Backgound Bartter's syndrome(BS)is a rare group of salt losing tubulopathies due to the impairment of transport mecha-nisms at the thick ascending limb of the Henle's *** sources Literature reviews and original research articles were collected from database,including PubMed and *** According to the time of onset and symptoms,BS can be classified into antenatal and classic *** studies have identified different subtypes of *** types Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are caused by mutations on genes encoding the luminal Na^(+)-K^(+)-2Cl^(-) co-transporter,the luminal K+ channel ROMK,and the basolateral chloride channel ClC-Kb(CLCNKB),***-of-function mutations of Barttin CLCNK type accessory beta subunit cause BS type Ⅳ*** mutations of CLCNKB and CLCNKA cause BS type Ⅳ*** type Ⅴ consists in a novel transient form characterized by antenatal presentation due to mutations in the MAGE family member *** gain-of-function mutations of the extracellular calcium sensing receptor gene can result in an autosomal dominant condition of *** clinical and biochemical alterations in BS include polyuria,dehydration,hypokalemia,hypochloremic metabolic alka-losis,hyperreninemia,high levels of prostaglandins,normal or low blood pressure,hypercalciuria and failure to *** focuses mainly at correcting dehydration and electrolyte disturbances and in measures to reduce polyuria,including the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications to control excessive renal prostaglandin E2 *** Early diagnosis and treatment of BS may prevent long-term consequences such as growth failure,nephrocal-cinosis and end-stage renal disease.

In this paper,the effect of Coulomb and dielectric forces on the onset of Rayleigh-Bénard convection(RBC)in a dielectric liquid layer contained between two parallel electrode plates has been numerically *** different operating conditions have been considered in electrohydrodynamic(EHD)conduction:ohmic and saturation,and variations in the physical properties of the dielectric fluid with *** electric equations and the state equations based on the Boussinesq approximation are integrated in the framework of OpenFOAM buoyantBoussinesqPimpleFoam *** results show that in the ohmic regime,the combined effect of Coulomb and dielectric forces promotes the onset of RBC flow,while in the saturation state,the inhibition of RBC flow by Coulomb force is more *** value of the critical Rayleigh number Ra decreases with increasing electric Reynolds number ReE in the ohmic regime,whereas in the saturation state,the critical Ra increases with increasing *** the saturation regime,the flow field always has a steady flow in the range of parameters ***,the onset of the RBC flow promoted by the dielectric force is more pronounced in the ohmic *** to the presence of the dielectric force,the flow field exhibits periodic oscillatory flow at low electric Reynolds numbers for the range of parameters considered.

Multi-azimuth walkaway vertical seismic profiling is an established technique for the estimation of in situ slowness surfaces and inferring anisotropy ***,this technique requires the assumption of lateral homogeneity,which makes the horizontal slowness components at depths of downhole receivers equal to those measured at the *** violations of this assumption,such as lateral heterogeneity or nonzero dip of intermediate interfaces,lead to distortions in reconstructed slowness surfaces and,consequently,to errors in estimated anisotropic *** this work,we relax the assumption of lateral homogeneity and discuss how to correct vertical seismic profile data for weak lateral *** describe a procedure of downward continuation of recorded traveltimes that accounts for the presence of both vertical inhomogeneity and weak lateral heterogeneity,which produces correct slowness surfaces at depths of downhole receivers,noticing that sufficiently dense receiver coverage along a borehole is required to separate influences of vertical and lateral heterogeneity on measured traveltimes and obtain accurate estimates of the slowness *** the slowness surfaces are found and a desired type of anisotropic model to be inverted is selected,the corresponding anisotropic parameters,providing the best fit to the estimated slownesses,can be *** invert the slowness surfaces of P-waves for parameters of the simplest anisotropic model describing dipping fractures(transversely isotropic medium with a tilted symmetry axis).Five parameters of this model,namely,the P-wave velocity V0 in the direction of the symmetry axis,Thomsen's anisotropic coefficients e and d,the tilt n,and the azimuth b of the symmetry axis,can be estimated in a stable manner when maximum source offset is greater than half of receiver depth.

本文中研究了外部电场作用下Hele-Shaw元中移动界面的非线性动力学,使用了一种谱精确的算法求解耦合积分方程系统。随着界面的扩张,界面演化速度急剧下降,使得长时间的模拟十分昂贵。我们设计了一种自适应缩放的算法加速这种缓慢的动力学,减少计算的花费。数值研究验证了正向电流可以抑制界面的手指状图形,促进界面整体的稳定性。同时,反向的电流可以激发界面的不稳定性,导致细尾状结构出现。只在反向电流作用下时,界面趋向于接近原点并分裂。应用一类特殊的流量和电流,可以得到界面的自适应演化,特别的由于电场的作用,使得我们可以促进或延后这种自适应阶段。

Colombia aims to boost the utilization of mass transportation systems in its major cities while simultaneously reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 20%,in alignment with the commitments of the COP21 *** 2020,the transport sector in Colombia accounted for 34.4%of the country’s energy demand and was responsible for~49%of its total CO_(2) *** article presents an assessment of energy consumption,environmental effects and the fuel costs of Bogotá’s bus rapid transit system based on the Activity,Share,Intensity,Fuel methodology.A long-term analysis spanning from 2021 to 2040 was developed using the long-range energy alternatives planning *** conduct this assessment,the tool was calibrated using data from 2019 and *** distinct scenarios based on energy policies implemented in Bogotáwere examined:Business as Usual,Fast Transition,High Growth and Low *** energy consumption and environmental effects,the results underscore the pivotal role of diversifying energy sources and reducing reliance on fossil fuels such as ***,the analysis emphasizes the urgent need to accelerate the transition to alternative energy sources such as natural gas and electricity.
