应用生物技术向小麦导入黄矮病抗性的研究

小麦黄矮病是我国小麦的主要病害之一,迄今在普通小麦中还未发现抗性材料.经酶联免疫吸附分析,发现在小麦族中有13个种具不同程度抗性.中间偃麦草、小麦-中间偃麦草的八倍体衍生物无芒中4和TAF46及由TAF46育成的小麦附加系L_1均高抗黄矮病.以L_1为抗源,采用CSph突变体和组织培养诱导分别育成了抗病的易位系119880和119899.资料表明其抗性由一个显性基因所控制.筛选出pEleAcc3和ppJN8(E_1-T_1)两个互补DNA分子探针,可探测出在普通小麦遗传背景中的中间偃麦草DNA,在Southern杂交中,中间偃麦草及其衍生物的DNA清晰显示出小麦DNA所缺乏的一条特异带,通过比较其相对深浅程度可判断易位系所获的外源染色体片断的大小,作为黄矮病抗性的选择标志.

组织培养再生的植株显示强烈的遗传变异能力,这一发现导致了实现外源基因渐渗的一个新途径。80年代初,*** 博士和 *** 博士提出体细胞无性系变异。大麦、燕麦、小黑麦和小麦等物种的体细胞无性系的细胞遗传分析进一步揭示了由于组织培养的结果出现更多的染色体重组(易位、倒置和缺失),这就为利用生物技术提高外源基因渐渗比例从而获得易位系、代换系、附加系提供了科学根据。小麦黄矮病是我国小麦的主要病害之一,至今在普通小麦中还未发现抗性材料。我们的研究旨在探索组织培养诱导易位系把外缘黄矮抗性导入小麦的可能性。

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have rapidly risen to the forefront of energy storage systems as a promising supplementary for Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Na_(3)V_(2)(pO_(4))_(2)F_(3)(NVpF)as a common cathode of SIBs,features the merits of high operating voltage,small volume change and favorable specific energy ***,it suffers from poor cycling stability and rate performance induced by its low intrinsic ***,we propose an ingenious strategy targeting superior SIBs through cross-linked NVpF with multi-dimensional nanocarbon frameworks composed of amorphous carbon and carbon nanotubes(NVpF@C@CNTs).This rational design ensures favorable particle size for shortened sodium ion transmission pathway as well as improved electronic transfer network,thus leading to enhanced charge transfer kinetics and superior cycling *** from this unique structure,significantly improved electrochemical properties are obtained,including high specific capacity(126.9 mAh g^(-1)at 1 C,1 C=128 mA g^(-1))and remarkably improved long-term cycling stability with 93.9%capacity retention after 1000 cycles at 20 *** energy density of 286.8 Wh kg^(-1)can be reached for full cells with hard carbon as anode(NVpF@C@CNTs//HC).Additionally,the electrochemical performance of the full cell at high temperature is also investigated(95.3 mAh g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 1 C at 50℃).Such nanoscale dual-carbon networks engineering and thorough discussion of ion diffusion kinetics might make contributions to accelerating the process of phosphate cathodes in SIBs for large-scale energy storages.

A two-dimensional cellular automaton (CA) model has been developed for thedescription of the normal grain coarsening process. The probabilistic CA method incorporatingMoore's definition of the neighbourhood is used to simulate the normal grain coarsening process witha new transition rule. The model simulates the grain coarsening process in as much detail that ispossible, from the point of initial nucleation to subsequent coarsening with computational *** unique result is that the grain coarsening speed can be controlled by the specific method, thisresult is vital to model the grain coarsening quantitatively. In order to make this model valid,experimental work has been done to provide solid evidence for this model. Comparison of themodelling result and the experimental result has been carried out.

The 2-dimensional cellular automata (CA) simulation technique has been utilized to investigate the abnormal grain coarsening. The growth of abnormal grains is modelled under this assumption that different grains have different boundary energies and boundary mobilities. As temperature increases, some grains may first get rid of the particle pinning effect. Thus a high probability is obtained for atoms to jump over the boundary, so that they can consume other primary retained grains quickly. From the simulation, the characteristics of the abnormal grain coarsening under different conditions are demonstrated successfully. An experiment has also been carried out to reflect the abnormal grain coarsening on the microalloy steel. Simulation results are quite close to the experimental evidence.

The optimal control of nonlinear systems has been studied for years by many researchers. However, the application of optimal control problem to nonlinear non-affine systems needs more attention. In this paper we propose an optimal control design technique for a class of nonlinear and control non-affine equations. The dynamic equations of a flexible shaft supported by a pair of active magnetic bearings (AMBs) are used as the nonlinear control non-affine equations. Mathematical model for the flexible beam is chosen to be the well known Timoshenko beam model, which takes rotary inertia and shear deformations into account, and it is assumed that the shaft is supported by two frictionless bearings at the ends. The effective control of such systems is extremely important for very high angular velocity shafts which are a feature of many modern machines. The control must be able to cope with unbalanced masses and hence be very robust. We shall approach the problem by discretising the Timoshenko beam model and using standard difference formulae to develop a finite-dimensional model of the system. Then we use a recently developed technique for controlling nonlinear systems by reducing the problem to a sequence of linear time-varying (LTV) systems. An optimal control designed for each approximating linear, time-varying system and recent results show that this method will converge uniformly on compact time intervals to the optimal solution.

On Exact Conservation for the Euler Equations with Complex Equations of State

Conservative numerical methods are often used for simulations of fluid flows involving shocks and other jumps with the understanding that conservation guarantees reasonable treatment near *** is true in that convergent conservative approximations converge to weak solutions and thus have the correct shock ***,correct shock location results from any discretization whose violation of conservation approaches zero as the mesh is *** we investigate the case of the Euler equations for a single gas using the Jones-Wilkins-Lee(JWL)equation of *** show that a quasi-conservative method can lead to physically realistic solutions which are devoid of spurious pressure ***,we demonstrate that under certain conditions,a quasi-conservative method can exhibit higher rates of convergence near shocks than a strictly conservative counterpart of the same formal order.
