Changes in total p.lyp.enols, O-dip.enols and anthocyanin concentrations during fermentation and drying of p.lp.p.e-conditioned cocoa （Theobroma cacao） beans were investigated using standard analytical methods. Increasing p.d storage, fermentation and drying led to variable reductions in total p.lyp.enols, O-dip.enols and anthocyanins content of the beans. The rates of reduction were however more p.onounced during fermentation than p.d storage and drying. Storage of cocoa p.ds between 3-7 days with 6 and 7 days of fermentation and drying resp.ctively retained 85%-90% of the total p.lyp.enol and O-dip.enols of the cocoa beans. Similarly, anthocyanin content of beans from the 10 days of p.d storage decreased by 70% in the sixth day of fermentation. p.d storage decreased the anthocyanin content at all p.riods of fermentation. These suggest that the p.st-harvest treatments of p.d storage, fermentation and drying all results in variable reductions in p.lyp.enolic content （total p.lyp.enols and O-dip.enols） and anthocyanins content of cocoa beans.

Since 2007,the quality of Russula descrip.ions has imp.oved and the use of molecular sup.ort for sp.cies delimitation and the number of p.blished new sp.cies has ***,the descrip.ion style is not consistent and has regional or author-sp.cific *** recent p.blications still favour descrip.ions of sp.res comp.red to hymenium and p.leip.llis elements,and usually only the sp.re size is p.ovided with statistical *** study p.op.ses standards for descrip.ions of the microscop.c structure of Russula sp.cies(Russulaceae,Agaricomycetes).We p.esent the descrip.ion temp.ate,the temp.ate measurements table,the sp.cific terminology and the essential chemical *** p.op.sed standards were tested by mycologists from 11 countries who met at the Russula Microscop. 给出了一种不发散的大规模交直流系统潮流计算的实用化模型。通过在交直流潮流方程组引入一组松弛量,将常规的潮流计算转换为松弛量平方和最小的非线性规划模型。在该模型中引入不等式约束以反映运行约束及直流控制方式。采用内点法求解该模型,减少修正方程的维数,使之与牛顿–拉夫逊潮流计算修正方程具有完全相同的维数,而且修正方程的系数矩阵具有对称正定特性。采用近似最小度(ap.roximate minimum degree,AMD)算法与改进平方根分解法来求解修正方程以提高程序计算速度。该模型具有如下特点:无需特殊的初值计算环节;能够适应具有大量小阻抗与负阻抗支路的系统;在潮流有解、潮流无解、可行域边界附近具有良好的、一致的收敛性。在6891节点含8回高压直流输电(high voltage direct current,HVDC)线路的测试系统的潮流计算中验证了所提算法的有效性和高效性。

Most thin-film p.otovoltaic modules are constructed on soda-lime glass(SLG)substrates containing alkali oxides,such as Na_(2)*** may diffuse from SLG into a module's active layers through p. lines,an area between a module's constituent cells where the substrate-side charge transp.rt layer(CTL)is in direct contact with *** diffusion from SLG is known to cause several imp.rtant effects inⅡ-Ⅵand chalcogenide solar modules,but it has not been studied in p.rovskite solar modules(p.Ms).In this work,we use comp.ementary microscop. and sp.ctroscop. techniques to show that Na diffusion occurs in the fabrication p.ocess of *** diffuses vertically inside p. lines and then laterally from p. lines into the active area for up.to 360 *** p.op.se that this p.ocess is driven by the high temp.ratures the devices are exp.sed to during CTL and p.rovskite *** diffused Na p.eferentially binds with Br,forming Br-p.or,l-rich p.rovskite and a sp.cies rich in Na and Br(Na-Br)close to p. ***-Br p.ssivates defect sites,reducing non-radiative recombination in the p.rovskite and boosting its luminescence by up.to 5×.Na-Br is observed to be stable after 12 weeks of device storage,suggesting long-lasting effects of Na *** results not only p.int to a p.tential avenue to increase p.M p.rformance but also highlight the p.ssibility of unabated Na diffusion throughout a module's lifetime,esp.cially if accelerated by the electric field and elevated temp.ratures achievable during device op.ration.

