The most salient argument that needs to be addressed universally is Early Breast Cancer Detection(EBCD),which helps people live longer *** Computer-Aided Detection(CADs)/Computer-Aided Diagnosis(CADx)sys-tem is indeed a software automation tool developed to assist the health profes-sions in Breast Cancer Detection and Diagnosis(BCDD)and minimise mortality by the use of medical histopathological image classification in much less *** paper purposes of examining the accuracy of the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),which can be used to perceive breast malignancies for initial breast cancer detection to determine which strategy is efficient for the early iden-tification of breast cell malignancies formation of masses and Breast microcalci-fications on the *** we have insufficient data for a new domain that is desired to be handled by a pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network of Residual Network(ResNet50)for Breast Cancer Detection and Diagnosis,to obtain the Discriminative Localization,Convolutional Neural Network with Class Activation Map(CAM)has also been used to perform breast microcalcifications detection tofind a specific class in the Histopathological *** test results indicate that this method performed almost 225.15%better at determining the exact location of disease(Discriminative Localization)through breast microcalci-fications ***50 seems to have the highest level of accuracy for images of Benign Tumour(BT)/Malignant Tumour(MT)cases at 97.11%.ResNet50’s average accuracy for pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network is 94.17%.

Urban living in large modern cities exerts considerable adverse effectson health and thus increases the risk of contracting several chronic kidney diseases (CKD). The prediction of CKDs has become a major task in urbanizedcountries. The primary objective of this work is to introduce and develop predictive analytics for predicting CKDs. However, prediction of huge samples isbecoming increasingly difficult. Meanwhile, MapReduce provides a feasible framework for programming predictive algorithms with map and reduce *** relatively simple programming interface helps solve problems in the scalability and efficiency of predictive learning algorithms. In the proposed work, theiterative weighted map reduce framework is introduced for the effective management of large dataset samples. A binary classification problem is formulated usingensemble nonlinear support vector machines and random forests. Thus, instead ofusing the normal linear combination of kernel activations, the proposed work creates nonlinear combinations of kernel activations in prototype examples. Furthermore, different descriptors are combined in an ensemble of deep support vectormachines, where the product rule is used to combine probability estimates ofdifferent classifiers. performance is evaluated in terms of the prediction accuracyand interpretability of the model and the results.

In this article,we present a dynamical system analysis of a Dirac-Born-Infeld scalar field in a modified f(Q)gravity *** considered a polynomial form of modified gravity,used two different types of scalar potential,polynomial and exponential,and found a closed autonomous dynamical system of *** analyzed the fixed points of such a system and evaluated the conditions under which deceleration to late-time acceleration occurs in this *** note the similarity of the two models and show that our result is consistent with a previous study on Einstein s *** also investigated the phenomenological implications of our models by plotting EoS(ω),energy density(Ω),and deceleration parameter(q)*** e-fold time and comparing to the present *** conclude the paper by observing how the dynamical system analysis differs in the modified f(Q)gravity,and present the future scope of our research.

Magnetic properties of gadolinium and/or dysprosium substituted Sm-Co nanocomposite ribbons

The present study reported the influence of heavy rare-earth elements(Gd and/or Dy)on Sm-Co-based melt-spun *** and magnetic properties of Sm-Co-based(Sm_(1-x)RE_(x)Co_(5))ternary and quaternary systems were *** X-ray diffraction,Auger spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analyses reveal the presence of the 1:5H and 2:17R phases in the as-spun ribbons.A high-temperature magnetic measurement reports a Curie temperature(Tc)at~825 and~869 K in Sm0.6Gd0.4Co5(ribbon A)and Sm_(0.6)Gd_(0.3)Dy_(0.1)Co_(5)(ribbon B),respectively.A low-temperature magnetic measurement on Sm0.6Gd0.3Dy0.1Co5 ribbons exhibits a type-2 SR(spin reorientation)behaviour at~72 K,which arises due to the presence of the DyCo5 *** temperature magnetic measurements reveal that overall magnetic measurement(OMp)is about 24 and 29.9 for ribbons A and B,***,the comparative investigations profess that ribbon B shows better magnetic performance due to Dy addition with reduced grain *** observation indicates that the Gd and Dy substituted Sm-Co magnet can be a potential magnet for high-temperature applications.

An autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicle exploration platform with a hierarchical control method for post‐disaster infrastructures

Catastrophic natural disasters like earthquakes can cause infrastructure ***-gency response agencies need to assess damage precisely while repeating this process for infrastructures with different shapes and *** authors aim for an autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)platform equipped with a 3D LiDAR sensor to comprehensively and accurately scan the infrastructure and map it with a predefined resolution *** the inspection,the UAV needs to decide on the Next Best View(NBV)position to maximize the gathered information while avoiding collision at high *** authors propose solving this problem by implementing a hierarchical closed‐loop control system consisting of a global planner and a local *** global NBV planner decides the general UAV direction based on a history of measurements from the LiDAR sensor,and the local planner considers the UAV dynamics and enables the UAV to fly at high speed with the latest LiDAR *** proposed system is vali-dated through the Regional Scale Autonomous Swarm Damage Assessment simulator,which is built by the *** extensive testing in three unique and highly constrained infrastructure environments,the autonomous UAV inspection system suc-cessfully explored and mapped the infrastructures,demonstrating its versatility and applicability across various shapes of infrastructure.

Smart prediction of liquefaction-induced lateral spreading

The prediction of liquefaction-induced lateral spreading/displacement(Dh)is a challenging task for civil/geotechnical *** this study,a new approach is proposed to predict Dh using gene expression programming(GEp).Based on statistical reasoning,individual models were developed for two topographies:free-face and gently sloping *** with a comparison with conventional approaches for predicting the Dh,four additional regression-based soft computing models,*** process regression(GpR),relevance vector machine(RVM),sequential minimal optimization regression(SMOR),and M5-tree,were developed and compared with the GEp *** results indicate that the GEp models predict Dh with less bias,as evidenced by the root mean square error(RMSE)and mean absolute error(MAE)for training(i.e.1.092 and 0.815;and 0.643 and 0.526)and for testing(i.e.0.89 and 0.705;and 0.773 and 0.573)in free-face and gently sloping ground topographies,*** overall performance for the free-face topology was ranked as follows:GEp>RVM>M5-tree>GpR>SMOR,with a total score of 40,32,24,15,and 10,*** the gently sloping condition,the performance was ranked as follows:GEp>RVM>GpR>M5-tree>SMOR with a total score of 40,32,21,19,and 8,***,the results of the sensitivity analysis showed that for both free-face and gently sloping ground,the liquefiable layer thickness(T_(15))was the major parameter with percentage deterioration(%D)value of 99.15 and 90.72,respectively.
