We study the centrality dependence of the mid-rapidity （｜y｜〈 0.5） yields and transverse momentum distributions of K＊（892）° and φ（1020） resonances produced in pb ＋ pb collisions at SNN= 2.76 TeV. The mid- rapidity density （dN/dy） and the shape of the transverse momentum spectra are well reproduced by an earlier proposed Unified Statistical Thermal freeze-out Model （USTfM）, which incorporates the effects of both longitudinal as well as transverse hydrodynamic flow. The freeze-out properties in terms of kinetic freeze-out temperature and transverse flow velocity parameter are extracted from the model fits to the transverse momentum data provided by the ALICE experiment at the LHC. The kinetic freeze-out temperature is found to increase with decreasing event centrality while the transverse flow velocity parameter shows a mild decrease on moving towards peripheral collisions. Moreover the centrality dependence of the mid-rapidity system size at freeze-out has also been studied in terms of transverse radius parameter.

Load flow analysis is a significant tool for proper planning,operation,and dynamic analysis of a power system that provides the steady-state values of voltage magnitudes and angles at the fundamental ***,due to the absence of a slack bus in an islanded microgrid,modified load flow algorithms should be adopted considering the system frequency as one of the solution *** paper proposes the application of nature-inspired hybrid optimization algorithms for solving the load flow problem of islanded *** nature-inspired algorithms such as genetic algorithm(GA),differential evolution(DE),flower pollination algorithm(fpA),and grasshopper optimization algorithm(GOA)are separately merged with imperialistic competitive algorithm(ICA)to form four hybrid algorithms named as ICGA,ICDE,ICfpA,and *** of these algorithms are tested on the 6-bus test system and the modified IEEE 37-bus test system.A comparison among the proposed algorithms is carried out in terms of statistical analysis conducted using SpSS statistics *** the statistical analysis,it is identified that on an average,ICDE takes less number of iterations and consequently needs less execution time compared with other algorithms in solving the load flow problem of islanded microgrids.

We propose two simple and resource-economical schemes for remote preparation of four-partite atomic as well as cavity field cluster states. In the case of atomic state generation, we utilize simultaneous resonant and dispersive interactions of the two two-level atoms at the preparation station. Atoms involved in these interactions are individually pair-wise entangled into two different tri-partite GHZ states. After interaction, the passage of the atoms through a Ramsey zone and their subsequent detection completes the protocol. However, for field state generation we first copy the quantum information in the cavities to the atoms by resonant interactions and then adapt the same method as in the case of atomic state generation. The method can be generalised to remotely generate any arbitrary graph states in a straightforward manner.

forest cover change in the mountainous region is driven by a variety of anthropogenic and natural *** Hindu Kush-Himalayan Mountains has experienced a considerable vegetation cover change due to intensive human activities,such as population growth,proximate causes,accessibility,unstable political situations,government policy failure and *** present study seeks to find out the impact of population growth and road network expansion on forest cover of palas valley based on remotely sensed data and employing geospatial *** in forest cover were determined by classifying time-series satellite images of Landsat and Sentinel 2 *** images of October 1980,2000,2010 and 2017 were classified into six land cover classes and then the impact of population growth and accessibility on forest cover was ***,forest cover and land-use change detection map was prepared using classified images of 1980 and *** data were collected mainly from field visits(ground verification),census reports,Communication and Works Department,*** imageries were obtained from the United States Geological Survey’s websites and classified in ERDAS imagine 2014 and ESRI ArcGIS 10.2.1 using supervised classification-maximum likelihood *** of this study revealed that a substantial reduction in forest cover has taken place mainly in the proximity of human *** the average,during the study period,annually more than 460 hectares of forest area has been converted into other uses.

