A consensus statement on the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency(PEI)after pancreatic surgery was developed based on the latest references,combined with China’s actual *** than 20 chinese excellent experts participated in this work and contributed many thorough *** consensus discusses the definition,epidemiology,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of PEI after pancreatic *** authors hope this consensus will promote the standard procedure of diagnosis and treatment of PEI in China.

Aiming to keep pace with the renewal of international guidelines and refine the domestic treatment system of pancreatic cancer,the chinese pancreatic Surgery association,chinese Medical association and pancreatic disease committee of China research hospital association launched this chinese guidelines for neoadjuvant therapy of pancreatic cancer(2020 edition).Based on the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation system,the guidelines have conducted a discussion on the indication,regimen selection,therapeutic effect evaluation,pathological diagnosis,surgery strategy,*** guidelines have quantified the evidence level of the current clinical researches and provided recommendations for the clinical practice in neoadjuvant therapy of pancreatic *** guidelines have highlighted the role of multiple disciplinary team and represented the conversion of treatment concepts in pancreatic *** therapy has prolonged the survival of part of pancreatic cancer ***,more high-quality clinical researches are in urgent need to improve the level of evidence,optimize the clinical practice,and improve the survival of patients.

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) seriously threatens the health of humans worldwide, and at the time of this writing, there is no specific antiviral treatment for COVID-19. To reduce the case mortality, experts at the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic in China, have collected, analyzed, and summarized data on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of severe and critical patients with COVID-19 in Wuhan and other severe disaster areas. Here, we present the chinese experts’ consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of this population. The first edition was released on February 22, 2020, and revised on March 4, 2020.

Expert consensus on COVID-19 vaccination in children

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SARS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United States。

It has been found that some patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)have clinically relevant heart injuries,and the incidence of myocarditis among patients with COVID-19 was reported to be 12%in hospitals and 32%in intensive care units in Wuhan,China.[1]Acute myocardial injuries or myocarditis is a very important clinical issue due to the risk of rapid disease progression to severe arrhythmia,heart failure,cardiac shock,etc.[2,3]The bedside echocardiography examination is the first-line preferential imaging option for the evaluation of myocarditis and other complications,such as acute right heart failure specially due to pulmonary artery embolism,stress cardiomyopathy,acute myocardial infarction and coexisting fundamental chronic cardiovascular disease.
