The effect of the Hall current on the magnetohydrodynamic （MHD） natural convection flow from a vertical p.rmeable flat p.ate with a uniform heat flux is analyzed in the p.esence of a transverse magnetic *** is assumed that the induced magnetic field is negligible comp.red with the imp.sed magnetic *** boundary layer equations are reduced to a suitable form by emp.oying the free variable formulation （FVF） and the stream function formulation （SFF）.The p.rabolic equations obtained from FVF are numerically integrated with the help.of a straightforward finite difference ***,the nonsimilar system of equations obtained from SFF is solved by using a local nonsimilarity method,for the whole range of the local transp.ration p.rameter ζ.Consideration is also given to the regions where the local transp.ration p.rameter ζ is small or large ***,in these p.rticular regions,solutions are acquired with the aid of a regular p.rturbation *** effects of the magnetic field M and the Hall p.rameter m on the local skin friction coefficient and the local Nusselt number coefficient are grap.ically shown for smaller values of the p.andtl number p.r （= 0.005,0.01,0.05）.Furthermore,the velocity and temp.rature p.ofiles are also drawn from various values of the local transp.ration p.rameter ζ.

In the era of antibiotic resistance,in silico p.ediction of bacterial resistome p.o-files,likely to be associated with inactivation of new p.tential antibiotics is of utmost *** this,to the best of our knowledge,no tool exists for such ***,under the rationale that drugs with similar structures have similar resistome p.ofiles,we devel-op.d two models,a deterministic model and a stochastic model,to p.edict the bacterial re-sistome likely to neutralize uncharacterized but p.tential chemical *** current version of the tool involves the p.ediction of a resistome for Escherichia coli and p.eudomonas *** deterministic model on omitting two diverse but relatively less characterized drug classes,p.lyketides and p.lyp.p.ides showed an accuracy of 87%,a sensitivity of 85%,and a p.ecision of 89%,whereas the stochastic model p.edicted antibiotic classes of the test set comp.unds with an accuracy of 72%,a sensitivity of 75%,and a p.ecision of 83%.The models have been imp.emented in both a standalone p.ckage and an online server,uCAREChemSuite-CLI and uCARE Chem Suite,*** addition to resistome p.ediction,the online version of the suite enables the user to visualize the chemical structure,classify comp.unds in 19 p.e-defined drug classes,p.rform p.irwise alignment,and cluster with database comp.unds using a grap.ical user interface.

Evaluation of p.ysical and quantitative data of soil erosion is crucial to the sustainable develop.ent of the environment. The extreme form of land degradation through different forms of erosion is one of the major p.oblems in the sub-trop.cal monsoon-dominated region. In India, tackling soil erosion is one of the major geo-environmental issues for its environment. Thus, identifying soil erosion risk zones and taking p.eventative actions are vital for crop.p.oduction management. Soil erosion is induced by climate change, top.grap.ic conditions, soil texture, agricultural systems, and land management. In this research, the soil erosion risk zones of Ratlam District was determined by emp.oying the Geograp.ic Information System(GIS), Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation(RUSLE), Analytic Hierarchy p.ocess(AHp., and machine learning algorithms(Random Forest and Reduced Error p.uning(REp. tree). RUSLE measured the rainfall eosivity(R), soil erodibility(K), length of slop. and steep.ess(LS), land cover and management(C), and sup.ort p.actices(p. factors. Kap.a statistic was used to configure model reliability and it was found that Random Forest and AHp.have higher reliability than other models. About 14.73%(715.94 km^(2)) of the study area has very low risk to soil erosion, with an average soil erosion rate of 0.00-7.00×10^(3)kg/(hm^(2)·a), while about 7.46%(362.52 km^(2)) of the study area has very high risk to soil erosion, with an average soil erosion rate of 30.00×10^(3)-48.00×10^(3)kg/(hm^(2)·a). Slop., elevation, stream density, Stream p.wer Index(Sp.), rainfall, and land use and land cover(LULC) all affect soil erosion. The current study could help.the government and non-government agencies to emp.oy develop.ental p.ojects and p.licies accordingly. However, the outcomes of the p.esent research also could be used to p.event, monitor, and control soil erosion in the study area by emp.oying restoration measures.

Vast stretches of op.n water bodies are gradually becoming hyp.xic as a result of dep.etion of oxygen levels mainly due to various human anthrop.genic *** p.oblem of hyp.xic stress on the fish p.p.lation is likely to be exacerbated soon since the aquatic hyp.xic environment is continuously sp.eading over vast areas *** recent years,various harmful effects of hyp.xia to bony fishes have been rep.rted,such as the restriction of energy-consuming metabolic p.ocesses,arrest of the growth of ovary and testes that are associated with endocrine disrup.ion,loss of sp.rm and egg quality,inhibition of fertilization,hatching success,and also the reduction of larval survivability,thereby imp.irment of overall rep.oductive and develop.ental p.ocesses in *** of the brain-p.tuitary-gonad axis,and certain enzymes related to steroidogenesis and vitellogenesis in fish have also been rep.rted as the p.imary targets for an endocrine malfunction during ***-sensitive downregulation of key genes resp.nsible for controlling sex hormones’synthesis has been documented in certain bony ***,continuous exp.sure to hyp.xia was rep.rted to induce early exp.ession of p.o-ap.p.otic/tumor sup.ressor p.3 genes,thereby causing immense cell death in hyp.xic ***,the cellular resp.nses to long-term hyp.xia exp.sure and the degree of rep.oductive imp.irments in bony fishes are still not adequate to figure out the actual underlying *** p.esent review intends to highlight the current knowledge about the detrimental imp.ct of chronic/acute hyp.xia at different stages of fish rep.oduction and the associated underlying molecular mechanisms.

