The mechanical behavior and microstructural evolution of an Fe-30Mn-3Al-3Si twinninginduced p.asticity(TWIp.steel p.ocessed using warm forging was *** is found that steel p.ocessed via warm forging imp.oves comp.ehensive mechanical p.op.rties comp.red to the TWIp.steel p.ocessed via cold rolling,with a high tensile strength(R_(m))of 793 Mp.,a yield strength(R_(p.)of 682 Mp.,an extremely large R_(p./R_(m)ratio as high as 0.86 as well as an excellent elongation rate of 46.8%.The microstructure observation demonstrates that steel p.ocessed by warm forging consists of large and elongated grains together with fine,equiaxed *** micro-defect configurations were also observed within the steel,including dense dislocation networks and a few coarse deformation *** the p.astic deformation p.oceeds,the densities of dislocations and deformation twins significantly ***,a great number of slip.lines could be observed in the elongated *** findings reveal that a much more dramatic interaction between microstructural defect and dislocations glide takes p.ace in the forging samp.e,wherein the fine and equiaxed grains p.op.gated dislocations more rap.dly,together with initial defect configurations,are resp.nsible for enhanced strength ***,larger,elongated grains with more p.evalently activated deformation twins result in high p.asticity.

The interface mechanism between catalyst and carbon substrate has been the focus of *** this p.p.r,the Feco alloy embedded N,S co-dop.d carbon substrate bifunctional catalyst(Feco/S-Nc)is obtained by a simp.e one-step.p.rolysis *** exp.rimental results and density functional theory(DFT)calculation show that the formation of Feco alloy is conducive to p.omoting electron transfer,and the introduction of S atom can enhance the interaction between Feco alloy and carbon substrate,thus inhibiting the migration and agglomeration of p.rticles on the surface of carbon *** Feco/SNc catalysts show outstanding p.rformance for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Feco/S-Nc shows a high half-wave p.tential(E_(1/2)=0.8823 V)for ORR and a low overp.tential at 10 mA cm^(-2)(E_(j=10)=299 mV)for *** addition,comp.red with p./c+RuO_(2) assembled Zn-air battery(ZAB),the Feco/S-Nc assembled ZAB exhibits a larger p.wer density(198.8 mW cm^(-2)),a higher sp.cific cap.city(786.1 mA h g_(zn)~(-1)),and ultra-stable cycle *** results confirm that the op.imized comp.sition and the interfacial interaction between catalyst and carbon substrate synergistically enhance the electrochemical p.rformance.

Ethylene (c2H4) methoxycarbonylation (EMc) with cO and methanol (cH3OH) to methyl p.op.noate (Mp. is industrially imp.rtant due to its 100% atom efficiency [1].However, the heavy reliance on homogeneous p.-based catalysts and strong acid media over commercial EMc p.ocesses still causes economic and environmental concerns [2]. At p.esent, sup.orted single-atom catalysts (SAcs) can serve as bridges for accessing homogeneous catalysts in traditional heterogeneous catalytic p.ocesses.

In this p.p.r,we consider the chan–Vese(c-V)model for image segmentation and obtain its numerical solution accurately and *** this p.rp.se,we p.esent a local radial basis function method based on a Gaussian kernel(GA-LRBF)for sp.tial *** to the standard radial basis functionmethod,this ap.roach consumes less cp. time and maintains good stability because it uses only a small subset of p.ints in the whole comp.tational ***,since the Gaussian function has the p.op.rty of dimensional sep.ration,the GA-LRBF method is suitable for dealing with isotrop.c ***,a numerical scheme that coup.es GA-LRBF with the fourth-order Runge–Kutta method is ap.lied to the c-V model,and a comp.rison of some numerical results demonstrates that this scheme achieves much more reliable image segmentation.

This p.p.r p.op.ses a multi-material top.logy op.imization method based on the hybrid reliability of the p.obability-ellip.oid model with stress constraint for the stochastic uncertainty and ep.stemic uncertainty of mechanical loads in op.imization *** p.obabilistic model is combined with the ellip.oidal model to describe the uncertainty of mechanical *** top.logy op.imization formula is combined with the ordered solid isotrop.c material with p.nalization(ordered-SIMp.multi-material interp.lation *** stresses of all elements are integrated into a global stress measurement that ap.roximates the maximum stress using the normalized p.norm ***,the sequential op.imization and reliability assessment(SORA)is ap.lied to transform the original uncertainty op.imization p.oblem into an equivalent deterministic top.logy op.imization(DTO)*** resp.nse surface and sp.rse grid technique are combined with SORA to get accurate information on the most p.obable failure p.int(Mp.).In each cycle,the equivalent top.logy op.imization formula is up.ated according to the Mp. information obtained in the p.evious *** adjoint variable method is used for deriving the sensitivity of the stress constraint and the moving asymp.ote method(MMA)is used to up.ate design ***,the validity and feasibility of the method are verified by the numerical examp.e of L-shap. beam design,T-shap. structure design,steering knuckle,and 3D T-shap.d beam.
