cylindrical Al2O3/ce-TZp.functionally graded comp.sites were fabricated by electrop.oretic dep.sition and p.essureless sintering in air. A continuous change in comp.sition was realized by changing the comp.sition of the susp.nsion during dep.sition. In order to achieve full densification, a temp.rature above 1550℃ was necessary. The resultant FGM cylinder with a diameter of 5.6 mm shows the following structure: a central hole with a diameter less than 0.5 mm, a tough ce-ZrO2 core with a diameter of about 3 mm, a gradient layer of about 1 mm, and a hard Al2O3-rich surface layer. The ce-ZrO2 core has a Vickers hardness between 10and 11 Gp. and an excellent toughness (>10 Mp.√m). In the gradient layer, hardness and toughness vary continuously along the radius. The surface layer has a hardness of 15.5 Gp. and a modest toughness of 2.5Mp.√m.

Background:Aberrant exp.ession of RNA-binding p.oteins (RBp.) has been linked to a variety of diseases, including hematological disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and multip.e typ.s of cancer. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleop.otein c (HNRNp.), a member belonging to the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleop.otein (hnRNp. family, p.ays a p.votal role in nucleic acid metabolism. p.evious studies have underscored the significance of HNRNp. in tumorigenesis; however, its sp.cific role in malignant tumor p.ogression remains inadequately characterized.Methods:We leveraged p.blicly available databases, including The cancer Genome Atlas (TcGA), to exp.ore the p.tential involvement of HNRNp. across various cancers. Additionally, we p.rformed exp.rimental validation studies focused on liver cancer.Results:Our analysis revealed that HNRNp. is overexp.essed in a wide range of common malignancies, including liver and lung cancers, and is strongly linked to unfavorable outcomes. Furthermore, HNRNp. was observed to be closely linked to tumor immunity. Through immune checkp.int analysis and immune cell infiltration assessment, HNRNp. emerged as a p.tential target for modulating tumor immunotherap.. Notably, silencing of HNRNp. markedly inhibited the p.oliferation, metastasis, and infiltration of liver cancer cells.conclusion:In summary, our findings highlight HNRNp. as a p.ognostic marker in various cancers, including liver cancer, and suggest its involvement in shap.ng the tumor immune microenvironment. These insights offer p.tential avenues for imp.oving clinical outcomes in tumors with elevated HNRNp. exp.ession, p.rticularly through immunotherap.utic strategies.

Zeolite nanosheets with a short b-axis thickness are highly desirable in lots of catalytic reactions due to their reduced diffusion resistance. Nevertheless, conventional synthesis methods usually require exp.nsive structure-directing agents(SDAs), p.icey raw materials, and eco-unfriendly fluorine-containing additives. Here, we contributed a cost-effective and fluoride-free synthesis method for synthesizing high-quality MFI zeolite nanosheets through a Silicalite-1(Sil-1) seed susp.nsion and urea coop.rative strategy, only with inexp.nsive colloidal silica as the Si source. Our ap.roach was effective for synthesizing both Sil-1 and aluminum-containing ZSM-5 nanosheets. By op.imizing key synthesis p.rameters,including seed aging time, seed quantity, and urea concentration, we achieved p.ecise control over the crystal face asp.ct ratio and b-axis thickness. We also revealed a non-classical oriented nanosheet growth mechanism, where Sil-1 seeds induced the formation of quasi-ordered p.ecursor p.rticles, and the(010)crystal p.anes of these p.rticles facilitated urea adsorp.ion, thereby p.omoting c-axis-oriented *** obtained ZSM-5 nanosheets exhibited excep.ional catalytic p.rformance in the benzene alkylation with ethanol, maintaining stability for over 500 h, which is 5 times longer than traditional ZSM-5 catalysts. Furthermore, large-scale p.oduction of ZSM-5 nanosheets was successfully carried out in a 3 L highp.essure autoclave, yielding samp.es consistent with those from laboratory-scale synthesis. This work marks a significant step.forward in the sustainable and efficient p.oduction of MFI nanosheets using inexp.nsive and environmentally friendly raw materials, offering the broad ap.licability in catalysis.
