Hep.tocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common cancers in the world and is one of the leading indications for liv.r transp.antation,liv.r transp.antation is the gold standard treatment for end stage liv.r *** is based up.on radiological characteristics and rarely biop.y *** treatment must be indiv.dualized to each p.tient to imp.ov. recurrences and *** this article,we focus on the different selection criteria for liv.r *** study aimed to inv.stigate the distribution laws and research frontiers of international literature,so as to p.esent holistic bibliometric ev.luation of the studies on 5-year surv.v.l and disease-free recurrence in 5 years,according to hep.tocarcinoma criteria for liv.r *** p.p.r aims to rev.ew and analyze 5-year surv.v.l and disease-free recurrence based on hep.tocarcinoma criteria for liv.r *** systematically examines and summarizes distribution characteristics and research frontiers through bibliometric analysis.A bibliograp.ic search was imp.emented in p.bMed/Medline,Clinical Key,Science Direct and Index Medicus with MESH terms,from the year 1996–*** selected for transp.antation using the Metroticket 2.0(MT2)criteria had the highest ov.rall surv.v.l along with p.tients selected for transp.antation using the Milan Criteria had the best 5-year disease-free *** Metroticket 2.0 criteria(MT2)and Milan Criteria(MC)hav. shown the most fav.rable p.st-transp.ant outcomes for p.tients with hep.tocellular carcinoma(HCC).Howev.r,MC demonstrated the best 5-year disease-free recurrence rate,underscoring the significance of taking into account tumor morp.ology and biology when determining the eligibility of HCC p.tients for liv.r *** distribution characteristics and research frontiers by bibliometrics concerning p.ognostic role of selection criteria for liv.r transp.antation in p.tients with hep.tocellular carcinoma the collaboration

Simp.e models are p.op.sed for the calculation of refractiv. index n and electronic p.larizability α of AⅠBⅢC2Ⅵ and AⅡBⅣC2Ⅴ comp.unds of group. of chalcop.rite semiconductors from their energy gap.data. The v.lues family and 12 comp.unds of AⅡBⅣC2Ⅴ family are calculated for the work. The p.op.sed models are ap.licable for the whole range of energy gap.materials. The calculated v.lues are comp.red with the av.ilable exp.rimental and rep.rted v.lues. A fairly good agreement between them is obtained.

Connexin 43 (CX43) is one of the major comp.nents of gap.junctions, the structures resp.nsible for the intercellular communication and transmission of the electrical imp.lse in the left v.ntricle. There is limited information on the histological changes of CX43 with age and their effect on electrop.ysiology, esp.cially in humans. Here, we analyzed left v.ntricular biop.ies from liv.ng donors starting at midlife to characterize age-related CX43 remodeling. We assessed its quantity, degree of lateralization, and sp.tial heterogeneity together with fibrotic dep.sition. We observ.d no significant age-related remodeling of CX43. Only sp.tial heterogeneity increased slightly with age, and this increase was better exp.ained by biological age than by chronological age. Imp.rtantly, we found that CX43 features v.ried considerably among indiv.duals in our p.p.lation with no relev.nt relationship.to age or fibrosis content, in contrast to animal sp.cies. We used our exp.rimental results to feed comp.tational models of human v.ntricular electrop.ysiology and to assess the effects of interindiv.dual differences in sp.cific features of CX43 and fibrosis on conduction v.locity, action p.tential duration, and arrhythmogenicity. We found that larger amounts of fibrosis were associated with the highest arrhythmic risk, with this risk being increased when fibrosis dep.sition was combined with a reduction in CX43 amount and/or with an increase in CX43 sp.tial heterogeneity. These mechanisms underlying high arrhythmic risk in some indiv.duals were not associated with age in our study p.p.lation. In conclusion, our data rule out CX43 remodeling as an age-related arrhythmic substrate in the p.p.lation beyond midlife, but highlight its p.tential as a p.oarrhythmic factor at the indiv.dual lev.l, esp.cially when combined with increased fibrosis.

Remote p.otop.ethysmograp.y （rp.G） allows remote measurement of the heart rate using low-cost RGB imaging equip.ent. In this study, we rev.ew the dev.lop.ent of the field of rp.G since its emergence in 2008. We also classify existing rp.G ap.roaches and deriv. a framework that p.ov.des an ov.rv.ew of modular step.. Based on this framework, p.actitioners can use our classification to design algorithms for an rp.G ap.roach that suits their sp.cific needs. Researchers can use the rev.ewed and classified algorithms as a starting p.int to imp.ov. p.rticular features of an rp.G algorithm.

This contribution giv.s results on the action of the Lap.ace-Beltrami deriv.tiv. on suffi- ciently smooth kernels on the sp.ere, those defined by absolutely and uniformly exp.nsions generated by a family of at least continuous functions. Among other things, the results show that conv.nient Lap.ace-Beltrami deriv.tiv.s of p.sitiv. definite kernels on the sp.ere are p.sitiv. definite too. We also include similar results on the action of the Lap.ace-Beltrami deriv.tiv. on condensed sp.erical harmonic exp.nsions.

Tadalafil (TDL) a BCS-II drug is recently rep.rted for rep.rp.sing nep.rop.otectiv. effect in p.elonep.ritis (p.). Howev.r, p.or water solubility and dissolution rate limited oral bioav.ilability p.se serious challenges in its therap.utic ap.lications. We p.esent an adv.nced third generation Solid Disp.rsion (SD) of TDL comp.ising a p.lymer in combination with a Self Micro-emulsifying Comp.sition (SMEC) to achiev. high drug loading, imp.ov.d stability and rap.d dissolution of TDL for enhancing bioav.ilability and efficacy in p.. TDLSMEC-SD was coated onto rap.dly disintegrating inert tablet cores which disintegrated rap.dly in water to release SD as a film. TDL-SMEC-SD was ev.luated for in-v.v. oral bioav.ilability and in-v.v. efficacy in lip.p.lysaccharide-induced p. in rats. TDL exhibited high solubility (45.6 mg/ml) in the SMEC. TDL-SMEC-SD exhibited remarkably high TDL loading (45%w/w),excep.ionally low contact angle (9°), rap.d in-v.tro release (t50 7.3 min), microemulsion formation(globule size ~100 nm) in aqueous disp.rsion, and stability as p.r ICH ***, DSC, and XRD confirmed high p.ysical stability. A relativ. bioav.ilability of 350% and 150% comp.red to TDL and TDL-SD without SMEC resp.ctiv.ly, established the sup.riority of TDL-SMEC-SD. A significant reduction in serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and nitric oxide lev.ls in the lip.p.lysaccharide-induced p. confirmed the benefit of the TDL-SMECSD. The adv.nced third generation SMEC SDs p.esents the p.ssibility of p.atform technology for bioenhancement of p.orly water soluble drugs.

A statistical analysis of monthly mean and daily maximum rainfall data at New Delhi during the mon-soon (June-Sep.ember) p.riod 1940-1980 is p.esented. It has been observ.d that a good correlation exists between the monthly and daily maximum rainfall. A linear regression analysis of the data is found to be sig nificant for all the four months. Some key statistical p.rameters like the mean v.lues of Coefficient of v.ri ability (Cv., Relativ. v.riability (Rv. and p.rcentage Interannual v.riability (p.v. hav. been studied and found to be at v.riance. Howev.r, their corresp.nding ratios between mean daily maximum and mean monthly rainfall are significantly lower.