Consensus control of multi-agent systems is an innovative paradigm for the development of intelligent distributed *** has fascinated numerous scientific groups for their promising applications as they have the freedom to achieve their local and global goals and make their own *** communication topologies based on graph and matrix theory are widely used in a various real-time applications ranging from software agents to ***,while sustaining the significance of both directed and undirected graphs,this research emphases on the demonstration of a distributed average consensus *** uses the harmonic mean in the domain of multi-agent systems with directed and undirected graphs under static topologies based on a control input *** proposed agreement protocol focuses on achieving a constant consensus on directional and undirected graphs using the exchange of information between neighbors to update their status values and to be able to calculate the total number of agents that contribute to the communication network at the same *** proposed method is implemented for the identical networks that are considered under the directional and non-directional communication *** different scenarios are simulated and it is concluded that the undirected approach has an advantage over directed graph communication in terms of processing time and the total number of iterations required to achieve *** same network parameters are introduced for both orientations of the communication *** addition,the results of the simulation and the calculation of various matrices are provided at the end to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm to achieve consensus.

Most of the cereal crops are widely cultivated to fulfil the humans food *** changing climate scenario,the intensity of drought stress is continuously increasing that is adversely affecting the growth and yield of cereal *** the cereals can tolerate moderate drought to some extent,but mostly they are susceptible to severe drought *** biosynthesis of ethylene under drought stress has been *** scientists observed that inoculation of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate(ACC)deaminase producing plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(pGpR)is an efficacious tool to overcome this *** pGpR secrete ACC deaminase which cleavage the ACC into the compounds,other than ***,secretion of growth hormones also play imperative role in enhancing the growth of the cereals under limited availability of *** addition,the use of biochar has also been recognized as another effective amendment to grant resistance against *** application improves the soil physiochemical attributes i.e.,porosity,nutrients retention and water holding capacity which decrease the loss of water and increase its *** recent era,the idea of coapplication of ACC deaminase producing pGpR and biochar is becoming popular which might be more efficient to use water under drought *** aim of current review is to combine the facts and understanding of this novel idea to grant maximum resistance to crops against drought *** scientists have observed significant improvement in yield of cereal crops by combined use of ACC deaminase producing pGpR and ***,more research is suggested for deep understanding of complex synergistic mechanism of ACC deaminase activity in combination with biochar.

Methoprene （an analogue of juvenile hormone） application and feeding on a protein diet is known to enhance male melon fly, Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillett （Diptera： Tephritidae）, mating success. In this study, we investigated the effect of these treatments on male B. cucurbitae＇s ability to inhibit female remating. While 14-d-old females were fed on protein diet, 6-d-old males were exposed to one of the following treatments：（i） topical application of methoprene and fed on a protein diet; （ii） no methoprene but fed on a protein diet; （iii） methoprene and sugar-fed only; and （iv） sugar-fed, 14-d-old males acted as controls. Treatments had no effect on a male＇s ability to depress the female remating receptivity in comparison to the control. females mated with protein-deprived males showed higher remating receptivity than females first mated with protein-fed males. Methoprene and protein diet interaction had a positive effect on male mating success during the first and second mating of females. Significantly more females first mated with sugar-fed males remated with protein-fed males and females first mated with methoprene treated and protein-fed males were more likely to remate with similarly treated males. females mating latency （time to start mating） was significantly shorter with protein-fed males, and mating duration was significantly longer with protein-fed males compared with protein-deprived males. These results are discussed in the context of methoprene and/or dietary protein as prerelease treatment of sterile males in area-wide control of melon fly integrating the sterile insect technique （SIT）.

During the past decade,rapid advances in wireless communication technologies have made it possible for users to access desired services using hand-held *** providers have hosted multiple servers to ensure seamless online services to *** ensure the security of this online communication,researchers have proposed several multi-server authentication schemes incorporating various cryptographic *** to the low power and computational capacities of mobile devices,the hash-based multi-server authenticated key agreement schemes with offline Registration Server(RS)are the most efficient ***,Kumar-Om presented such a scheme and proved its security against all renowned ***,we find that their scheme bears an incorrect login phase,and is unsafe to the trace attack,the Session-Specific Temporary Information Attack(SSTIA),and the Key Compromise Impersonation Attack(KCIA).In fact,all of the existing multi-server authentication schemes(hash-based with offline RS)do not withstand *** deal with this situation,we propose an improved hash-based multi-server authentication scheme(with offline RS).We analyze the security of the proposed scheme under the random oracle model and use the t4Automated Validation of Internet Security protocols and Applications''(AVISpA)*** comparative analysis of communication overhead and computational complexity metrics shows the efficiency of the proposed scheme.
