*** Pegmatite hosts important resource of rare metals,e.g.,lithium(Li)and beryllium(Be).In recent years,increasingly more studies were dedicated to characterize and unravel the formation of pegmatite-type deposits,for which accurate dating of pegmatite formation and mineralization is *** Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt is a major rare metal metallogenic belt in China,hosting many important pegmatite-type Li deposits,including the Lijiagou,Dangba,Jiajika,Yelonggou,Cuola,and *** age data(mica Ar-Ar and zircon/cassiterite U-Pb)from these Li deposits are sparse,ranging from 210 to 152 ***,obtaining reliable zircon U-Pb dates can be a challenge due to the strong decidualization in *** a result,the formation and mineralization ages of these rare metal pegmatites remain controversial,which hampers the development of pegmatite-type metallogenic model for the Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt.

Inefficient drug penetration hurdled by the stroma in the tumor tissue leads to a diminished therapeutic effect for drugs and a reduced infiltration level of immune ***,we constructed a PEGylated dendritic epirubicin(Epi)prodrug(Epi-P4D)to regulate the metabolism of cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs),thus enhancing Epi penetration into both multicellular tumor spheroids(MTSs)and tumor tissues in mouse colon cancer(CT26),mouse breast cancer(4T1)and human breast cancer(MDA-MB-231)*** cytotoxicity against CT26 MTSs and remarkable antitumor efficacy of Epi-P4D were ascribed to reduced fibronectin,α-SMA,and collagen ***,thinning of the tumor tissue stroma and efficient eradication of tumor cells promoted the immunogenic cell death effect for dendritic cell(DC)maturation and subsequent immune activation,including elevating the CD4^(+)T cell population,reducing CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T cell hyperactivation and exhaustion,and amplifying the natural killer(NK)cell proportion and effectively activating *** a result,this dendritic nanomedicine thinned the stroma of tumor tissues to enhance drug penetration and facilitate immune cell infiltration for elevated antitumor efficacy.

Safety remains a persistent challenge for high-energy-density lithium metal batteries（LMBs）.The development of safe and non-flammable electrolytes is especially important in harsh conditions such as high ***,a flame-retardant,low-cost and thermally stable long chain phosphate ester based（tributyl phosphate,TBP） electrolyte is reported,which can effectively enhance the cycling stability of highly loaded high-nickel LMBs with high safety through co-solvation *** interfacial compatibility between TBP and electrode is effectively improved using a short-chain ether（glycol dimethyl ether,DME）,and a specially competitive solvation structure is further constructed using lithium borate difluorooxalate（LiDFOB） to form the stable and inorganic-rich electrode *** from the presence of the cathode electrolyte interphase（CEI） and solid electrolyte interphase（SEI） enriched with LiF and LixPOyFz,the electrolyte demonstrates excellent cycling stability assembled using a 50 μm lithium foil anode in combination with a high loading NMC811(15.4 mg cm-2) cathode,with 88% capacity retention after 120 ***,the electrolyte exhibits excellent high-temperature characteristics when used in a 1-Ah pouch cell（N/P=0.26）,and higher thermal runaway temperature（238℃） in the ARC（accelerating rate calorimeter） demonstrating high *** novel electrolyte adopts long-chain phosphate as the main solvent for the first time,and would provide a new idea for the development of extremely high safety and high-temperature electrolytes.

Hepatocellular carcinoma is a common and fatal malignancy for which there is no effective systemic therapeutic strategy. Dihydroartemisinin(DHA), a derivative of artemisinin, has been shown to exert anti-tumor effects through the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and resultant mitochondrial damage. However, clinical translation is limited by several drawbacks, such as insolubility, instability and low bioavailability. Here, based on a nanomedicine-based delivery strategy, we fabricated mitochondria-targeted carrier-free nanoparticles coupling DHA and triphenylphosphonium(TPP), aiming to improve bioavailability and mitochondrial targeting. DHA-TPP nanoparticles can be passively delivered to the tumor site by enhanced penetration and retention and then internalized. Flow cytometry and Western blot analysis showed that DHA-TPP nanoparticles increased intracellular ROS, which increased mitochondrial stress and in turn upregulated the downstream Bcl-2 pathway, leading to apoptosis. In vivo experiments showed that DHA-TPP nanoparticles exhibited anti-tumor effects in a mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma. These findings suggest carrier-free DHA-TPP nanoparticles as a potential therapeutic strategy for hepatocellular carcinoma.

