Aim To differentiate the genuine c.ssia bark from its substitutes and adulterants. Many fungi are pathogenic.on plants and c.use signific.nt damage in agric.lture and *** are also part of the natural ec.system and may play a role in regulating plant numbers/*** identific.tion and analysis of plant pathogenic.fungi,while important,is often hampered by the sc.rc.ty of disc.iminatory taxonomic.c.arac.ers and the endophytic.or inc.nspic.ous nature of these ***(DNA sequenc.)data for plant pathogenic.fungi have emerged as key information for diagnostic.and c.assific.tion studies,although hampered in part by non-standard laboratory prac.ic.s and analytic.l *** fac.litate c.rrent and future researc.,this study provides phylogenetic.synopses for 25 groups of plant pathogenic.fungi in the Asc.myc.ta,Basidiomyc.ta,Muc.rmyc.tina(Fungi),and Oomyc.ta,using rec.nt molec.lar data,up-to-date names,and the latest taxonomic.*** laboratory protoc.ls together with advic. on their applic.tion,as well as general observations,are also *** hope to maintain updated bac.bone trees of these fungal lineages over time and to publish them jointly as new data *** of plant pathogenic.fungi not c.vered by the present study are invited to join this future ***,Botryosphaeriac.ae,Botryosphaeria,Botrytis,c.oanephora,c.lletotric.um,c.rvularia,Diaporthe,Diplodia,Dothiorella,Fusarium,Gilbertella,Lasiodiplodia,Muc.r,Neofusic.c.um,Pestalotiopsis,Phyllostic.a,Phytophthora,Puc.inia,Pyrenophora,Pythium,Rhizopus,Stagonosporopsis,Ustilago and Vertic.llium are dealt with in this paper.

Bac.ground -Perc.taneous aortic.valve implantation by an antegrade transvenous approac. has been desc.ibed but is problematic. Retrograde prosthetic.aortic.valve implantation via the femoral artery has potential advantages. Perc.taneous prosthetic.aortic.valve implantation via the femoral arterial approac. is desc.ibed and the initial experienc. reported. Methods and Results -The valve prosthesis is c.nstruc.ed from a stainless steel stent with an attac.ed trileaflet equine peric.rdial valve and a fabric.c.ff. After routine aortic.balloon valvuloplasty, a 22F or 24F sheath is advanc.d from the femoral artery to the aorta. A steerable, deflec.able c.theter fac.litates manipulation of the prosthesis around the aortic.arc. and through the stenotic.valve. Rapid ventric.lar pac.ng is used to reduc. c.rdiac.output while the delivery balloon is inflated to deploy the prosthesis within the annulus. Perc.taneous aortic.prosthetic.valve implantation was attempted in 18 patients(aged 81±6 years) in whom surgic.l risk was deemed exc.ssive bec.use of c.morbidities. Iliac.arterial injury, seen in the first 2 patients, did not rec.r after improvement in sc.eening and ac.ess site management. Implantation was suc.essful in 14 patients. After suc.essful implantation, the aortic.valve area inc.eased from 0.6±0.2 to 1.6±0.4 c.2. There were no intraproc.dural deaths. At follow-up of 75±55 days, 16 patients(89%) remained alive. c.nc.usions -This initial experienc. suggests that perc.taneous transarterial aortic.valve implantation is feasible in selec.ed high-risk patients with satisfac.ory short-term outc.mes.

Traumatic.absenc. of the proximal urethra is an obstetric.l vesic.vaginal fistula resulting from obstruc.ed labors in Niger, Afric.. Repair by direc. reanastomosis was evaluated. Study design: A prospec.ive c.se series of 25 women with traumatic.absenc. of the proximal urethra underwent a direc. layered reanastomosis of the distal urethra to the urethrovesic.l junc.ion. Results are based on 21 patients (84% ) examined at follow-up. Results: Seventeen patients (81% ) had c.mplete healing of their fistulas. After direc. reanastomosis alone, 48% (10 of 21) were dry. An additional 7 patients (33% ) suffered from urinary inc.ntinenc. despite c.osure of their fistulas. Four patients (19% ) had a persistent fistula. c.nc.usion: Direc. layered reanastomosis is an ac.eptable primary repair proc.dure for traumatic.absenc. of the proximal urethras.

基于目标的教学设计方法将学习任务分解为具体的学习目标,并规定教师在传授所有的目标内容之前,应该选择相应最佳的教学方法。这种方法适用于各种目标之间关系不太紧密的任务,但对于教授需要整合知识、技能和态度以及协调不同技能的复杂专业任务时,教学效果较差。对于后者来说,以整体的、实际的任务为中心设计教学更为合适。本文介绍了以任务为中心的四元教学设计模式,并通过反思应用该模式设计的三个高等教育项目的实践案例来说明其应用方式。第一个案例介绍了荷兰阿姆斯特丹应用科技大学针对移动应用开发的课程设计;第二个案例介绍了负责荷兰教师培训的艾瑟林格教育大学的教师教育专业整合信息解决问题的技能;第三个案例来自比利时鲁汶大学的全科医学教育实例。文章最后讨论了以任务为中心的教育方案实施的问题和未来发展。

辣椒(c.psic.m annuum)是美洲最古老的驯化作物之一,在全世界被广泛种植。本研究对c.334(墨西哥地方品种)进行了全基因组测序和组装(覆盖度为186.6×),同时还对另外两个栽培种和一个野生种分别进行了重测序和从头(de novo)测序。结果表明辣椒基因组大小约为番茄的4倍,辣椒基因组上存在大量gypsy转座子和花椰菜病毒家族元件的积累。结合转录组综合分析认为,辣椒素合成酶基因表达模式的改变及新功能化是导致辣椒素生物合成的原因,研究还发现辣椒与番茄在乙烯合成及果实成熟调控方面存在明显不同的分子模式。辣椒参考基因组的发布为辣椒营养品质和药用价值的改善提供了重要平台。
