Effective strategies in cardiac tissue engineering require matrices that recapitulate the mechanical,topographic and electrical cues present in the native extracellular *** this review,we discuss recent efforts in materials science and nanotechnology to achieve functional three-dimensional(3D)scaffolds that modulate and monitor cardiac tissue *** consider key design considerations,including choice of biopolymer matrix,cell sources,and delivery methods for eventual *** then discuss how solid-state nanomaterials may be integrated within these systems to provide unique electrical and nanotopographic cues that improve electromechanical *** describe how these approaches may be extended to complex,spatially heterogeneous constructs using 3D bioprinting ***,we describe how scaffold materials may be augmented with bioelectronic components to achieve hybrid myocardium that monitors or controls electrophysiological ***,these approaches provide a framework for achieving cardiac tissues with tunable,rationally-designed *** discuss future prospects and remaining challenges for clinical translation.

In this paper, the problenl of absohlte stability for general Lurie control systems with multi- nonlinear feedback terms is investigated. From the Lyapunov function approach. new necessary and sufficient conditious and some practical sufficient conditions of absolute stability are derived. which improve the absolute stability for the set. A numerical examplc illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed results.

The oxidation of As（Ⅲ） with potassium permanganate was studied under conditions including pH, initial As（Ⅲ） concentration and dosage of Mn（Ⅶ）. The results have shown that potassium permanganate was an effective agent for oxidation of As（Ⅲ） in a wide pH range. The pH value of tested water was not a significant factor affecting the oxidation of As（Ⅲ） by Mn（Ⅲ）. Although theoretical redox analyses suggest that Mn（Ⅶ） should have better performance in oxidization of As（Ⅲ） within lower pH ranges, the experimental results show that the oxidation efficiencies of As（Ⅲ） under basic and acidic conditions were similar, which may be due to the adsorption of As（Ⅲ） on the Mn（OH）2 and MnO2 resulting from the oxidation of As（Ⅲ）.

油气开采过程中渗透率预测是一个非常重要的问题。由于油气储量衰竭导致渗透率降低,储层压力下降(有效压力增加),导致油气生产时间增加。对有效压力导致渗透率降低的问题进行了大量研究,主要是通过各种方法建立渗透率模型,如岩心驱替试验和现场试井。前期研究结果表明,渗透率对有效压力具有幂律或指数依赖性,然而,预测渗透率的困难在于滞后现象,其原因尚不完全清楚。一些学者利用储层力学模型模拟渗透率以及解释滞后的原因,但该模型在油气生产初期有效压力波动较小时并不适用。在这项工作中,分析perm地区北部一个油田的试井数据得出:生产初期的储层渗透率很大程度上取决于流体产出量。基于陆相储层的试井数据,得到一个描述采油初期渗透率变化的模型。为验证该模型,根据专门开发的程序对陆相储层样品进行岩心驱替试验。岩心驱替结果表明,从试井数据中获得的模型具有高收敛性。利用计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,简称CT)和扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,简称SEM)研究岩心孔隙的属性和结构,发现天然胶体的迁移是生产初期低黏土岩石渗透率下降的主要原因。

Membrane bioreactors(MBRs) are attracting global interest but the mathematical modeling of the biological performance of MBRs remains very limited. This study focuses on the modelling of a side-stream MBR system using Activated Sludge Model No.1(ASM1), and comparing the results with the modelling of traditional activated sludge processes. ASM1 parameters relevant for the long-term biological behaviour in MBR systems were calibrated(i.e. Y H=0.72gCOD/gCOD, Y A=0.25gCOD/gN, b H=0.25 d -1, b A=0.080 d -1 and f p=0.06), and generally agreed with the parameters in traditional activated sludge processes, with the exception that a higher autotrophic biomass decay rate was observed in the MBR. A sensitivity analysis for steady state operation and DO dynamics suggested that the biological performance of the MBR system(the sludge concentration, effluent quality and the DO dynamics) are very sensitive to the parameters(i.e. Y H, Y A, b H, b A, μ maxH and μ maxA), and influent wastewater components(X I, S S, X S, S NH).

We performed detailed temperature-dependent optical measurements on optimally doped Ba0.6K0.4Fe2As2 single crystal, We examine the changes of the in-plane optical conductivity spectral weight in the normal state and the evolution of the superconducting condensate in the superconducting state. In the normal state, the low-frequency spectral weight shows a metallic response with an arctan （T） dependence, indicating a T-linear scattering rate behavior for the carriers. A high energy spectral weight transfer associated with the Hund＇s coupling occurs from the low frequencies below 4000 cm^-1 5000 cm^-1 to higher frequencies up to at least 104 cm^-1. Its temperature dependence analysis suggests that the Hund＇s coupling strength is continuously enhanced as the temperature is reduced. In the superconducting state, the FGT sum rule is conserved according to the spectral weight estimation within the conduction bands, only about 40% of the conduction bands participates in the superconducting condensate indicating that Ba0.6K0.4Fe2As2 is in dirty limit.