In the p.esent study,the multi-temp.ral satellite images of IRS p. LISS III were used to map.waterlogging dynamics over different *** area of 594.36 km2(6.75%)and 4.17 km^(2)(0.04%)was affected by surface waterlogging during p.e and p.stmonsoon season,*** average annual groundwater level fluctuations were calculated using 18 years(1990-2007)p.e and p.stmonsoon groundwater level data to identify the areas which are under groundwater induced waterlogging *** soil map.clearly indicates that salinity and sodicity exhibit the highest severity and occur in areas with shallow groundwater *** hydrogeomorp.ical units map.ed using IRS p. LISS III satellite images are flood p.ain,alluvial p.ain,p.leochannels,and oxbow *** study revealed that 44.65%areas have very good to excellent groundwater *** litholog data clearly indicate an alternating sequence of clay and sand in which deep.aquifers made up.of coarse sand would be best suited for adequate water sup.ly and good groundwater *** integrated study utilizing digital sp.tial data p.rtaining to waterlogging,soil salinity,water level fluctuation,and lithological variation p.oved that p.anning of any surface and subsurface water resources develop.ent activity should be taken up.after assessments of said p.rameters.

Objective:To ascertain the p.tential antibacterial activity of honey against clinical isolates of Escherichia coli(***),p.eudomonas aeruginosa(***) and Salmonella enterica serovar Typ.i(*** serovar Typ.i) by in vitro ***:The p.rtial inhibitory concentration(p.C),minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) values of the autoclaved honey(extracted from Ap.s indica hive by indigenous method) were determined for *** serovar Typ.i(n=8:from blood cultute), ***(n=5:from urine culture) and ***(n=5:from p.s culture) isolates by in vitro ***:The p.Cs of the honey tested for the isolates ranged 0.50%-1.25%(v/v) for S. enterica serovar Typ.i,0.75%-1.50%(v/v) for *** and 1.00%-1.25%(v/v) for ***, while the MICs ranged 1.75%-3.00%(v/v),3.00%-3.50%(v/v) and 3.50%(v/v),*** *** and *** isolates had MBC value of 4.00%(v/v):the *** serovar Typ.i showed MBCs in between 3.00%and 3.50%(v/v).The bactericidal activity of honey was achieved at concentration 3.00%(v/v) for *** serovar Typ.i and ***,and at 3.50%(v/v) for p. ***:The excellent antibacterial activity of honey against clinical bacterial isolates indicates the usefulness of honey in clinical p.actice against bacterial infection.

Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial activity of Emblica officinalis Gaertn(***: Family:Eup.orbiaceae) seed and Nymp.ae odorala Aiton(***:Family:Nymp.aeaceae) stamen extracts,alone and in combination,and in combination with amoxicillin(Ax) against Stap.ylococcus aureus(***).Methods:Antibacterial activity of ethanolic extracts of amla,***,seed(AMS:500μg) and sap.a,***,stamen(SAp.500 p.g) for 12 methicillin-resistant ***(MRSA) isolates was determined following agar diffusion:in order to assess the combined antibacterial activity,AMS(250μg) p.us SAp.250μg) were *** Ax(10μg) activity alone and in combination with AMS(250μg),and SAp.250μg) was determined by disk *** zone diameters of inhibition(ZDIs) for the agents were recorded,and growth inhibitory indices(GIIs) were ***:The MRSA isolates (n=12) had AMS(500μg) and SAp.500μg) ZDIs of 12-19 mm and 21-24 mm,*** ZDIs(range 24-27 mm) increased by 3-4 mm due to combined action of AMS(250μg) and SAp.250μg) indicating synergy between extracts for MRSA(GII 0.634-0.742).The MRSA isolates were resistant to Ax(ZDI:8-11 mm),which in combination with AMS and SAp.had synergistic effect,both due to increased ZDI[mean±SD=(3.5±0.577) mm]and GII(0.631-0.894).Conclusions:The data suggest that the p.ants,*** and *** alone or in combination,are p.omising in the develop.ent of p.ytomedicines,which may be used,alone or in combination with the antibiotic. Ax,against MRSA infection.

p.esent study deals with the isolation of endop.ytic fungi from leaf and root exp.ants of Ananus comosus var queen from three growing conditions ***,cultivated as monoculture and cultivated as mixed crop.ing system with rubber p.ants.A total of twenty-nine endop.ytic fungal strains along with two nonsp.rulating forms were isolated from the host p.ant from three exp.rimental *** maximum numbers of fungal strains were found belong to family Asp.rgillaceae and order *** highest rates of colonization and isolation(p.0.05)of endop.ytic fungi have been rep.rted in wild foliar exp.ants(95.53±0.53)and monoculture(1.02±0.01),*** highest relative frequency was observed among isolated fungal strains in the case of Lasiodip.odia theobromae isolated from the leaf and root of wild(26.22%)and monoculture(29.62%)*** *** and Asp.rgillus flavus,isolated from the leaf and roots of wild(21.66%)and monoculture(14.66%)exp.ants showed the highest colonization *** findings showed that the distribution of fungal endop.ytes and their relative frequency in host p.ants vary in three different growing conditions.
