Two types of Mo containing metal-organic frameworks,denoted as Mo@COMOC-4 and PMA@MIL-101（Cr）,were synthesized respectively by a post-synthetic modification and a ship-in-bottle *** catalytic performance of both compounds in the epoxidation of propylene using cumene hydroperoxide（CHP） as oxidant was compared with MoO3@SiO2.A higher conversion（46.2%） and efficiency（87.4%） of CHP was observed for Mo@COMOC-4,whereas the heteropoly acids supported MIL-101 resulted in the decomposition of CHP due to its strong acidic *** tests demonstrated that Mo@COMOC-4 could be reused for multiple runs without significant loss in both activity and stability.

缺陷工程用于调整金属有机框架材料(MOFs)的性能引起了广泛关注。在金属有机框架材料中通常会观察到两种缺陷:配体缺陷和节点缺陷。这两种缺陷目前难以区分,从而进一步难以确定金属有机框架材料的不同属性与特定类型缺陷的关系。我们提出了一种新颖且易于合成的策略,用于在酸稳定的金属有机框架材料中创建单一节点缺陷。首先,合成了双金属Zn/Zr UiO-66材料。之后用酸洗涤,有选择地去除酸不稳定的Zn节点,生成只有节点缺陷的UiO-66材料。通过使用1:3=Zn:Zr比例获得具有最适合数量缺陷的UiO-66材料。此外,初步验证此种缺陷类型数量对催化与吸附的影响。此类缺陷类型对开环反应和CO吸附与分离都有积极作用。为了证明该方法的一般适用性,此方法推广到MIL-101材料。

This article reviews recent advances in surgical techniques and adjuvant therapies for colorectal cancer, including total mesorectal excision, the resection of liver and lung metastasis and advances in chemoradiation and foreshadows some interventions that may lie just beyond the frontier. In particular, little is known about the intracellular and extracellular cascades that may influence colorectal cancer cell adhesion and metastasis. Although the phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinases and focal adhesion associated proteins in response to integrin-mediated cell matrix binding ("outside in integrin signaling") is well described, the stimulation of cell adhesion by intracellular signals activated by pressure prior to adhesion represents a different signal paradigm. However, several studies have suggested that increased pressure and shear stress activate cancer cell adhesion. Further studies of the pathways that regulate integrin-driven cancer cell adhesion may identify ways to disrupt these signals or block integrin-mediated adhesion so that adhesion and eventual metastasis can be prevented in the future.

为解决高速公路行车危险状态下驾驶员有意识换道过程中发生的车辆碰撞等交通事故问题,在前期研究车道偏离预警的基础上.针对确立的典型换道场景,建立了更加符合实际的基于换道过程中车辆加速行为的安全换道模型,并借助Matlab软件开发的仿真程序对建立的模型进行了仿真分析。结果表明,本文建立的模型具有较好的实用性,可为进一步建立车辆安全换道辅助系统奠定基础。

This paper presents results concerning energy efficiency of wheat production considered in the context of specific energy input variation in different climatic conditions of Europe as well as case studies on implementation of selected energy saving measures in practice. The source data collected from the six european union （EU） countries represent five agricultural regions of continental Europe and three climates： continental, temperate and Mediterranean. The life cycle assessment （LCA） methodology was applied to analyze the data excluding of pre-farm gate activities. The total primary energy consumption was decomposed into main energy input streams and it was regressed to yield. In order to compare energy efficiency of wheat production across the geographical areas, the data envelopment analysis （DEA） was applied. It was shown that the highest wheat yield （6.7 t/ha to 8.7 t/ha） at the lowest specific energy input （2.08 GJ/t to 2.56 G J/t） is unique for temperate climate conditions. The yield in continental and Mediterranean climatic conditions is on average lower by 1.3 t/ha and 2.7 t/ha and energy efficiency lower by 14% and 38%, respectively. The case studies have shown that the energy saving activities in wheat production may be universal for the climatic zones or specific for a given geographical location. It was stated that trade-offs between energy, economic, and environmental effects, which are associated with implementation of a given energy saving measure or a set of measures to a great extent depend on the current energy efficiency status of the farm and opportunity for investment, which varies substantially across Europe.

