The use of industrial internet networks with net- centric control is the driving trend behind the future material manufacturing of goods and services. The promising future of this approach is provided by these complex net-centric systems functioning with high relia- bility. The problem of intelligent net-centric control and reliable network functioning is fundamental, with the additional requirement that the system should preserve stakeholder security and privacy according to policies. The issue is that such systems are characterized by complex multi-parameter operability modes controlled by various criteria. This study considers an approach to providing reliable management of complicated Internet of things （IoT） systems. This is achieved by solving multi-criteria tasks over many processes of various physical natures. Corresponding methods of hierarchical decomposition of multi-criteria tasks, process levels of multi-criteria opti- mization, specifics of aggregation levels, and the master equation of the optimization process are described.

Surface layer of a loaded solid is an individual structural level of deformation that was shown numerously within concept oI physical mesomechanics. This gives rise to advance in its deformation development under loading as well as allows using this phenomenon to sense the strain induced structure changes. It is of specific importance for composite materials since they are highly heterogeneous while estimating their mechanical state is a topical applied problem. Fatigue tests of carbon fiber compo- site specimens were carried out for cyclic deformation estimation with the use of strain sensors made of thin （80 jam） alumi- num foil glued to the specimen＇s surface. The surface images were captured by DSLR camera mounted onto an optical micro- scope. Strain relief to form during cyclic loading was numerically estimated using different parameters： dispersion, mean square error, universal image quality index, fractal dimension and energy of Fourier spectrum. The results are discussed in view of deformation mismatch in thin foil and bulk specimen and are offered to be applied for the development of Structural Health Monitoring （SHM） approach.

Using the recently developed method we calculated the crystal field parameters m yttrium anct lutetium aluminum garnets doped with seven trivalent Krarners rare-earth ions. We then inserted calculated parameters into the atomic-like Hamiltonian taking into account the electron-electron, spin-orbit and Zeeman interactions and determined the multiplet splitting by the crystal field as well as magnetic tensors. We compared calculated results with available experimental data. Very good agreement with the spectroscopic data and qualitative agreement with experimental tensors was found.

A wide range of wastes can potentially be used to generate thermal and electrical *** co-combustion of several types of waste as part of water-containing waste-derived fuels is a promising method for their *** this research,we use thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry to study the thermal behavior and kinetics of coal slime,biomass,waste oils,and blends on their *** also analyze the concentrations of gaseous *** results show that biomass,oils,and coal slime significantly affect each other in the course of their co-combustion when added to slurry *** preparation of coal-water slurry based on slime and water reduced the ignition and burnout temperature by up to 16%.Adding biomass and waste oils additionally stimulated the slurry ignition and burnout,which occurred at lower *** to dry coal slime,threshold ignition temperatures and burnout temperatures decreased by 6%–9%and 17%–25%,***,the use of biomass and waste oils as part of slurries inhibited NOхand SO_(2)emission by 2.75 *** to the kinetic analysis,added biomass and waste turbine oil provide a 28%–51%reduction in the activation energy as compared to a coal-water slurry without additives.

Background: The high doses of zinc oxide(Zn O) administered orally to piglets for the prevention of diarrhea and increase of growth rate can contaminate pig farms and the surrounding environment. Therefore, there is a need to find a replacement of high doses of dietary Zn O with an equally effective alternative. In the present study, the effect of two formulations of zinc phosphate-based nanoparticles(Zn A and Zn C NPs) on growth performance,intestinal microbiota, antioxidant status, and intestinal and liver morphology was evaluated. A total of 100 weaned piglets were randomly divided into 10 equal groups with the base diet(control) or the base diet supplemented with Zn A, Zn C, or Zn O at concentrations 500, 1000, and 2000 mg Zn per kilogram of diet. Supplements were given to animals for 10 days. Fecal samples were collected on day 0, 5, 10 and 20. At the end of the treatment(day 10),three piglets from each group were sacrificed and ***: Comparing to that of control, the significantly higher piglet weight gain was observed in all piglet groups fed with Zn A(P < 0.05). Differences in the total aerobic bacteria and coliform counts in piglet feces after NPs supplementation compared to that of control and Zn O groups were also found(P < 0.05). The majority of aerobic culturable bacteria from the feces represented Escherichia(28.57–47.62%), Enterococcus(3.85–35.71%), and Streptococcus(3.70–42.31%) spp. A total of 542 Escherichia coli isolates were screened for the virulence genes STa,STb, Stx2, F4, and F18. The substantial occurrence of E. coli virulence factors was found on day 5, mainly in fimbrillary antigen and thermostable toxins, except for piglets fed by Zn C. Zn treatment decreased Zn blood levels in piglets fed with Zn O and Zn A(500 mg/kg) and increased in Zn C(2000 mg/kg) compared to that of control(P < 0.05). Aging is well known to be the main risk factor for the neurodegenerative pathologies,in particular,Parkinson’s disease（PD）and Alzheimer’s disease（AD）.In aging and in the diseases,similar changes in various hallmarks of neurodegeneration（lipofuscin accumulation,autophagia weakening,and disturbances in functions of mitochondriaand lysosomes） were shown （Tan et al., 2014）. Furthermore, dopami- nergic system （DAS） involvement in mechanisms of aging, PD, and AD were revealed （Martorana and Koch, 2014）.

Background: Development of new nanomaterials that inhibit or kil bacteria is an important and timely research topic. For example, financial losses due to infectious diseases, such as diarrhea, are a major concern in livestock productions around the world. Antimicrobial nanoparticles(NPs) represent a promising alternative to antibiotics and may lower antibiotic use and consequently spread of antibiotic resistance traits among bacteria, including ***: Four formulations of zinc nanoparticles(Zn A, Zn B, Zn C, and Zn D) based on phosphates with spherical(Zn A, Zn B)or irregular(Zn C, Zn D) morphology were prepared. The highest in vitro inhibitory effect of our NPs was observed against Staphylococcus aureus(inhibitory concentration values, IC50, ranged from 0.5 to 1.6 mmol/L), fol owed by Escherichia coli(IC500.8–1.5 mmol/L). In contrast, methicil in resistant S. aureus(IC501.2–4.7 mmol/L) was least affected and this was similar to inhibitory patterns of commercial Zn O-based NPs and Zn O. After the successful in vitro testing, the in vivo study with rats based on dietary supplementation with zinc NPs was conducted. Four groups of rats were treated by 2,000 mg Zn/kg diet of Zn A, Zn B, Zn C, and Zn D, for comparison two groups were supplemented by 2,000 mg Zn/kg diet of Zn O-N and Zn O, and one group(control) was fed only by basal diet. The significantly higher(P < 0.05) Zn level in liver and kidney of al treated groups was found, nevertheless Zn NPs did not greatly influence antioxidant status of rats. However,the total aerobic and coliform bacterial population in rat feces significantly decreased(P < 0.05) in al zinc groups after 30 d of the treatment. Furthermore, when compared to the Zn O group, Zn A and Zn C nanoparticles reduced coliforms significantly more(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Our results demonstrate that phosphate-based zinc nanoparticles have the potential to act as antibiotic agents.
