BAc.GROUND Hepatoc.llular c.rc.noma(Hc.)is a primary liver tumor generally diagnosed based on radiographic.*** disease is typic.lly assoc.ated with inc.eased tumor diameter,multifoc.lity,and vasc.lar *** report a c.se of a patient who presented with extrahepatic.Hc. metastasis to a portoc.val lymph node with oc.ult hepatic.primary on c.mputed tomography(c.).We review the literature for c.ses of extrahepatic.Hc. presentation without known hepatic.lesions and disc.ss strategies to differentiate between metastatic.and ec.opic.*** SUMMARY A 67-year-old male with remotely treated hepatis c.was referred for evaluation of an enlarging portoc.val,mixed c.stic.solid *** c. evaluations demonstrated steatosis,but no c.rrhosis or liver *** ultrasound demonstrated a normal-appearing panc.eas,biliary tree,and *** needle aspiration yielded atypic.l *** differential diagnosis inc.uded duodenal or panc.eatic.c.st,lymphoproliferative c.st,stromal or mesenc.ymal lesions,nodal involvement from gastrointestinal or hematologic.malignanc.,or duodenal gastrointestinal stromal *** review by a multidisc.plinary tumor board,the patient underwent open surgic.l resec.ion of a 5.2 c.×5.5 c. retroperitoneal mass with pathology c.nsistent with moderately-differentiated *** resonanc. imaging(MRI)subsequently demonstrated a 1.2 c. segment VIII hepatic.lesion with late arterial enhanc.ment,fatty sparing,and intrinsic.T1 *** fetoprotein was 23.3 ng/*** patient was diagnosed with Hc. with portoc.val nodal ***:We surveyed the literature for Hc. presenting as extrahepatic.masses without history of c.nc.rrent or prior intrahepatic.*** identified 18 c.ses of extrahepatic.Hc. ultimately found to represent metastatic.lesions,and 30 c.ses of extrahepatic.Hc. found to be primary,ec.opic.*** Hepatoc.llular c.rc.noma c.n seldomly present with extrahepatic.metastasis in the setting of

PURPOSE: To demonstrate the mic.osc.pic.c.anges,in vivo,ac.ompanying stage 4 retinopathy of prematurity. DESIGN: Interventional c.se study. METHODS: Optic.l c.herenc. tomography (Oc.) of the mac.la was performed in a baby with presumed stage 4a retinopathy of prematurity (retinopathy of prematurity). The findings were c.rrelated with c.inic.l staging and video indirec. ophthalmosc.py. RESULTS: Oc. c.anged the staging of retinopathy of prematurity from 4a to 4b,demonstrated intraretinal edema,and objec.ively c.nfirmed the c.inic.l impression of disease progression. c.Nc.USIONS: Oc. c.uld be valuable as a new strategy in the staging and surgic.l management of retinopathy of prematurity.

Even after six dec.des of c.al washing prac.ic.s, there has not been signific.nt development in the c.al washing intelligentsia. Indian c.al Washing industry is still dependent on imported equipment, whic. has been designed to treat c.al that is signific.ntly different from Indian c.al of drift origin.
