Several kinds of researches have been conducted on peristaltic flow of non-Newtonian fluid in modelled oesophagus,stomach and ***,further investigation is still needed es-pecially in the area of mechanical shear stress,the influence of inlet temperature and velocity,Nutsselt number and the history of strain rates experienced by fluid *** study presents the numerical investigation of thermo-physical properties of non-Newtonian fluid in a modelled *** properties investigated were fluid temperature,velocity,Nutsselt number and wall shear *** simulation was performed by solving 3D Navier-Stokes and continuity *** intestinal model was drawn by using Autodesk inventor 2017 while the numerical investigation was conducted by using ANSYS FlUEnt *** Computational Fluid Dynamics solver employs the Finite Element Method(FEM)to discretize the governing ***,Hibiscus Sabdariffa Roselle(Sobo),Soymilk(Soya)and pap(ogi)were the working fluids used for the *** of the results showed that the variation of fluid temperature and heat transfer with axial position across the length of intestinal model were not significantly influenced by the variation of the inlet *** of the model about the pulsating part enhanced heat transfer and nutrient delivery to the intestinal *** of the inlet velocity did not affect the average Nutsselt *** and Sobo had the highest and lowest Nutsselt number,*** displayed the best fluid properties considering flow behaviour while Soya dis-played the best properties for thermal *** results presented in this study are of countless importance in medical,paramedical,engineering applications,thermoregulation system,ther-motherapy,and biomedical disciplines,where analyses and investigation of gastrointestinal tract history can be understudied.

During the first welding process in manufacturing a precise seam container, the steel material must first undergo a full annealing treatment. Multilayer welding operations are conducted and then applied with refining treatment to obtain the goal by hardening. the influence of thermal refining on mechanical properties of annealed SAE 4130 by multilayer GtAW （gas tungsten arc welding） was discussed. the AW （annealing＋welding） and AWSt （annealing＋welding＋solution＋tempering） occurred with a minimum hardness value at GGHAZ （grain growth heat affected zone） due to coarse grain growth~ the hardness occurred with sudden drops between the multilayer welding, but was still larger than the minimum value at HAZ （heat affected zone）. the welded joint efficiency of the AWSt was 89.9%, with the elongation reduced to 77.2% of ASt （annealing＋solution＋tempering）. the cross section of the tensile samples both appeared with a uniform dimple-shaped structure, and however the necking for ASt was greater than that for AWSt. the impact value for AWSt was 166.5% of ASt. Moreover, from microstructure observations, it was found that AWSt had a greater tendency to ductile failure than ASt. these results can be inferred., the process of steady pressure and the initial position of the precision tube breakage HAZ. However, when stress occurs instantly, HAZ can absorb more energy, therefore the initial damage does not occur.

oxygen free high conductivity(oFHC) copper was subjected to 1, 5, 10, 15 and 20 cycles of repetitive upsetting and extrusion(RUE) process at room temperature. Microstructure and microhardness in the RUE processed material were evaluated at specific locations and correlated with the equivalent plastic strain. the microhardness of the material was found to be independent of strain or number of RUE cycles at certain locations whereas it exhibited strain softening behaviour at certain locations even though significant grain refinement was achieved. this difference in behaviour is attributed to the varied strength contribution from different types of boundaries present in the material after deformation.

the isentropic exponent of single-ionized mono-atomic plasmas in thermal equilib- rium is studied. its behavior as a function of the ionization degree and temperature is examined for argon and zinc plasmas at two pressures （1 bar and 1 mbar, 1 mpa and 1 pa）, respectively. the results show that for the two sorts of plasma the isentropic exponent equals typically about 1.1-1.2 within a considerably wide range of the ionization degree （5%-80%）.

AiM to investigate the pathophysiology of the digestive tract in patients with liver *** in 42 cirrhotic patients and 20control subjects, the following fecal proteinswere measured by enzyme-linkedimmunosorb6nt assay: albumin (Alb ),transferrin (tf), and al-antitrypsin (a,-At) as amarker for intestinal protein l0ss, hemoglobin(Hb) for bleeding, pMN-eiastase for intestinalinflammation, and secretory lgA for *** the fecai concentrations of Hb, Alb,tf, al-At, and pMN’eiastase were increased in13 (3l%), 8(19%), l0(24%), 6(14%), and 1l(26%) cases among 42 patients, respectiveiy.F6cal concentration of secretory igA wasdecreased in 7 (l7%) of 42 patients. However,these fecal concentrations were not related tothe severity or etiology of liver cirrhosis. theserum Alb level was significantiy decreased inpatients with intestinal protein ioss c0mpared tothat in patients without intestinal protein *** these findings suggest that: rob6sides the weil’known pathological conditions,Such as bleeding and protein loss, intestinaiinflammati0n and decreased intestinai immunityare found in cirrhotic patients, @ intestinalprotein loss contributes to hypoalbuminemia incirrhotic patients, and @ intestinai inflammationshouid not b6 0verlooked in cirrhotic patients,since it may contribute to or cause intestinalprotein ioss and oth6r various pathologicalconditions.

Nowadays a lot of low-grade heat is wasted from the industry through the off- and flue-gasses with different compositions. these gases provide the sensitive heat with utilisation potential and latent heat with the components for condensation. in this paper, process integration methodology has been applied to the partly condensed streams. A hot composite curve that represents the gas mixture cooling according to equation of state for real gases was drawn to account the gas-liquid equilibrium. According to the pinch analysis methodology, the pinch point was specified and optimal minimal temperature difference was determined. the location of the point where gas and liquid phases can be split for better recuperation of heat energy within heat exchangers is estimated using the developed methodology. the industrial case study of tobacco drying process off-gasses is analysed for heat recovery. the mathematical model was developed by using MathCad software to minimise the total annualised cost using compact plate heat exchangers for waste heat utilisation. the obtained payback period for the required investments is less than six months. the presented method was validated by comparison with industrial test data.

the present study focuses on the relationship of hardness with grain size for commercially pure titanium （Cpti） and ultra fine grained titanium （UFG-ti） produced by equal channel angular process （ECAp） of Cp-ti）.Vickers and knoop indentations of UFG-ti at different loads was ～2.5 times harder than those of *** diffraction （XRD） analysis showed peak broadening in UFG-ti due to reduced grain size and micro-lattice *** electron microscopy （SEM） revealed that ECAp had reduced the grain size of Cp-ti by ～10 *** statistics showed UFG-ti with lower dispersion in hardness values compare to Cp-ti indicating a more uniform microstructure.

in this article,the authors consider a class of kukles planar polynomial differential system of degree three having an invariant *** this class of second-order differential systems,it is shown that for certain values of the parameters the invariant parabola coexists with a *** other values it can coexist with one,two or three small amplitude limit cycles which are constructed by Hopf *** result gives an answer for the question given in[4],about the existence of limit cycles for such class of system.

A corrosion resistant CuNi cladding was deposited on SM45C (equivalent to AiSi1045) substrate by DC inverse arc welding. During the welding process, a three channel acoustic emission (AE) monitoring system was applied to detect the crack signals generating from both the cladding process and after cladding. Characteristics of the welding crack signal and noise signal had been analyzed systematically. Based on the record time of the signal, the solidification crack and delayed crack were distinguished. By two-dimensional AE source location, the crack position was located, and then investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that the AE system could detect the welding crack with high sensitivity and the two-dimensional source location could accurately determine the crack position. Microstructures of the cladding and heat affected zone (HAZ) were examined. Dendrites in the cladding and coarse grains in the HAZ were found.
