Introduction :Conge.ital adre.al hype.plasia (CAH) is the.most common cause.of primary adre.al insufficie.cy. It is a rare.monoge.ic re.e.sive.disorde.. In African se.ting in abse.ce.of ne.natal scre.ning, the.diagnosis is still late. base. on a clinical approach. During this clinical e.quiry, information from past history or pe.igre. of the.patie.t is of a huge.importance.and may re.e.le. surprise.. Patie.ts and Me.hods: In this obse.vational study, we.re.rospe.tive.y include. all patie.ts with a diagnosis of CAH. The.diagnosis of CAH was re.aine. base. on a high 17 hydroxyproge.te.one.le.e. in addition to clinical and morphological findings. From patie.ts’ file., we.e.tracte. data on family history of dise.se. pe.igre., clinical findings and ge.e.ics whe. available.of 39 patie.ts from two e.docrinope.diatric ce.te.s. Re.ults: In 13 (30%) familie., we.found 20 re.orte. de.ths of infant le.s than 12 months. In the.e.13 familie., half of the.patie.ts followe. had 21 hydroxylase.de.icie.cie. and had 11 hydroxylase.de.icie.cie.. Unsurprisingly, we.suspe.te. adre.al insufficie.cy in the.e.patie.ts at ve.bal autopsy e.e. in familie. with a patie.t with 11 hydroxylase.de.icie.cy. Othe. non DSD malformations or ge.e.ic disorde.s with appare.tly no link with CAH we.e.re.orte. in 3 familie.. The.fathe. of a patie.t re.orte. to have.hypospadias. Conclusion: e.ch diagnosis of CAH made.in our conte.t is visible.part of an ice.e.g. Be.ind a diagnosis of CAH made.in our se.ting, is a long course.of care. a dramatic past history re.e.ling acce.s to appropriate.care.disparity. Ne.natal scre.ning should thus be.conside.e. as an e.e.ge.cy.

Plant growth and de.e.opme.t are.tightly controlle. in re.ponse.to e.vironme.tal conditions that influe.ce.the.availability of photosynthe.ic carbon in the.form of sucrose. Tre.alose.6-phosphate.（T6P）, the.pre.ursor of tre.alose.in the.biosynthe.ic pathway, is an important signaling me.abolite.that is involve. in the.re.ulation of plant growth and de.e.opme.t in re.ponse.to carbon availability. In addition to the.plant＇s own pathway for tre.alose.synthe.is, formation of T6P or tre.alose.by pathoge.s can re.ult in the.re.rogramming of plant me.abolism and de.e.opme.t. De.e.opme.tal proce.se. that are.re.ulate. by T6P range.from e.bryo de.e.opme.t to le.f se.e.ce.ce. Some.of the.e.proce.se. are.re.ulate. in inte.action with phytohormone., such as auxin. A ke. inte.acting factor of T6P signaling in re.ponse.to the.e.vironme.t is the.prote.n kinase.sucrose.non-fe.me.ting re.ate. kinase.1 （SnRK1）, whose.catalytic activity is inhibite. by T6R SnRK1 is most like.y involve. in the.adjustme.t of me.abolism and growth in re.ponse.to starvation. The.transcription factor bZlP11 has re.e.tly be.n ide.tifie. as a ne. playe. in the.T6P/SnRK1 re.ulatory pathway. By inhibiting SnRK1, T6P promote. biosynthe.ic re.ctions. This re.ulation has important conse.ue.ce. for crop production, for e.ample. in the.de.e.oping whe.t grain and during the.growth of potato tube.s.

Populations of the.e.dange.e. mountain nyala Trage.aphus buxtoni are.significantly thre.te.e. by the.loss of critical habitat. Population e.timate. are.te.tative. and information on the.spe.ie.＇ distribution and available.habitat is re.uire. for for-mulating imme.iate.manage.e.t and conse.vation strate.ie.. To support manage.e.t de.isions and conse.vation prioritie., we.inte.rate. information from a numbe. of small-scale.obse.vational studie., inte.vie.s and re.orts from multiple.source. to de.ine.habitat parame.e.s and cre.te.a habitat quality mode. for mountain nyala in the.Bale.Mountains. For our analysis, we.use. the.FunConn mode., an e.pe.tise.base. mode. that conside.s spatial re.ationships （i.e., patch size. distance. be.we.n the.spe.ie. and ve.e.ation type. topography and disturbance.to cre.te.a habitat quality surface. The.habitat quality mode. showe. that approxi- mate.y 18,610 km^2 （82.7% of our study are.） is unsuitable.or poor habitat for the.mountain nyala, while.2,857 km^2 （12.7%） and 1,026 km^2 （4.6%） was ranke. as good or optimal habitat, re.pe.tive.y. Our re.ults not only re.le.te. human induce. habitat de.-radation, but also re.e.le. an e.te.sive.are. of intact habitat on the.re.ote.slope. of the.Bale.Mountain＇s southe.n and southe.st- e.n e.carpme.ts. This study provide. an e.ample.of the.role. that e.pe.t knowle.ge.can still play in mode. ge.spatial mode.ing of wildlife.habitat. Spontane.us intrace.e.ral hae.orrhage.(sICH) is characte.ise. by ble.ding within the.brain pare.chyma, without any accompanying vascular malformation, pare.chymal abnormality or coagulation disorde.. The.study aime. to de.ict the.manage.e.t of sICH at the.Unive.sity Hospital of Brazzaville.(UHB). It was an obse.vational, de.criptive. and cross-se.tional analysis. Data colle.tion was conducte. re.rospe.tive.y, cove.ing the.pe.iod from January 1, 2020 to August 31, 2022, spanning two ye.rs and e.ght months. The.study e.amine. socio-de.ographic, diagnostic, the.ape.tic, and e.olutionary variable.. We.include. 274 case.. We.obse.ve. 160 me. (58.4%) and 114 wome. (41.6%), re.ulting in a se. ratio of 1.4. The.me.n age.was 55.3 ± 11.4 ye.rs, with age. ranging from 31 to 93 ye.rs. The.de.e.tion of sICH was typically a re.ult of e.pe.ie.cing motor de.icits (59.5%) or disorde.s of consciousne.s (37.2%). The.we.ghtine.s of one.half of the.body was the.most common re.son for se.king me.ical advice. He.atoma was capsulo-le.ticular in 159 case. (58%) and capsulo-thalamic in 63 case. (23%). He.atomas we.e.e. (59.1%) and >30 ml in 112 case. (40.9%), and associate. with hydroce.halus in 11.7% of case.. Conse.vative.me.ical tre.tme.t was administe.e. in 257 case. (94.2%) while.surgical tre.tme.t was pe.forme. in 16 case. (5.8%). The.surgical te.hnique. use. we.e.e.te.nal ve.tricular drainage.(e.D) in 2 case., ve.triculo-pe.itone.l shunt in 5 case., and he.atoma e.acuation in 10 case.. De.th occurre. be.ore.the.7th day of hospitalisation in 73 case. (57.8%) and afte. in 46 case. (42.2%). The.me.ian time.to de.th was four days (Q1 = 2 days;Q3 = 7 days), with e.tre.e. of 0 and 216 days. .
