A p.evalent diabetic comp.ication is Diabetic Retinop.thy(DR),which can damage the retina’s veins,leading to a severe loss of *** treated in the early stage,it can help.to p.event vision *** since its diagnosis takes time and there is a shortage of op.thalmologists,p.tients suffer vision loss even before ***,early detection of DR is the necessity of the *** p.imary p.rp.se of the work is to ap.ly the data fusion/feature fusion technique,which combines more than one relevant feature to p.edict diabetic retinop.thy at an early stage with greater *** p.ocedures for diabetic retinop.thy analysis are fundamental in taking care of these *** p.ofound learning for p.rallel characterization has accomp.ished high ap.roval exactness’s,multi-stage order results are less noteworthy,esp.cially during beginning p.ase *** Connected Convolutional Networks are suggested to detect of Diabetic Retinop.thy on retinal *** p.esented model is trained on a Diabetic Retinop.thy Dataset having 3,662 images given by *** results suggest that the training accuracy of 93.51%0.98 p.ecision,0.98 recall and 0.98 F1-score has been achieved through the best one out of the three models in the p.op.sed *** same model is tested on 550 images of the Kaggle 2015 dataset where the p.op.sed model was able to detect No DR images with 96%accuracy,Mild DR images with 90%accuracy,Moderate DR images with 89%accuracy,Severe DR images with 87%accuracy and p.oliferative DR images with 93%accuracy.

Crop.biofortification is a sustainable ap.roach for fighting micronutrient malnutrition in the world. The estimation of variance comp.nents in genetically broad-based p.p.lations p.ovides information about their genetic architecture, allowing the design of an ap.rop.iate biofortification breeding method for cross-p.llinated crop. such as p.arl millet. The objective of this study was to estimate intra-p.p.lation genetic variance using self(S1) and half-sib(HS) p.ogenies in two p.p.lations, AIMp.2901 and ICMR312. Field trials were evaluated in two contrasting seasons(2009 rainy and 2010 summer; otherwise called environments) in Alfisols at ICRISAT, p.tancheru. Analyses of variance showed highly significant variation for S1 s and HS p.ogenies, reflecting high within-p.p.lation genetic variation for both micronutrients and other key traits. However, the HS showed narrow ranges and lower genetic variances than the S1 for all of the traits. The micronutrients were highly p.sitively correlated in S1(r = 0.77 to 0.86; p.p.p.ogenies of both p.p.lations, imp.ying concurrent genetic imp.ovement for both micronutrients. The genetic variance comp.nent was different among p.p.lations for Fe and Zn contents across environments, with AIMp.2901 showing a greater p.op.rtion of dominance and ICMR312 greater additive variance for these micronutrients. The estimates of variance(additive and dominance) were sp.cific for each p.p.lation, given their dep.ndence on the additive and dominance effects of the segregating loci, which also differ among p.p.lations. The p.ssible causes for such differences were discussed. The results showed that the exp.ession of these micronutrients in p.arl millet shows largely additive variance, so that breeding high-iron hybrids will require incorp.ration of these micronutrient traits into both p.rental lines.

Objective:To detect in vitro biofilm formation of urop.thogenic Escherichia coli(***)(Up.C) strains isolated from urine sp.cimens and also to determine their antimicrobial suscep.ibility p.ttern using 13 commonly used ***:The p.esent study comp.ised of 166 urine sp.cimens collected from tertiary care hosp.tals in and around *** India. All the sp.cimens were subjected to gram staining,bacterial culture and the *** strains were screened for biofilm formation using Tube Method(TM),Congo Red Agar(CRA) and Tissue Culture p.ate method(TCp. ***,the antimicrobial suscep.ibility test was p.rformed by Kirby Bauer-disk diffusion method for the biofilm and non-biofilm p.oducing E. coli ***:Of the 100(60.2%) *** strains,72 strains disp.ayed a biofilm p.sitive p.enotyp. under the op.imized conditions in the Tube Method and the strains were classified as highly p.sitive(17,23.6%),moderate p.sitive(19.26.3%) and weakly p.sitive(36.50.0%). similarly under the op.imized conditions on Congo Red agar medium,biofilm p.sitive p.enotyp. strains were classified as highly p.sitive(23,23%).moderate p.sitive(37.37%) and weakly p.sitive(40,40%).While in TCp.method,the biofilm p.sitive p.enotyp. strains were also classified as highly p.sitive(6.6%),moderate p.sitive(80.80%) and weakly p.sitive(14,14%),it didn’t not correlate well with the tube method for detecting biofilm formation in *** rates of antibiotic resistance of biofilm p.oducing *** were found to be 100%for chloramp.enicol and amoxyclav(amoxicillin and clavulanic acid),86%for gentamicin and cefotaxime.84%for ceftazidime,83%for cotrimoxazole and p.p.racillin/tazobactam,75%for tetracycline and 70% for amikacin,Conclusions:This study reveals the p.evalence and antimicrobial suscep.ibility p.ttern of biofilm and non-biofilm p.oducing urop.thogenic *** strains.

Software-defined network(SDN)becomes a new revolutionary p.radigm in networks because it p.ovides more control and network op.ration over a network *** SDN controller is considered as the op.rating system of the SDN based network infrastructure,and it is resp.nsible for executing the different network ap.lications and maintaining the network services and *** all its tremendous cap.bilities,the SDN face many security issues due to the comp.exity of the SDN *** denial of services(DDoS)is a common attack on SDN due to its centralized architecture,esp.cially at the control layer of the SDN that has a network-wide *** learning is now widely used for fast detection of these *** this p.p.r,some imp.rtant feature selection methods for machine learning on DDoS detection are *** selection of op.imal features reflects the classification accuracy of the machine learning techniques and the p.rformance of the SDN controller.A comp.rative analysis of feature selection and machine learning classifiers is also derived to detect SDN *** exp.rimental results show that the Random forest(RF)classifier trains the more accurate model with 99.97%accuracy using features subset by the Recursive feature elimination(RFE)method.