Neuronal growth, extension, branching, and formation of neural networks are markedly influenced by the extracellular matrix—a complex network composed of proteins and carbohydrates secreted by cells. In addition to providing physical support for cells, the extracellular matrix also conveys critical mechanical stiffness cues. During the development of the nervous system, extracellular matrix stiffness plays a central role in guiding neuronal growth, particularly in the context of axonal extension, which is crucial for the formation of neural networks. In neural tissue engineering, manipulation of biomaterial stiffness is a promising strategy to provide a permissive environment for the repair and regeneration of injured nervous tissue. Recent research has fine-tuned synthetic biomaterials to fabricate scaffolds that closely replicate the stiffness profiles observed in the nervous system. In this review, we highlight the molecular mechanisms by which extracellular matrix stiffness regulates axonal growth and regeneration. We highlight the progress made in the development of stiffness-tunable biomaterials to emulate in vivo extracellular matrix environments, with an emphasis on their application in neural repair and regeneration, along with a discussion of the current limitations and future prospects. The exploration and optimization of the stiffness-tunable biomaterials has the potential to markedly advance the development of neural tissue engineering.

This study investigated the suppressive effects of Armoracia rusticana (AR) and its three main glucosinolates on both free and bound heterocyclic amines (HAs)， along with their mechanisms of free radical quenching using density functional theory. Fish patties were supplemented with varying concentrations of AR (0.5%～1.5%) and glucosinolates (0.005%～0.015%)， showing a dose-dependent inhibition of HAs and concurrent elimination of free radicals and HAs intermediates. Glucobrassicin demonstrated the highest reactivity， which was verified by frontier orbit analysis and conceptual density functional parameters， consistent with experimental findings. Furthermore， the O-H bond connected to the sulfur atom of glucobrassicin possessed the smallest bond dissociation enthalpy (BDE) value， which indicated that this particular hydrogen atom is most susceptible to react with free radicals. Overall， AR and its glucosinolates， especially glucobrassicin， show promise as natural additives for improving food safety and quality.

BACKGROUND This study aimed to evaluate the safety of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in elderly patients with gastric cancer(GC).AIM To evaluate the safety of ERAS in elderly patients with *** The PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library databases were used to search for eligible studies from inception to April 1,*** mean difference(MD),odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(95%CI)were pooled for *** quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale *** used Stata(V.16.0)software for data *** This study consists of six studies involving 878 elderly *** analyzing the clinical outcomes,we found that the ERAS group had shorter postoperative hospital stays(MD=-0.51,I2=0.00%,95%CI=-0.72 to-0.30,P=0.00);earlier times to first flatus(defecation;MD=-0.30,I²=0.00%,95%CI=-0.55 to-0.06,P=0.02);less intestinal obstruction(OR=3.24,I2=0.00%,95%CI=1.07 to 9.78,P=0.04);less nausea and vomiting(OR=4.07,I2=0.00%,95%CI=1.29 to 12.84,P=0.02);and less gastric retention(OR=5.69,I2=2.46%,95%CI=2.00 to 16.20,P=0.00).Our results showed that the conventional group had a greater mortality rate than the ERAS group(OR=0.24,I2=0.00%,95%CI=0.07 to 0.84,P=0.03).However,there was no statistically significant difference in major complications between the ERAS group and the conventional group(OR=0.67,I2=0.00%,95%CI=0.38 to 1.18,P=0.16).CONCLUSION Compared to those with conventional recovery,elderly GC patients who received the ERAS protocol after surgery had a lower risk of mortality.
