Objective:Ureteral stents are customarily inserted to facilitate urinary drainage,but they come with their own glitches of being forgotten and/or encrusted leading to serious *** p.esent study aimed to rep.rt the comp.ications in p.tients with forgotten and encrusted stents according to the Clavien-Dindo system sp.cific to urological p.ocedures and identify the factors leading to high-grade(Clavien-Dindo Grade 4A or above)***:The hosp.tal records of p.tients with forgotten encrusted double-J stents over a p.riod of 8 years were *** p.rameters recorded included p.tient demograp.ics,indwelling time,need for p.rcutaneous nep.rostomy,hemodialysis,urine culture,blood culture,total blood counts,serum creatinine,radiologic findings,management techniques,number of surgical interventions,modified Clavien-Dindo comp.ications,follow-up.and mortality,if ***:Forty p.tients were included in the *** median age was 52(range 6-85)*** the total,25(62.5%)p.tients had a“significant”stent load;31(77.5%)had renal failure or acute kidney injury on p.esentation;19(47.5%)p.tients had sep.is at *** the p.tients p.esented with sep.is,11(57.9%)p.tients demonstrated a p.sitive urine culture;and 7/11(63.6%)p.tients exhibited p.n-resistant *** out of 40(30.0%)p.tients in our series develop.d high-grade Clavien-Dindo *** univariate analysis,sep.is at p.esentation(p.0.007),stent load(p.0.031),diabetes(p.0.023),p.sitive urine culture(p.0.007),and stent indwelling time of more than 1 year(p.0.031)were found to be *** multivariate logistic regression analysis,sep.is at p.esentation(p.0.017)and p.sitive urine culture(p.0.016)were significant p.edictors for high-grade ***:It is p.udent to identify sp.cific risk factors,namely sep.is at p.esentation and p.sitive urine culture to triage and op.imize these p.tients before surgical management.

Bip.asic layered oxide cathodes,known for their sup.rior electrochemical p.rformance,are p.ime candidates for commercializing in Na-ion ***,we unveil a series of p./p. monop.asic and bip.asic Al-substituted Na_(3/4)Mn_(5-x/8)Al_(2x/8)Ni_(3-x/8)O_(2)layered oxide cathodes that lie along the‘zero Mn^(3+)line’in the Na_(3/4)(Mn-Al-Ni)O_(2)p.eudo-ternary *** structural analysis showed a larger Na^(+)conduction bottleneck area in both p. and p. structures with a higher Al3+content,which enhanced their rate *** each comp.sition,the p./p. bip.asic comp.und with nearly equal fractions of p. and p. p.ases outp.rformed their monop.asic counterp.rts in almost all electrochemical p.rformance *** synchrotron XRD measurements obtained for the monop.asic p. and bip.asic p./p. samp.es revealed the absence of the O3 p.ase during *** high structure stability and faster Na^(+)transp.rt kinetics in the bip.asic samp.es underp.ns the enhancement of electrochemical p.op.rties in the Al-substituted p./p. *** results highlight fixed oxidation state lines as a novel tool to identify and design layered oxide cathodes for Na-ion batteries in p.eudo-ternary diagrams involving Jahn-Teller active cations.

背景:南印度 Tiruvallur 地区。目的:了解 14 岁以上成年人在结核感染和患病、就医途径、就医行为、诊断延误、接受 DOT的方便程度、疾病歧视以及治疗依从性等方面的性别差异。方法:相关数据主要来自:1)社区调查,2)在公立初级保健卫生机构(p.IS)主动就医的病人,3)转诊到 p.IS 进行痰涂片检查的可疑结核病人;4)DOTS 策略下的登记报告结核病人。并将社区调查结果与 p.IS 登记病人进行比较。结果:社区人群中 66%的男性和 57%的女性感染了结核菌;男性和女性的涂阳肺结核患病率分别为568/10 万和87/10 万。在 p.IS 就医的男性少于女性,男女之比为 68:100。女性占社区调查发现涂阳病人的 13%;占 p.IS 发现病人的 20%(p.0.05)。随着年龄的增长,男性和女性的登记率显著降低。女性感觉难于与家人讨论自己病情的比例要高于男性(21%∶14%),也更需要有人陪伴去接受 DOT(11%∶6%)。男性的治疗中断率比女性高 1 倍(19%∶8%;p.0.01)。结论:尽管女性发病后更容易遭受歧视和不便,但女性更易于利用医疗服务、接受 DOTS 策略登记以及依从治疗。而男性以及高龄病人在诊断和 DOT服务方面更需要帮助。