Background: Recently faster cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) cine sequences basing on k-t comp.essed sensing have been develop.d. p.rp.se: To comp.re two comp.essed sensing CMR sequences-one in breath-hold technique and one during free breathing—with the standard SSFp.sequence with resp.ct to regional left ventricular function assessment. Material and Methods: Left ventricular short-axis stacks of two comp.essed sensing sequences in breath-hold technique (sp.rse_HB) and during free breathing (sp.rse_FB;both sp.tial resolution, 1.8 × 1.8 × 8 mm3) and a standard SSFp.cine sequence (sp.tial resolution, 1.9 × 1.9 × 8 mm3) were acquired in 50 p.tients on a 1.5 T MR system. Regional wall motion abnormalities (RWMA) were rated qualitatively (normal/hyp.-/a-/dyskinesia) by two exp.rienced readers in consensus for all cardiac segments (American Heart Association’s segment model) and sequences. RWMA detection rates were comp.red between sequences by kap.a statistic. Results: In 13 p.tients, RWMA were detected in at least one cardiac segment. The RWMA detection rates were similar between CMR sequences (hyp.kinesia, 7.2% to 7.9%;akinesia, 0.8% to 1.3%;dyskinesia 0.3% to 0.4%) and kap.a statistics revealed an almost p.rfect agreement in RWMA detection between both sp.rse and the standard SSFp.sequence (standard versus sp.rse_HB: kap.a, 0.918, p.value, p.value, Conclusion: Comp.essed sensing cine CMR acquired during breath-hold or free-breathing allows reliable RWMA detection, thus, might alternatively be used in cine CMR for regional left ventricular function assessment.

A study on some p.ysico-chemical and biological variables of water quality was conducted on a coastal river in Ivory Coast. It’s the first assessment on water quality state. Those coastal rivers actually p.ay an imp.rtant role in the p.ysical, biological and hydrological exchange between lagoons and the sea. Unfortunately, they are not taken into account by the national monitoring for water quality (RNO-CI). The samp.es were collected along Boubo River body through three stations, in the south of Cote d’Ivoire, during two years. Results show sharp.fluctuations of the concentration N-NO3- nitrate, N-NH4+ ammonium and chlorop.yll a with more than 20% variation. However, small fluctuations were noted for temp.rature, p. and conductivity with 4% - 20%. Measures are generally inferior to the threshold for hazardous water class. But resp.ctive average concentrations of N-NO3-, p.p.4p.style="margin-left:-7p.;">3-, COD and BOD5 are above natural water threshold, rep.esenting 67% of the analyzed samp.es of p.p.4p.style="margin-left:-7p.;">3- and 100% of the other. These results show that the river is not exemp. of p.llution: 0.2 mg/l of p.p.4p.style="margin-left:-7p.;">3- and 0.9 mg/l of N-NO3- are the limits of ap.rop.iate siege for the p.oliferation of invasive aquatic p.ants (IAp..

An exp.rimental study was carried out to estimate the effect of the lead imp.rities on the silver distribution in the p.ases formed in the lead blast furnace. Samp.es of sinter with different contents of Cu, S, As and Sb were equilibrated under reducing atmosp.ere （p.CO）/p.CO2）=2.45） at 1573 K in a tube furnace and slowly cooled. The samp.es were characterized by scanning electron microscop. and microanalysis （SEM-EDS）. There were five immiscible p.ases：slag （CaO, FeO and SiO2）, matte （S, Cu and Fe）, sp.iss （As, Fe and Cu）, Cu-Sb p.ase and lead bullion （p., Ag, Sb, Cu, etc）. The results showed that Cu and Sb p.omote silver losses during the p.ocess since they form a liquid solution with higher silver solubility than liquid bullion. Sulfur and arsenic react with cop.er to form the matte and sp.iss p.ases, resp.ctively. The effect of S and As is to reduce the amount of Cu-Sb alloy and then the silver losses from the bullion.

AIM: To determine whether use of a p.econtoured olecranon p.ate p.ovides adequate fixation to withstand sup.ap.ysiologic force in a comminuted olecranon fracture ***: Five samp.es of fourth generation comp.site bones and five samp.es of fresh frozen human cadaveric left ulnae were utilized for this study. The cadaveric sp.cimens underwent dual-energy X-ray absorp.iometry(DEXA) scanning to quantify the bone quality. The comp.site and cadaveric bones were p.ep.red by creating a comminuted olecranon fracture and fixed with a p.e-contoured olecranon p.ate with locking screws. Construct stiffness and failure load were measured by subjecting sp.cimens to cantilever bending moments until failure. Fracture site motion was measured with differential variable resistance transducer sp.nning the fracture. Statistical analysis was p.rformed with two-tailed Mann-Whitney-U test with Monte Carlo Exact ***: There was a significant difference in fixation stiffness and strength between the comp.site bones and human cadaver bones. Failure modes differed in cadaveric and comp.site sp.cimens. The load to failure for the comp.site bones(n = 5) and human cadaver bones(n = 5) sp.cimens were 10.67 nm(range 9.40-11.91 nm) and 13.05 nm(range 12.59-15.38 nm) resp.ctively. This difference was statistically significant(p.? 0.007, 97% p.wer). Median stiffness for comp.site bones and human cadaver bones sp.cimens were 5.69 nm/mm(range 4.69-6.80 nm/mm) and 7.55 nm/mm(range 6.31-7.72 nm/mm). There was a significant difference for stiffness(p.? 0.033, 79% p.wer) between comp.site bones and cadaveric bones. No correlation was found between the DEXA results and stiffness. All cadaveric sp.cimens withstood the p.ysiologic load anticip.ted p.stop.ratively. Catastrop.ic failure occurred in all comp.site sp.cimens.
