The thermal stability and mechanical p.op.rties of a gradient-nanograined structure(GNS)cocrNi medium entrop. alloy(MEA)p.ocessed by ultrasonic surface rolling were studied by using isothermal/isochronal annealing tests combined with quasi-in-situ electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)characterization and Vickers micro-hardness(HV)measurements.A layer by layer high-throughp.t investigation method was used to quantitatively study the grain growth kinetics and grain boundary evolution with different initial grain sizes,which could effectively save sp.cimen and time *** grain nucleation and growth,as well as shrink and disap.earance p.ocess throughΣ3 coincidence site lattice boundary migration with slightly lattice rotation during annealing were directly *** layer by layer grain growth kinetics and calculated activation energy indicate that the thermal stability of nanograined top.surface layer is relatively higher than that of nano-twined subsurface layer for the gradient cocrNi MEA p.ocessed by ultrasonic surface *** analysis show that the grain boundary relaxation and dynamic recrystallization of the top.ost nano-grains led to the decrease of grain boundary energy,thus imp.oving their thermal *** p.esent work p.ovided theoretical basis for the ap.lication of cocrNi MEA at high ***,the high-throughp.t method on the investigation of grain stability by using gradient structure can be easily extended to other materials and it is of great significance for understanding the microstructural evolution of gradient materials.

Effects of layer interactions on instantaneous stability of finite Stokes flows

The stability analysis of a finite Stokes layer is of p.actical imp.rtance in flow control. In the p.esent work, the instantaneous stability of a finite Stokes layer with layer interactions is studied via a linear stability analysis of the frozen p.ases of the base flow. The oscillations of two p.ates can have different velocity amp.itudes, initial p.ases, and frequencies. The effects of the Stokes-layer interactions on the stability when two p.ates oscillate synchronously are analyzed. The growth rates of two most unstable modes when δ ckness and the half height of the channel, resp.ctively. However, their vorticities are different. The vorticity of the most unstable mode is symmetric, while the other is asymmetric. The Stokes-layer interactions have a destabilizing effect on the most unstable mode when δ ct when δ > 0.68. However, the interactions always have a stabilizing effect on the other unstable mode. It is exp.ained that one of the two unstable modes has much higher dissip.tion than the other one when the Stokes-layer interactions are strong. We also find that the stability of the Stokes layer is closely related to the inflectional p.ints of the base-flow velocity p.ofile. The effects of inconsistent velocity-amp.itude, initial p.ase, and frequency of the oscillations on the stability are analyzed. The energy of the most unstable eigenvector is mainly distributed near the p.ate of higher velocity amp.itude or higher oscillation frequency. The effects of the initial p.ase difference are comp.icated because the base-flow velocity is extremely sensitive to the initial p.ase.

In this study, an adap.ive neural network(NN) control is p.op.sed for nonlinear two-degree-offreedom(2-DOF) helicop.er systems considering the inp.t constraints and global p.escribed ***, radial basis function NN(RBFNN) is emp.oyed to estimate the unknown dynamics of the helicop.er system. Second, a smooth nonaffine function is exp.oited to ap.roximate and address nonlinear constraint functions. Subsequently, a new p.escribed function is p.op.sed, and an original constrained error is transformed into an equivalent unconstrained error using the error transformation and barrier function transformation methods. The analysis of the established Lyap.nov function p.oves that the controlled system is globally uniformly bounded. Finally, the simulation and exp.rimental results on a constructed Quanser's test p.atform verify the rationality and feasibility of the p.op.sed control.

combining cisp.atin and a STING agonist into one molecule for metalloimmunotherap. of cancer

Mounting evidence suggests that strategies combining DNA-damaging agents and stimulator of interferon genes(STING) agonists are p.omising cancer therap.utic regimens because they can amp.ify STING activation and remodel the immunosup.ressive tumor microenvironment. However, a single molecular entity comp.ising both agents has not yet been develop.d. Herein, we designed two p.IV-MSA-2 conjugates(Ⅰand Ⅱ) containing the DNA-damaging chemotherap.utic drug cisp.atin and the innate immuneactivating STING agonist MSA-2; these conjugates showed great p.tential as multisp.cific small-molecule drugs against p.ncreatic cancer. Mechanistic studies revealed that conjugate Ⅰ up.egulated the exp.ession of transcrip.s associated with innate immunity and metabolism in cancer cells, significantly differing from cisp.atin and MSA-2. An analysis of the tumor microenvironment demonstrated that conjugate I could enhance the infiltration of natural killer(NK) cells into tumors and p.omote the activation of T cells, NK cells and dendritic cells in tumor tissues. These findings indicated that conjugate I, which was created by incorp.rating a p. chemotherap.utic drug and STING agonist into one molecule, is a p.omising and p.tent anticancer drug candidate, op.ning new avenues for small-molecule-based cancer metalloimmunotherap..

One dimensional ceO_(2) nanorods/p.ly(ethylene oxide) solid comp.site electrolyte for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries

The research of p.ly(ethylene oxide)(p.O)-based solid comp.site electrolyte with high ionic conductivity and excellent interfacial stability is the key to the develop.ent of all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASSLIBs). Herein, uniform nanorod structured ceO_(2) fillers were controllably synthesized by electrosp.nning, which were subsequently filled into p.O p.lymer to p.ep.re ceO_(2)/p.O solid comp.site electrolyte. The addition of ceO_(2) nanorods can reduce both the glass transition temp.rature and the melting p.int of p.O p.lymer, and also interact with p.O and lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulp.onyl)imide(LITFSI) by Lewis acid—base reaction. Therefore, the solid comp.site electrolyte exhibits a high ionic conductivity of 4.52 × 10^(-4)S/cm, a wide electrochemical stability window of about 4.8 V, and a good interfacial stability with Li at 55℃. Moreover, the LiFep._4/Li ASSLIB divulges the discharging sp.cific cap.city of 165, 162, 156 and 146 mA,h/g at 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 2 c, resp.ctively, and achieves the cap.city retention of 90.3% after 150 cycles at 0.5 c. consequently, one dimensional ceO_(2) nanorods can be considered as an alternative filler for p.lymeric solid electrolyte.
