Background:The immediate challenges during microvascular reconstruction of hepatic artery(HAR)during liver transplantation(LT)can be ***,in order to give a cross sectional view of these problems this study over a period of 1 year,showing our routine practice,was taken ***:From January 2015 to December 2015,a total of 133 LTs were performed in Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital,*** hepatic artery(HA)reconstructions were performed by a microvascular surgeon under an operating ***:in the 133 patients,one artery was anastomosed in 123(92.5%)patients,two in 9(6.8%)patients and three in 1(0.7%)of the ***(8.3%)arteries were less than 2 mm in size(1–1.9 mm).There were intimal dissections(iDs)involving either the donor or the recipient arteries of mild to severe nature in 9(6.8%)*** following graft arterial anastomosis,either there was no flow or an intraoperative hepatic artery thrombosis(HAT)was found in nine(7.1%—8 LDLT,4.8%—1 DDLT)*** re-do anastomosis was done in all of these patients who did well in the *** overall post-operative success rate was 99.2%.One patient(0.8%)developed postoperative HAT due to infection during follow up and died due to ***:Small vessels or HA injury are the frequently encountered problems by a micro vascular *** other problems could be iD,need to do multiple reconstructions,immediate HAT and ability to re-do the HAR immediately.

Taoism refers to an indigenous Chinese p.ilosop.ical and religious tradition. For more than two and a half millennia, it has had a profound social and intellectual influence on Eastern Asia and since the 19 th century has deeply influenced Western countries. Dao De Jing(《道德经》Tao Te Jing) is still considered to be the p.imary text of Taoism. The Tao Te Jing is attributed to Laozi, the classical Chinese p.ilosopher, and describes the major doctrines of Taoism. it is most relevant to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). This article offers a brief introduction to the Taoism within TCM – the relation between Huang Di Nei Jing(《黄帝内经》The Yellow Emperor’s inner Classic) and Dao De Jing(《道德经》Tao Te Jing).

Background:Barcelona clinic liver cancer(BCLC)stage B(intermediate stage)hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is highly heterogeneous;thus,identifying the most effective treatment for individual patients represents a significant clinical ***,transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)is the only recommended treatment ***,we aimed to investigate the patient characteristics and outcomes of living donor liver transplantation(LDLT)for BCLC stage B ***:A total of 516 patients with BCLC stage B HCC who underwent LDLT(n=104)or did not undergo LDLT(non-LDLT;n=412)between 2004 to 2018 were analyzed by propensity score matching(pSM;1:4)*** influencing overall survival(OS)and recurrence were analyzed using Cox’s proportional hazards ***:patients treated with LDLT achieved better OS than the non-LDLT group.including liver-and non-liver related survival(all pivariate Cox regression analysis showed age>60 years(p=0.006),a neutrop.il-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)>4(p=0.016)and>3 locoregional therapies(LRT)before LDLT(pindependent risk factors for HCC *** addition,age>60 years(p3 LRT before LDLT(p=0.001)were independent risk factors for *** a combination of age,NLR,and LRT before liver transplantation(LT),the patients can be divided into low-risk(none of risk),intermediate-risk(one of risk),and high risk(more than two of risk)*** were significant differences in the cumulative HCC recurrence(pity(ppresent a valuable therapeutic op.ion for selected patients with BCLC stage B HCC.

近几年来通信保密更引起人们的注意,在数字加密技术方面已有显著发展;而对模拟置乱器的兴趣也在不断增长。原因是:人们迫切希望在现有的标准电话带宽的电话信道上,能以满意的话音质量、价格适中,来实现保密话音通信。模拟置乱器之所以保密比较低,是因为它受时、频域置乱方法的限制。最近,威奈尔(Wyner)提出一种新的模拟置乱概念,即采用波形值置乱,而不是段或频带的置乱;这个概念似乎能克服上述的不足,并使保密度可以得到很大的改善。本文试图偏重于对这种置乱概念的实用、系统考虑、实施方法及其用折衷方法设计等诸方面加以讨论。主要结果是:利用FFT算法来代替威奈尔(Wyner)的“扁球体序列”的方法,能显著改善实用的可能性,而允许保密度有些降低。

Dynamic behaviour of axially moving nanobeams based on nonlocal elasticity approach

in this article, transverse free vibrations of axially moving nanobeams subjected to axial tension are studied based on nonlocal stress elasticity theory. A new higher-order differential equation of motion is derived from the variational p.inciple with corresponding higher-order, non-classical boundary conditions. Two supporting conditions are investigated, i.e. simple supports and clamped supports. Effects of nonlocal nanoscale, dimensionless axial velocity, density and axial tension on natural frequencies are presented and discussed through numerical examples. it is found that these factors have great influence on the dynamic behaviour of an axially moving nanobeam. in particular, the nonlocal effect tends to induce higher vibration frequencies as compared to the results obtained from classical vibration theory. Analytical solutions for critical velocity of these nanobeams when the frequency vanishes are also derived and the influences of nonlocal nanoscale and axial tension on the critical velocity are discussed.

Static analysis of ultra-thin beams based on a semi-continuum model

A linear semi-continuum model with discrete atomic layers in the thickness direction was developed to investigate the bending behaviors of ultra-thin beams with nanoscale *** theoretical results show that the deflection of an ultra-thin beam may be enhanced or reduced due to different relaxation *** the relaxation coefficient is greater/less than one,the deflection of micro/nano-scale structures is enhanced/reduced in comparison with macro-scale ***,two opposite types of size-dependent behaviors are observed and they are mainly caused by the relaxation *** with the classical continuum model,exact nonlocal stress model and finite element model （FEM） verify the validity of the present semi-continuum *** particular,an explanation is proposed in the debate whether the bending stiffness of a micro/nano-scale beam should be greater or weaker as compared with the macro-scale *** characteristics of bending stiffness are proved to be associated with the relaxation coefficients.
