of implosion performance between different laser energy scales is investigated for indirect drive through a semi-hydroequivalent *** radiation transport is non-hydro-equivalent,the peak radiation temperature of the hohlraum and the ablation velocity of the capsule ablator are not scale-invariant when the sizes of the hohlraum and the capsule are scale-varied.A semi-hydro-equivalent design method that keeps the implosion velocity V_(i),adiabat α_(F),and P_(L)/R_(hc)^(2) (where P_(L) is the laser power and R_(hc) is the hohlraum and capsule scale length)scale-invariant,is proposed to create hydrodynamically similar *** semi-hydro-equivalent design and the scaled implosion performance are investigated for the 100 kJ Laser Facility(100 kJ-scale)and the National Ignition Facility(NIF-scale)with about 2 MJ laser *** is found that the one-dimensional implosion performance is approximately hydro-equivalent when V_(i) and α_(F) are kept the *** to the non-hydro-equivalent radiation transport,the yield-over-clean without α-particle heating(YOC_(noα))is slightly lower at 100 kJ-scale than at NIF-scale for the same scaled radiation asymmetry or the same initial perturbation of the hydrodynamic *** overall scaled two-dimensional implosion performance is slightly lower at 100 *** general Lawson criterion factor scales asχ_(noα) ^(2D)∼S^(1.06±0.04)(where S is the scale-variation factor)for the semi-hydro-equivalent implosion design with a moderate YOC_(noα).Our study indicates that χ_(noα)≈0.379 is the minimum requirement for the 100 kJ-scale implosion to demonstrate the ability to achieve marginal ignition at NIF-scale.

Atherosclerosis is a chronic artery disease that causes various types of cardiovascular *** smooth muscle cells(VSMCs),the main components of atherosclerotic plaque,switch from contractile to synthetic phenotypes during *** is crucial in regulating VSMC phenotypes in atherosclerosis,and it can be reversely regulated by ***,the specific effects of deubiquitinases on atherosclerosis have not been thoroughly *** this study,RNAi screening in human aortic smooth muscle cells was performed to explore the effects of OTU family deubiquitinases,which revealed that silencing OTUB1 inhibited PDGF-BB-stimulated VSMC phenotype *** in vivo studies using Apoe−/−mice revealed that knockdown of OTUB1 in VSMCs alleviated atherosclerosis plaque burden in the advanced stage and led to a stable plaque ***,VSMC proliferation and migration upon PDGF-BB stimulation could be inhibited by silencing OTUB1 in *** RNA-sequencing data indicated that knocking down OTUB1 influenced VSMC differentiation,adhesion,and *** spectrometry of ubiquitinated protein confirmed that proteins related to cell growth and migration were differentially ***,we found that OTUB1 recognized the K707 residue ubiquitylation of PDGFRβwith its catalytic triad,thereby reducing the K48-linked ubiquitylation of PDGFRβ.Inhibiting OTUB1 in VSMCs could promote PDGFRβdegradation via the ubiquitin–proteasome pathway,so it was beneficial in preventing VSMCs’phenotype *** findings revealed that knocking down OTUB1 ameliorated VSMCs’phenotype switch and atherosclerosis progression,indicating that OTUB1 could be a valuable translational therapeutic target in the future.
