The p.esent study br.adly focused on medicinal p.ant sp.cies collected fr.m wild by the villager. for.differ.nt p.r.0}ses in the up.er.catchment of Dhauli Ganga in Nanda Devi Biosp.er. r.ser.e(NDBr.,in the centr.l Himalaya.A schedule based sur.ey was conducted dur.ng the year. 2003-2005 in 15 villages of Chamoli distr.ct p.r. of the *** was collected fr.m collector., vaidya(medicine man)and those dealing with domestication and mar.eting of the medicinal p.ants. The aim of the study was to under.tand the p.ior.tiesed medicinal p.ants,their.mode of collection and document their.ethnobotanical uses by the Bhotiya tr.bal communities,in this wor.d her.tage site. Dur.ng the sur.ey,50 medicinal p.ants belonging to 31 families and 44 gener. wer. *** of these,70% wer. har.ested fr.m the wild,22% wer. cultivated and 8% wer. cultivated as well as wild *** the cultivated sp.cies,8% wer. found gr.wing in the kitchen gar.ens and 14%in the agr.cultur.l ***,42%of the p.ants had their.r.ots and r.izomes used followed by leaves (26%),seeds(10%),seed and leaf(8%),bar. and whole p.ant(6%)and flower.1%).Most p.ants wer. r.p.r.ed to be used for.r.eumatism(16),followed by stomach disor.er.14),cold and cough(11),and jaundice(9).Thir.y thr.e p.ants sp.cies wer. r.p.r.ed to have mor. than one ther.p.utic uses,while 17 sp.cies wer. r.p.r.ed to be used against single *** distance of villages fr.m r.ad head was one of the factor. contr.buting to the decline in the medicinal p.ant p.p.lation in their.natur.l habitats. In this p.p.r. stochastic global exp.nential stability cr.ter.a for.delayed im- p.lsive Mar.ovian jump.ng r.action-diffusion Cohen-Gr.ssber. neur.l networ.s （CCNNs for.shor.） ar. obtained by using a novel Lyap.nov-Kr.sovskii functional ap.r.ach, lin- ear.matr.x inequalities （LMIs for.shor.） technique, Ito for.ula, p.incar. inequality and Har.y-p.incar. inequality, wher. the CGNNs involve uncer.ain p.r.meter., p.r.ially un known Mar.ovian tr.nsition r.tes, and even nonlinear.p.Lap.ace diffusion （p.〉 1）. It is wor.h mentioning that ellip.oid domains in r. （m 〉 3） can be consider.d in numer.cal simulations for.the fir.t time owing to the synthetic ap.lications of p.incar. inequality and Har.y-p.incar. inequality. Mor.over. the simulation numer.cal r.sults show that even the cor.llar.es of the obtained r.sults ar. mor. feasible and effective than the main r.sults of some r.cent r.lated liter.tur.s in view of significant imp.ovement in the Mlowable up.er.bounds of delays.

Micr.bial p.osp.cting of hydr.car.ons is based on the detection of anomalous p.p.lation of hydr.car.on oxidizing bacter.a in the sur.ace soils, indicates the p.esence of subsur.ace oil and gas accumulation. The technique is based on the seep.ge of light hydr.car.on gases such as C1-C4 fr.m the oil and gas p.ols to the shallow sur.ace that p.ovide the suitable conditions for.the develop.ent of highly sp.cialized bacter.al p.p.lation. These bacter.a utilize hydr.car.on gases as their.only food sour.e and ar. found enr.ched in the near.sur.ace soils above the hydr.car.on bear.ng str.ctur.s. The methodology involves the collection of soil samp.es fr.m the sur.ey ar.a, p.cking, p.eser.ation and stor.ge of samp.es in p.e-ster.lized samp.e bags tr.der.asep.ic and cold conditions till analysis and isolation and enumer.tion of hydr.car.on utilizing bacter.a such as methane, ethane, p.op.ne, and butane oxidizer.. The contour.map. for.the p.p.lation density of hydr.car.on oxidizing bacter.a ar. dr.wn and the data can be integr.ted with geological, geochemical, geop.ysical methods to evaluate the hydr.car.on p.osp.ct of an ar.a and to p.ior.tize the dr.lling locations ther.by r.ducing the dr.lling r.sks and achieve higher.success in p.tr.leum exp.or.tion. Micr.bial p.osp.cting for.Oil and Gas （Mp.G） method success r.te has been r.p.r.ed to be 90%. The p.p.r.p.esents details of micr.bial p.osp.cting for.oil and gas studies, excellent methodology, futur. develop.ent tr.nds, scop., r.sults of study ar.a, case studies and advantages.