栖息地丧失和捕猎导致许多大型狐蝠濒危。尽管在东半球热带地区已经禁止捕猎和采伐,狐蝠的数量仍然在下降。既能维护当地居民利益又能保护狐蝠的折衷对策是生态旅游。然而,人类活动对狐蝠的影响还是未知的。菲律宾Boracay和Mambukal都是旅游区,前者游人少而稳定,后者游人密集且变异较大。我们用非损伤取样法研究了这两个旅游区三种狐蝠的生理紧张情况。在Mambukal,当狐蝠外出采食时,采集狐蝠的粪样,实验室分析粪样肾上腺皮质激素代谢物(GCM)浓度。我们观察记录了紧张反应等一些行为,同时记录了环境因素和人类活动情况。结果表明狐蝠已经习惯了游人的活动,表现在:(1)我们发现两个旅游区游人数量和活动强度差异显著,但是两地狐蝠的行为没有明显的差异;并且在有干扰和无干扰的日期之间,狐蝠的行为也无显著差异;两个旅游区的狐蝠行为表达一致;(2)各种行为与测定的粪样GCM浓度都不相关;(3)尽管在不同研究地点人类活动变异很大,我们发现人类活动并未影响粪样GCM浓度;不过,栖息在狐蝠群中心位置个体的粪样GCM浓度低于在群外围个体的GCM浓度;(4)一些环境因素(如干扰以及与栖息群的距离)影响狐蝠一些行为(如不安、身体护理和哈欠)的表达。如果干扰没有造成狐蝠紧张反应,那么生态旅游将不失为一种保护濒危狐蝠栖息地的理想方案。不过,我们还应认识到,人类干扰对狐蝠行为的影响可能比本研究观察到的更加复杂。因此,对于保护濒危狐蝠,时刻保持干扰最小是最好的选择。

AIM： To determine by brain functional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI） whether cerebral processing of non-visceral stimuli is altered in irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） patients compared with healthy subjects. To circumvent spinal viscerosomatic convergence mechanisms, we used auditory stimulation, and to identify a possible influence of psychological factors the stimuli differed in their emotional quality. METHODS： In 8 IBS patients and 8 controls, fMRI measurements were performed using a block design of 4 auditory stimuli of different emotional quality （pleasant sounds of chimes, unpleasant peep （2000 Hz）, neutral words, and emotional words）. A gradient echo T2＊weighted sequence was used for the functional scans. Statistical maps were constructed using the general linear model. RESULTS： To emotional auditory stimuli, IBS patients relative to controls responded with stronger deactivations in a greater variety of emotional processing regions, while the response patterns, unlike in controls, did not differentiate between distressing or pleasant sounds. To neutral auditory stimuli, by contrast, only IBS patients responded with large significant activations. CONCLUSION： Altered cerebral response patterns to auditory stimuli in emotional stimulus-processing regions suggest that altered sensory processing in IBS may not be specific for visceral sensation, but might reflect generalized changes in emotional sensitivity and affectire reactivity, possibly associated with the psychological comorbidity often found in IBS patients.

Hirschsprung＇s disease （HD） is a disorder associated with congenital malformation of the enteric nervous system with segmental aganglionosis. Prevailing therapy includes a resection of the affected part of the bowel, However, patients often do not obtain complete functional improvement after surgical treatment. We present the case of a 25-year-old woman who had surgical treatment of lid in early childhood. After that procedure she had clinical features of constipation for years in the end, passing of stool once a week, requiring laxatives and enemas. We diagnosed an incomplete resection of the aganglionic bowel via rectal biopsy and resected the remaining aganglionic segment. Two months after surgery the patient＇s bowel function improved to a frequency of 1-4 stools per day. We conclude that regular follow-up is required to identify lid patients with persistent alterations of bowel function after surgery. In patients presenting with constipation, recognition of a remaining aganglionic segment or other alterations of the enteric nervous system should be aimed at in an early stage. 2005 The WJG Press and Elsevier Inc. Raman spectroscopy is a common method of studying carbon-based materials such as multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT). However, the analysis of this technique is non-trivial since recorded spectra may be a convolution of both molecular vibrations and phonon resonances. The energies of these physical processes may occur in the same energy regime, and hence several analytical approaches can be necessary for a full analysis. Due to the negligible quantities of non-graphitic carbon in MWCNT, the present fitting procedure focuses on understanding phonon resonances to elucidate how varying modifications of MWCNT ultimately influence their graphitic bulk structure. We have found this approach to provide greater insight into the structure of MWCNT when low quantities of amorphous carbon are present, when compared with methods which try to interpret both phonon scattering and molecular vibrations simultaneously. Different pre-treatments for the modification of the graphitic structure of MWCNT are compared, including aqueous acidic and gas phase methods, and statistically evaluated. Focusing on phonon resonances enables one to analyze the reaction process of nitrosulfuric acid pre-treatment at different temperatures. Thereby, it is possible to control the ratio between defects and graphitic structures in MWCNT samples and prepare samples with reproducible D/G ratios.
