糖尿病患者基于循证护理开展护理的效果

目的了解糖尿病患者基于循证开展护理的方法及效果。方法将本院2017年2月至2018年8月的60例糖尿病患者,随机分组,常规组给予传统护理,循证护理组开展基于循证开展护理。比较两组满意度;住院时间;护理前后血糖控制的相关指标、心理状态的相关指标、生活质量指标;低血糖发生率。结果循证护理组满意度、血糖控制的相关指标、心理状态的相关指标、生活质量指标、住院时间、低血糖发生率对比常规组有优势,P<0.05。结论糖尿病患者实施基于循证开展护理效果确切,可有效提高患者的知识认知和治疗依从性,并提高患者的日常自我管理能力,改善其心理状态以及生活质量,有效控制血糖,减少低血糖的出现,患者的满意度高。

The response of lake environments in arid Central Asia to climate change during the Late Holocene over the centennial to millennial timescales remains contentious. The reason that primarily paleoenvironmental proxies interpreting diverse and the scarcity of accurate quantitative reconstruction records. In this study， we employed diatoms and pollen records from lacustrine sediment in the Aibi Lake of SW Junggar Basin to quantitatively reconstruct salinity and watershed precipitation amounts while exploring the associated forcing mechanism. The results indicate that Aibi Lake salinity varied between 2 g/L and 47 g/L during the Late Holocene period， indicating a generally brackish environment， and corresponding to prevailing Tryblionella granulata diatom in the lake basin. Westerly-dominated annual precipitation varied between 250 mm and 320 mm during the Late Holocene period in the basin， exhibiting a generally semi-arid environment and prevailing desert steppe vegetation. The Aibi Lake has a low salinity of average value of ～15 g/L. It exhibits elevated precipitation (average value of ～280 mm) during the periods of the Roman Warm Period (2900-1990 cal yr BP)， Dark Age Cold Period (1570-1140 cal yr BP)， and Little Ice Age (590-120 cal yr BP). The reconstructed precipitation and salinity exhibit a periodicity of ～200 years， which is consistent with the cycle of phase changes of the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) and Total Solar Irradiance (TSI). This correlation suggests that variations in NOA and TSI significantly influence the precipitation and salinity changes in Central Asia over centennial to millennial timescales.

本文从新疆地区种植近五十万亩的春小麦品种——新春2号和赛洛斯的旗叶和倒二叶的叶绿素含量、自由水与束缚水的变化,以及硝酸还原酶活性的测定。认为在春小麦植株的旗叶与倒二叶的叶绿素含量上,差异不显著。从自由水/束缚水的比值来看,赛洛斯的低于新春2号。在硝酸还原酶活性方面是旗叶大于倒二叶,而倒二叶又大于根系。

Effects of long-term fencing on soil microbial community structure and function in the desert steppe,China

One of the goals of grazing management in the desert steppe is to improve its ***,relatively little is known about soil microbe communities in the desert steppe ecosystem under grazing *** this study,we investigated the diversity and aboveground biomass of Caragana korshinskii *** communities in long-term fencing and grazing areas,combined with an analysis of soil physical-chemical properties and genomics,with the aim of understanding how fence management affects plant-soil-microbial inter-relationships in the desert steppe,*** results showed that fence management(exclosure)increased plant diversity and aboveground biomass in *** shrub area and effectively enhanced soil organic carbon(233.94%),available nitrogen(87.77%),and available phosphorus(53.67%)*** well,the Shannon indices of soil bacteria and fungi were greater in the fenced ***-soil changes profoundly affected the alpha-and beta-diversity of soil *** management also altered the soil microbial community structure,significantly increasing the relative abundances of Acidobacteriota(5.31%-8.99%),Chloroflexi(3.99%-5.58%),and Glomeromycota(1.37%-3.28%).The soil bacterial-fungal co-occurrence networks under fence management had higher complexity and *** on functional predictions,fence management significantly increased the relative abundance of bacteria with nitrification and nitrate reduction functions and decreased the relative abundance of bacteria with nitrate and nitrite respiration *** relative abundances of ecologically functional fungi with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,ectomycorrhizal fungi,and saprotrophs also significantly increased under fence *** addition,the differential functional groups of bacteria and fungi were closely related to plant-soil *** results of this study have significant positive implications for the ecological restoration and reconstruction of dry desert steppe and simila

Electrolyte design strategies are closely related to the capacities, cycle life and safety of sodium–ion batteries. In this study, we aimed to optimize electrolyte with the focus on engineering aspects. The basic physicochemical properties including ionic conductivity, viscosity,wettability and thermochemical stability of the electrolytes using Na PF6 as the solute and the mixed solvent with different components of EMC,DMC or DEC in PC or EC were systematically measured. Ah pouch cell with NaNi_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)/hard carbon electrodes was used to evaluate the performance of the prepared electrolytes. By using the Inductive Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer(ICP), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC) and Accelerating Rate Calorimeter(ARC), we show that an optimized electrolyte can effectively promote the formation of a protective interfacial layer on two electrodes, which not only retards parasitic reactions between the electrodes and electrolyte but also suppresses dissolution of metal ions from the cathode. With an optimized electrolyte, a NaNi_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)/hard carbon cell can attain 56.16% capacity retention under the low temperature of -40℃, and can be able to retain 80%capacity retention after more than 2500 cycles while presenting excellent thermal safety.

It is known that social stress could alter oxytocin(OT)and arginine-vasopressin(AVP)expression in specific regions of brains which regulate the aggressive behavior of small rodents,but the effects of density-induced social stress are still ***’s voles(Lasiopodomys brandtii)are small herbivores in the grassland of China,but the underlying neurological mechanism of population regulation is still *** tested the effects of housing density of Brandt’s voles on OT/AVP system with physical contact(allowing aggression)and without physical contact(not allowing aggression)under laboratory ***,we tested the effects of paired-aggression(no density effect)of Brandt’s voles on OT/AVP system under laboratory *** hypothesized that high density would increase aggression among animals which would then increase AVP but reduce OT in brains of *** results showed that high housing density induced more aggressive *** found high-densityinduced social stress(with or without physical contact)and direct aggression significantly increased expression of mRNA and protein of AVP and its receptor,but decreased expression of mRNA and protein of OT and its receptor in specific brain regions of *** results suggest that density-dependent change of OT/AVP systems may play a significant role in the population regulation of small rodents by altering density-dependent aggressive behavior.

Background:Fibroblast activation protein(FAP),a cell surface serine protease,plays roles in tumor invasion and immune ***,there is currently no pan-cancer analysis of ***:We aimed to assess the pan-cancer expression proﬁle of FAP,its molecular function,and its potential role in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSC).Methods:We analyzed gene expression,survival status,immune inﬁltration,and molecular functional pathways of FAP in The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and Genotype Tissue Expression(GTEx)***,to elucidate the role of FAP in HNSC,we performed proliferation,migration,and invasion assays post-FAP overexpression or ***:FAP expression was elevated in nine tumor types and was associated with poor survival in eight of *** the context of immune inﬁltration,FAP expression negatively correlated with CD8+T-cell inﬁltration inﬁve tumor types and positively with regulatory T-cell inﬁltration in four tumor *** enrichment analysis highlighted FAP’s involvement in the PI3K-Akt signaling *** HNSC cells,FAP overexpression activated the PI3K-Akt pathway,promoting tumor proliferation,migration,and ***,FAP knockdown showed inhibitory ***:Our study unveils the association of FAP with poor tumor prognosis across multiple cancers and highlights its potential as a therapeutic target in HNSC.