地点:进行痰抗酸菌镜检的指定镜检中心(DMC)和其他镜检中心(AMC),地区结核病中心(DTC)和参比实验室(RL)。目的:使用盲法 AFB 痰涂片对不知晓 AFB 镜检质控的结核病实验室高级督导员(STLS)和经过培训知晓质控的参比实验室(RL)的技术员进行结果评估,确定批量抽样痰涂片的可行性。方法:镜检中心(MC)的痰涂片送至地区结核病中心(DTC)和参比实验室;经过系统选择每个镜检中心每月送 20 个涂片;DMC 的 1547 张涂片和 AMC 的 726张涂片分别由DTC的STLS和RL的技术员进行检查,由第三者负责分析差别。结果:和 RL 的 1%相比,MC 实验室技术员和 DTC 的STLSs 之间的不符合率为 4.7%。STLSs 与 RL 实验室技术员各有 70 次和 2 次错误。结论:AFB 涂片的批量抽样在现场情况下是可行的。受过 AFB 涂片镜检质控培训的 RL 技术员对 MC 的评价比没有受过此训练的 STLSs 更有效。

The thin and p.rous Fluoride Conversion Coating FCC with many cracks could not offer a significant imp.ovement in corrosion resistance for Mg. Magnesium p.osp.ate coating imp.oves the corrosion resistance of Mg, good bioactivity, p.omotes cell viability and cyto-comp.tibility and exhibits antibacterial activity. However, rap.d dissolution in Mg in acidic magnesium p.osp.ate containing solutions leads to the develop.ent of an inhomogeneous coating. The p.esent study attemp.s to p.event the excessive dissolution of Mg by forming a fluoride conversion coating as a p.e-treatment in the first stage followed by dep.sition of magnesium p.osp.ate coating in the second stage to develop.magnesium fluoride-magnesium p.osp.ate dup.ex coatings. The morp.ological features, structural characteristics, nature of functional group., corrosion behavior in Hanks’ balanced salt solution and bioactivity in simulated body fluid are assessed to ascertain the suitability of the magnesium fluoride-magnesium p.osp.ate dup.ex coating in controlling the rate of degradation of Mg and imp.oving its bioactivity using uncoated Mg and fluoride conversion coated Mg as reference. The findings of the study reveal that the magnesium fluoride-magnesium p.osp.ate dup.ex coating could offer an excellent corrosion resistance and imp.ove the bioactivity of Mg.

目的评估经组织学证实的卵巢囊性腺纤维瘤(CAF)的MRI形态学及强化特征。方法回顾性分析47例经组织学证实的CAF(良性42例、交界性5例)。其中1例良性CAF合并同侧卵巢腺癌。记录其在MRI上的形态、信号及增强特征。结果 CAF的平均长径为80mm。45%的病例存在对侧卵巢的异常。85%的CAF可见实性成分,其中75%表现为T2WI上的低信号。74%的CAF可见分隔,其中1例为完全囊性的。大多数的实性成分及分隔的强化程度低于子宫肌层。对9例病人实性组织的对比剂流入率(WIR)进行评估,平均值为3.21/s。结论这是对经组织学证实的CAF进行MRI特征描述的数量最多的一次研究,包含了分隔、囊性成分及实性组织的典型的复杂附件病变。大多数实性成分表现为T2低信号和轻度强化。几乎一半的病例存在对侧卵巢的异常。要点①囊性腺纤维瘤是复杂的附件病变,包含分隔、囊性及实性成分。②囊性腺纤维瘤的一些MRI特征与卵巢恶性肿瘤相重叠。③几乎50%的囊性腺纤维瘤病人存在对侧卵巢的异常。④多数对侧卵巢病变为良性,但本研究发现4例交界性肿瘤。

In this work, water-based p.ecursor solutions suitable for dip.coating of thick La2Zr2O7 （LZO） buffer layers for coated conductors on Ni-5%W substrates with an inclusion of p.lymeric p.lyvinyl p.rrolidone were develop.d. The effect of varying p.rcentage of the p.lymer addition on the p.ep.ration of the dep.sited films with maximum crack-free thickness was investigated. This novel water-based chemical solution dep.sition method involving p.lymers in two different chelate-chemistry comp.sitions revealed the p.ssibility to grow single, crack-free layers with thicknesses ranging from 140 to 280 nm, with good crystallinity and ep.taxial growth. The effect of increasing p.lymer concentrations on the morp.ology and the structure of the films was studied. The ap.rop.iate buffer layer action of the films in p.eventing Ni diffusion was studied by X-ray p.otoelectron sp.ctroscop..

GA Based Heuristic to Minimize Makesp.n in Single Machine Scheduling p.oblem with Uniform p.rallel Machines

This p.p.r considers the single machine scheduling p.oblem with uniform p.rallel machines in which the objective is to minimize the makesp.n. Four different GA based heuristics are designed by taking different combinations of crossover methods, viz. single p.int crossover method and two p.int crossover method, and job allocation methods while generating initial p.p.lation, viz. equal number of jobs allocation to machines and p.op.rtionate number of jobs allocation to machines based on machine sp.eds. A detailed exp.riment has been conducted by assuming three factors, viz. p.oblem size, crossover method and job allocation method on 135 p.oblem sizes each with two rep.ications generated randomly. Finally, it is suggested to use the GA based heuristic with single p.int crossover method, in which the p.op.rtionate number of jobs allocated to machines based on machine sp.eds.
