Insufficient therapeutic strategies for acute kidney injury(AKI)necessitate precision therapy targeting its *** study reveals the new mechanism of the marine-derived anti-AKI agent,piericidin glycoside s14,targeting peroxiredoxin 1(pRDX1).by binding to Cys83 of pRDX1 and augmenting its peroxidase activity,s14 alleviates kidney injury efficiently in prdx1-overexpression(prdx1-OE)***,s14 also increases pRDX1 nuclear translocation and directly activates the Nrf2/HO-1/NQO1 pathway to inhibit ROs *** to the limited druggability of s14 with low bioavailability(2.6%)and poor renal distribution,a pH-sensitive kidney-targeting dodecanaminechitosan nanoparticle system is constructed to load s14 for precise treatment of AKI.l.serine conjugation to chitosan imparts specificity to kidney injury molecule-1(Kim-1)-overexpressed *** developed s14-nanodrug exhibits higher therapeutic efficiency by improving the in vivo behavior of s14 *** encapsulation with micell.s,the AUC_(0-t),half-life time,and renal distribution of s14 increase 2.5-,1.8-,and 3.1-fold,*** main factors contributing to the improved druggability of s14 nanodrugs include the lower metabolic elimination rate and UDpglycosyltransferase(UGT)-mediated *** summary,this study identifies a new therapeutic target for the marine-derived anti-AKI agent while enhancing its ADME properties and druggability through nanotechnology,thereby driving advancements in marine drug development for AKI.

The present study broadly focused on medicinal plant species collected from wild by the villagers for different purposes in the upper catchment of Dhauli Ganga in Nanda Devi biosphere Reserve(NDbR),in the central Himalaya.A schedule based survey was conducted during the years 2003-2005 in 15 villages of Chamoli district part of the *** was collected from collectors, vaidya(medicine man)and those dealing with domestication and marketing of the medicinal plants. The aim of the study was to understand the prioritiesed medicinal plants,their mode of collection and document their ethnobotanical uses by the bhotiya tribal communities,in this world heritage site. During the survey,50 medicinal plants belonging to 31 families and 44 genera were *** of these,70% were harvested from the wild,22% were cultivated and 8% were cultivated as well as wild *** the cultivated species,8% were found growing in the kitchen gardens and 14%in the agricultural ***,42%of the plants had their roots and rhizomes used followed by leaves (26%),seeds(10%),seed and leaf(8%),bark and whole plant(6%)and flower(1%).Most plants were reported to be used for rheumatism(16),followed by stomach disorder(14),cold and cough(11),and jaundice(9).Thirty three plants species were reported to have more than one therapeutic uses,while 17 species were reported to be used against single *** distance of villages from road head was one of the factors contributing to the decline in the medicinal plant population in their natural habitats. This paper presents isothermal uniaxial compression test resul.s of M300 grade maraging steel over a wide range of temperatures(900 e1200℃) and strain rates(0.001 e100 s^(-1)) to examine hot deformability and concurrent microstructural evolution. processing map is generated and indicated the optimum processing parameters in the temperature range of 1125℃-1200℃ and strain rate range of 0.001 e0.1 s^(-1). High values of the efficiency of power dissipation, microstructural observations and EbsD resul.s indicate softening mechanism to be the occurrence of dynamic recrystall.sation. Material constants in a constitutive relation are evaluated from the flow stress data useful in computer modelling.

Objective:To assess the in-vitro antihacterial activity and anti-inflammatory activity of orally administered different extracts(Hydro-alcoholic,methanolic,ethyl acetate and hexane)of Rauvolfia tetraphylla(***)root bark in Carrageetiaii induced acute inflammation in ***:In-vitro antibacterial activity was evaluated for extracts against four Gram positive and four Gram negative bacteria by using cylinder plate ***-alcoholic extract(70%v/v ethanol)at 200,400 and 800 mg/kg doses and methanolic,ethyl acetate and hexane extracts at doses 100,200 and 400 mg/kg were tested for anti-inflammatory activity in Carrageenan induced rat paw oedema model and paw thickness was measured every one hour up to 6 ***:All extracts of *** root bark showed good zone of inhibition against tested bacterial *** Carrageenan induced inflammation model,hydro-alcoholic and methanolic extract of *** root bark at three different doses produced significant(pl)reduction when compared to vehicle treated control group and hexane,ethyl acetate ***:In the present study extracts of *** root bark shows good in-vitro antibacterial activity and in-vivo anti-inflammatory activity in rats.

