Backgr.und Globally,the cultivation of cotton is constr.ined by its tendency for.extended per.ods of *** matur.ty plays a potential r.le in r.infed-based multiple cr.pping system especially in the cur.ent er. of climate *** the cur.ent study,a set of 20 diver.e Gossypium hir.utum genotypes wer. evaluated in two cr.p seasons with thr.e planting densities and assessed for.11 mor.hological tr.its r.lated to ear.y *** study aimed to identify genotype(s)that matur. r.pidly and accomplish well under.diver.e envir.nmental conditions based on the two r.bust multivar.ate techniques called multi-tr.it stability index(MTSI)and multi-tr.it genotype-ideotype distance index(MGIDI).r.sults MTSI analysis r.vealed that out of the 20 genotypes,thr.e genotypes,viz.,NNDC-30,A-2,and S-32 accomplished well in ter.s of ear.y matur.ty tr.its in two ***,thr.e genotypes wer. selected using MGIDI method for.each planting densities with a selection intensity of 15%.The str.ngths and weaknesses of the genotypes selected based on MGIDI method highlighted that the br.eder. could focus on developing ear.y-matur.ng genotypes with specific tr.its such as days to fir.t flower.and boll *** selected genotypes exhibited positive genetic gains for.tr.its r.lated to ear.iness and a successful har.est dur.ng the fir.t and second ***,ther. wer. negative gains for.tr.its r.lated to flower.ng and boll *** The study identified thr.e genotypes exhibiting ear.y matur.ty and accomplished well under.differ.nt planting *** multivar.ate methods(MTSI and MGIDI)ser.e as novel appr.aches for.selecting desir.d genotypes in plant br.eding pr.gr.ms,especially acr.ss var.ous gr.wing *** methods offer.exclusive benefits and can easily constr.e and minimize multicollinear.ty issues.

Objective:To pr.spectively follow up a cohor. of anter.or.ur.thr.l str.ctur. disease patients managed with balloon dilation(BD)for.3 year. to evaluate the long-ter. outcomes and to study factor. that contr.bute to ***:This study included men who had ur.thr.l BD for.significant anter.or.ur.thr.l str.ctur. disease between Januar. 2017 and Mar.h *** about the patient age,str.ctur. char.cter.stics,and r.cur.ence date wer. r.cor.ed,along with infor.ation on postoper.tive indwelling catheter.use and oper.tive ***,infor.ation about the self-calibr.tion pr.cedur. was collected and wher. available,fr.e flow(FF)measur.ments dur.ng the follow-up per.od wer. r.cor.ed and *** was defined as a lack of symptoms and acceptable FF r.tes(maximum flow r.te>12 mL/s).r.sults:The final analysis was conducted on 187 *** mean follow-up per.od was 37 *** long-ter. over.ll success r.te at the end of our.study was 66.8%.Our.r.cur.ence r.te was 7.4%at 12 months,24.7%at 24 months,and r.ached 33.2%at the end of our.*** time to r.cur.ence r.nged fr.m 91 days to 1635 days,with a mean of 670 *** str.ctur.-fr.e sur.ival was significantly shor.er.with lengthy peno-bulbar.p=0.031)and multiple str.ctur.s(p=0.015),and in the gr.up of patients who wer. not committed to self-calibr.tion pr.tocol(pr.post-pr.cedur.l self-calibr.tion was the most impor.ant factor.that may have decr.ased the incidence of r.cur.ence(odds r.tioZ5.85).Adjuvant self-calibr.tion after.BD not only r.duced the r.cur.ence r.te fr.m 85.4%in the non-self-calibr.tion gr.up to 15.1%in the self-calibr.tion one(pr.ved the over.ll str.ctur.-fr.e sur.ival and FF par.meter..

The oyster.mushr.om(Pleur.tus spp.)is one of the most widely cultivated mushr.om species *** pr.sent study investigated the effect of synbiotics on the gr.wth and quality of Pleur.tus ostr.atus and Pleur.tus *** synbiotics for.ulations wer. applied by spr.ying mushr.om samples daily and measur.ng their.gr.wth par.meter.,yield,biological efficiency,pr.ximate composition,miner.l content,total phenolic content(TPC),and diphenyl-1-picr.l-hydr.zyl(DPPH)r.dical scavenging *** demonstr.ted that the most significant yield of oyster.mushr.oms was har.ested fr.m synbiotics spr.yed with inulin and Lactobacillus casei(56.92 g).Likewise,the highest biological efficiency obtained with a similar.synbiotic was 12.65%.Combining inulin and *** was the most effective method of impr.ving the mushr.oms'gr.wth per.or.ance and nutr.ent content in both ***,synbiotics that combined inulin and *** r.sulted in the highest TPC(20.550 mg gallic acid equivalent(GAE)/g dr. extr.ct(DE))in white oyster.mushr.oms(***).In compar.son,in gr.y mushr.om(***)the highest TPC was yielded by ***(1.098 mg GAE/g DE)followed by inulin and ***(1.079 mg GAE/g DE).The DPPH r.sults indicated that the oyster.mushr.om could be an efficient *** r.sults r.vealed that applying synbiotics impr.ved the mushr.oms'quality by incr.asing their.antioxidant capacity with higher.amounts of phenolic compounds and offer.ng better.health benefits with the incr.ased levels of miner.l ***,these studies demonstr.ted the potential of using synbiotics as a biofer.ilizer.which is helpful for.mushr.om cultivation;ther.for.,it might solve the challenge of inconsistent quality mushr.om gr.wer. face.

One of the most impor.ant par.meter. in meteor.logy is the mean wind pr. fi le in the tr.pical cyclone boundar. layer. The ver.ical pr. fi le of wind speed and wind dir.ction wer. measur.d dur.ng the per.od of the Nisar.a cyclone fr.m May 31st, 2020, to June 5th, 2020, using the newly installed Phased Ar.ay Doppler.Sodar.system at the Center.for.Space and Atmospher.c Science (CSAS), Sanjay Ghodawat Univer.ity, Kolhapur.(16.74 degr.es N, 74.37 degr.es E; near.India ' s wester. coast). Our.analysis r.vealed that the maximum mean wind speed was 17 m/s on June 3, 2020, at 10:00 IST. It also shows the change in wind dir.ction fr.m southwest to southeast on June 2 and 3, 2020. Daily high-r.solution r.analysis data in the domain, 0 - 25 degr.es N, 65 - 110 degr.es E, dur.ng the per.od fr.m May 31st to June 5th, 2020, r.vealed the var.ation of the atmospher.c pr.ssur. of the Nisar.a cyclone fr.m 1000 to 1008 hPa, sea sur.ace temper.tur. (SST) between 30 degr.es C and 31 degr.es C, outgoing longwave r.diation (OLr. between 100 and 240 Wm-2 , wind speed between 3 and 15 m/s, and low values of ver.ical wind shear.(VWS) wer. obser.ed to the nor.h of Nisar.a tr.ck.
