Lanthanum oxide（La2O3） in combination with 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol（TFE） was found to be an efficient system for the one-pot, four-component synthesis of Hantzsch polyhydroquinoline derivatives from aromatic aldehydes, dimedone, ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate at ambient temperature. The catalyst is heterogeneous and reusable, hence can be separated easily and reused. The present method is featured by mild reaction conditions, use of heterogeneous catalyst, non-chromatographic purification,short reaction time and high yields, which make it an attractive route for the synthesis of polyhydroquinolines.

The dielectric properties of binary mixtures of benzylamine-1,2,6-hexantriol mixtures at different volume fractions of 1,2,6-hexanetriol have been measured using Time Domain Reflectometry(TDR)technique in the frequency range of 10 MHz to 30 *** permittivity spectra were fitted using Havriliak-Negami *** using least square fit method the dielectric parameters such as static dielectric constant(ε_(0)),dielectric constant at high frequency(ε_(∞)),relaxation timeτ(ps)and relaxation distribution parameter(β)were extracted from complex permittivity spectra at 25℃.The intramolecular interaction of different molecules has been discussed using the Kirkwood correlation factor,Bruggeman *** Kirkwood correlation factor(gf)and effective Kirkwood correlation factor(g^(eff))indicate the dipole ordering of the binary mixtures.

The integer-order interdependent calcium([Ca^(2+)])and nitric oxide(NO)systems are unable to shed light on the influences of the superdiffusion and memory in triggering Brownian motion(BM)in ***,a mathematical model is constructed for the fractional-order nonlinear spatiotemporal systems of[Ca^(2+)]and NO incorporating reaction-diffusion equations in *** two-way feedback process between[Ca^(2+)]and NO systems through calcium feedback on NO production and NO feedback on calcium through cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMp)with plasmalemmal[Ca^(2+)]-ATpase(pMCA)was incorporated in the *** Crank–Nicholson scheme(CNS)with Grunwald approximation along spatial derivatives and L1 scheme along temporal derivatives with Gauss–Seidel(GS)iterations were *** numerical outcomes were analyzed to get insights into superdiffusion,buffer,and memory exhibiting BM of[Ca^(2+)]and NO *** conditions,events and mechanisms leading to dysfunctions in calcium and NO systems and causing different diseases like parkinson’s were explored in neurons.

A simple, efficient, and environmentally benign method for the synthesis of 4H-chromene derivatives was developed using well ordered and recoverable amino functionalized silica gel as a base catalyst. The 4H-chromene derivatives were obtained in short time and excellent yield （87%-96%） by three component reaction of aldehydes, malononitrile and cyclic 1,3-diketones in water at 70 ℃.

The Biginelli-type compounds 4,5,8a-triarylhexahydropyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidine-2,7（1H,3H）-diones were synthesized by a one-pot three-component reaction using sulfated tin oxide as a reusable catalyst. This method has the advantages of high yields, short reaction time, simple starting materials and reusability of catalyst for several times.

The present study is a systematic effort to investigate the structure-sensitive magnetic parameters of Ce^(3+) substituted Ba-Sr hexaferrite nanocrystals chemically formulated as Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaferrite powders were prepared using the sol-gel self-ignition route and structurally characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared *** creation of the M-type hexaferrite phase within the synthesized samples was revealed from the Rietveld refinement of the X-ray *** occurrence of a secondary phase of CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaferrites for the substitution,x> *** refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to compute the lattice parameters,X-ray density,and lattice parameter *** crystal structure plotted from the refined XRD data reveals the occupancy of the ions at different lattice *** XpS data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm the oxidation states of the constituent *** nanocrystalline nature of the hexaferrites was revealed from the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's *** analysis of FTIR spectra confirms that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accommodated in the lattice and the remaining Ce content reside in the form of the CeO_(2) *** morphology of the hexaferrites was analyzed from the FESEM profiles of the ferrite *** magnetic behavior study was performed by analyzing the Curie temperature,hysteresis loops,and hyperfine interactions by means of susceptibility,V.S.M,and Mossbauer spectroscopy,*** hexaferrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation magnetization,and decreasing Curie temperature are reported in the *** substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice imperfections giving rise to hexaferrites with tuned magnetic parameters suitable for different applications.

A simple and straightforward method for the determination of dolasetron mesylate(DM) in aqueous solution was developed based on the fluorescence quenching of 3-Mercaptopropionic acid(MpA) capped Cd S quantum dots(QDs).The structure,morphology,and optical properties of synthesized QDs were characterized by using UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and dynamic light scattering(DLS) *** the optimum conditions,the MpA-Cd S QDs fluorescence probe offered good sensitivity and selectivity for detecting *** probe provided a highly specific selectivity and a linear detection of DM in the range of 2–40 μg/m L with detection limit(LOD) 1.512 μg/m *** common excipients did not interfere in the proposed *** fluorescence quenching mechanism of Cd S QDs is also *** developed sensor was applied to the quantification of DM in urine and human serum sample with satisfactory results.

pyrazoles are important nitrogen containing 5-membered heterocyclic compounds. Numerous pyrazoline derivatives have been found to possess considerable biological activities, which stimulated the research activity in this field. Several 1,3,5-Triphenyl-1H-pyrazole containing 6-aminopyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives has been synthesized. These new compounds were characterized using IR, 1H-NMR and Mass spectra and Elemental analysis. They possess some potent biological activities. Therefore biological screening of novel compounds has been also done.