New mineralogical and bulk-rock geochemical data for the recently recognised Mesoproterozoic （ca. 1100 Ma） and late Cretaceous （ca. 90 Ma） kimberlites in the Timmasamudram cl.ster （TKC） of the Wajrakarur kimberlite field （WKF）, Eastern Dbarwar Craton, southern India, are presented. On the basis of groundmass mineral chemistry （phlogopite, spinel, perovskite and clinopyroxene）, bulk-rock chem- istry （siO2, K20, low TiO2, ba/Nb and la/sm）, and perovskite Nd isotopic compositions, the TI（-1 （mac- rocrystic variety） and TI（-4 （Macrocrystic variety） kimberlites in this cl.ster are here cl.ssified as orangeites （i.e. Group II kimberlites）, with geochemical characteristics that are very similar to orangeites previously described from the bastar Craton in central India, as well as the Kaapvaal Craton in south Africa. The remaining kimberlites （e.g., TK-2, TK-3 and the TK-1 microcrystic variant）, are more similar to other 1100 Ma, Group l-type kimberlites of the Eastern Dharwar Craton, as well as the typical Group I kimberlites of the Kaapvaal Craton. Through the application of geochemical modelling, based on pub- l.shed carbonated peridotite/melt trace element partition coefficients, we show that the generation of the TI（C kimberlites and the orangeites resul.s from low degrees of partial melting of a metasomatised, carbonated peridotite. Depleted mantle （TDM） Nd perovskite model ages of the 1100 Ma Timmasamudram kimberlites show that the metasomatic enrichment of their source regions are broadly similar to that of the Meso- proterozoic kimberlites of the EDC. The younger, late Cretaceous （ca. 90 Ma） TI（-1 （macrocrystic variant） and TK-4 kimberlites, as well as the orangeites from the 8astar Craton, share similar Nd model ages of 1100 Ma, consistent with a similarity in the timing of source enrichment during the amalgamation of Rodinia supercontinent. The presence of late Cretaceous diamondiferous orangeite activity, presumably related to the location of the Marion hotspot

针对矿用液压支架立柱表面修复问题,利用新工艺激光-电复合熔覆丝材修复方法进行工艺研究,设置熔覆速度为30mm/s、40mm/s、50mm/s、60mm/s、70mm/s、80mm/s来研究熔覆速度对熔覆层组织结构、硬度以及耐磨损性能的影响。分别使用金相显微镜和钨灯丝电子扫描显微镜进行显微组织分析,采用显微硬度计测量其熔覆层结合面到顶部的硬度,采用往复式摩擦磨损试验机对其耐磨损性能进行分析。试验表明,随着熔覆速度的增加,熔覆层与基体接触面波浪状纹路变浅,熔覆层厚度稳定在1300mm,熔覆层单道与单道之间夹杂的基体组织逐渐减少,熔覆层微观组织从熔覆层底部到顶部依次为柱状晶、混乱的等轴晶和树枝等轴晶,熔覆层硬度逐渐降低,摩擦系数先减小后增大,在熔覆速度为80mm/s时摩擦量最大,磨损形式主要为疲劳剥落。

In this paper, we proposed a way to realize an Er-doped random fiber l.ser(RFl) with a disordered fiber bragg grating(FbG) array, as well as to control the l.sing mode of the RFl by heating specific locations of the disordered FbG array. The disordered FbG array performs as both the gain medium and random distributed reflectors, which together with a tunable point reflector form the RFl. Coherent multi-mode random l.sing is obtained with a threshold of between 7.5 and 10 mW and a power efficiency between 23% and 27% when the reflectivity of the point reflector changes from 4% to 50%. To control the l.sing mode of random emission, a specific point of the disordered FbG array is heated so as to shift the wavelength of the FbG(s) at this point away from the other ***, different resonance cavities are formed, and the l.sing mode can be controlled by changing the location of the heating point.