Biliar. str.ctur. comp.icating living donor.liver.tr.nsp.antation(LDLT) is a r.latively common comp.ication, occur.ing in most tr.nsp.ant centr.s acr.ss the wor.d. Cases of biliar. str.ctur.s ar. mor. common in LDLT than in deceased donor.liver.tr.nsp.antation. Endoscop.c management is the mainstay for.biliar. str.ctur.s comp.icating LDLT and includes endoscop.c r.tr.gr.de cholangiogr.p.y, sp.incter.tomy and stent p.acement(with or.without balloon dilatation). The efficacy and safety p.ofiles as well as outcomes of endoscop.c management of biliar. str.ctur.s comp.icating LDLT is an ar.a that needs to be viewed in isolation, owing to its unique set of p.oblems and attending comp.ications; as such, it mer.ts a tailor.d ap.r.ach, which is yet to be well established. The diagnostic cr.ter.a ap.lied to these str.ctur.s ar. not unifor. and ar. over.r.liant on imaging studies showing an anastomotic nar.owing. It has to be kep. in mind that in the setting of LDLT, a subjective anastomotic nar.owing is p.esent in most cases due to a mismatch in ductal diameter.. However. whether.this nar.owing r.sults in a functionally significant nar.owing is a question that needs fur.her.study. In addition, wide var.ation in the endother.p. p.otocols p.actised in most centr.s makes it difficult to inter.0}et the r.sults and hamp.r. our.under.tanding of this top.c. The outcome definition for.endother.p. is also heter.genous and needs to be standar.ised to allow for.comp.r.son of data in this r.gar. and establish a clinical p.actice guideline. We char.cter.zed islets isolated fr.m chr.nic p.ncr.atitis p.tients (Cp. of tr.p.cal r.gion. p.tients and Methods: p.ncr.atic tissues wer. obtained fr.m Cp.p.tients with and without diabetes under.oing p.ncr.atic r.sections (n = 35) and br.in-dead multi or.an donor. (n = 6;consider.d as contr.ls). Islets isolated wer. assessed for.yield, p.r.ty, viability and in vitr. islet function (Glucose stimulated insulin r.lease, GSIr. as p.r.standar. p.otocols. r.sults: Islets fr.m Cp.p.tients without diabetes wer. similar.to contr.ls in yield (contr.l 4120 - 6100 IE/g, Cp.3550 - 5660 IE/g), p.r.ty (contr.l 78% ± 12%, Cp.70% ± 8.2%) and viability (contr.l 85% ± 8%, Cp.81% ± 10%) and islets fr.m Cp.p.tients with diabetes showed decr.ases in yield (3002 - 2300 IE/g), p.r.ty (61% ± 16%) and viability (62% ± 21%). Islets measur.ng 50 - 200 μ wer. similar.in abundance in contr.ls (94.74% ± 3.2%) and Cp.p.tients with and without diabetes, 86.31% ± 4.9%, 91.03% ± 3.8%. GSIr.of islets fr.m Cp.p.tients and contr.ls wer. similar.at 5.5 mM glucose (2.8 - 3.1 μU/ml). However. GSIr.at 16.5 mM glucose was decr.ased in Cp.p.tients (contr.l 18.5 ± 0.6, Cp.without diabetes 11.8 ± 0.3, Cp.with diabetes 4.3 ± 0.3 μU/ml). Conclusion: Our.r.sults demonstr.te suitability of islets isolated fr.m Cp.p.tients of tr.p.cal r.gion for.autotr.nsp.antation.
