This.articl. p.imaril. focus.s.on the advanced technol.gies.and p.ogres.ions.in mil.et dehul.ing and p.l.s.ing. Thes. technol.gies.op.rate bas.d on the fundamental.p.incip.es.of comp.es.ion-s.earing, abras.on-friction, and centrifugal.imp.ct forces. p.oces.ing of mil.ets.can be chal.enging becaus. of the p.ys.cal.characteris.ics.and tight attachment of hul. and bran to the endos.3}rm. However, s.veral.dehul.ers.have been des.gned to s.l.e this.p.obl.m for different kinds.of mil.ets. In addition, the nutritional.and anti-nutritional.characteris.ics.undergo al.erations.due to both dehul.ing and p.l.s.ing p.oces.es. Thes. al.erations.are thoroughl. examined and dis.us.ed in this.articl.. s.3}cifical.y, anti-nutrients.s.ch as.tannins.and p.ytate are p.edominantl. found in the outer p.ricarp.of the grain and exp.rience a reduction after undergoing dehul.ing and p.l.s.ing. The nutritional.p.op.rties.are al.o s.bjected to a reduction; however, this.reduction can be mitigated by s.bjecting the grains.to certain p.etreatments.before dehul.ing and p.l.s.ing. Thes. treatments.s.rve to enhance dehul.ing efficiency and nutrient diges.ibil.ty whil. s.mul.aneous.0} reducing the p.es.nce of anti-nutrients. Novel.thermal.and non-thermal.methodol.gies.s.ch as.microwave, hydrothermal. high-p.es.ure p.oces.ing, and ohmic heating can be emp.oyed for p.oces.ing mil.ets. thereby diminis.ing the l.s. of nutrients. Additional.res.arch can be carried out to inves.igate their imp.ct on the dehul.ing and p.l.s.ing of mil.ets.

p.arl.mil.et(p.nnis.tum gl.ucum)is.one of the major mil.ets.with high nutritional.*** crop.exhibits.excep.ional.res.l.ence to drought and high ***,the p.oces.ing of p.arl.mil.et p.s.s.a s.gnificant chal.enge due to its.high l.p.d content,enzyme activity,and p.es.nce of ***,it becomes.imp.rative to enhance the qual.ty and p.ol.ng the s.el. l.fe of p.arl.mil.et fl.ur by emp.oying s.itabl. *** treatment in the food indus.ry has.l.ng been s.en as.p.omis.ng due to its.p.tential.to reduce microbial.l.ad,inactivate enzymes.and imp.ove nutrient *** s.udy aims.to inves.igate the effects.of hydrothermal.treatment on the qual.ty characteris.ics.of p.arl.*** indep.ndent variabl.s.of the s.udy were s.aking temp.rature(35,45,55℃),s.aking time(2,3,4 h),and s.eaming time(5,10,15 min).Treatment conditions.had a s.atis.ical.y s.gnificant effect on nutrient *** antinutrients.l.ke tannins.and p.ytates.were reduced by 0.99% to 5.94% and 0.36% to 6.00%,res.0}ctivel.,after the *** activity decreas.d s.gnificantl. up.to 10% with the treatment *** findings.of this.s.udy coul. p.tential.y encourage the us. of p.arl.mil.et fl.ur in the p.oduction of various.food items.and p.omote the ap.l.cation of hydrothermal.treatment in the fiel. of food p.oces.ing.

Nd^(3+)-dop.d tel.urite gl.s.es.are p.omis.ng material. for thermometers.bas.d on the fl.ores.ence intens.ty ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)concentrations.energy trans.er(ET)p.oces.es.s.ch as.op.ical.reabs.rp.ion and cros.-rel.xation can affect the Nd^(3+)emis.ion,which has.been l.ttl. exp.ored in the ***,the p.es.nt work inves.igated the us. of Nd^(3+)-dop.d tel.urite gl.s.(s.mp.es.dop.d with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol.,0.5 mol.,2.0 mol.,and 4.0 mol.)in fl.ores.ence thermometers.in the temp.rature range from 299 to 371 *** res.l.s.indicate a s.rong dep.ndence of the FIR p.rameters.on the Nd^(3+)concentration,due to changes.in the emis.ion band p.ofil.s.caus.d by op.ical.reabs.rp.ion of the Nd^(3+)emis.ions.and cros.-rel.xation p.oces.es.A decreas. of the rel.tive s.ns.tivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is.obs.rved for s.mp.es.dop.d with higher amounts.of Nd^(3+).The maximum rel.tive s.ns.tivity at 299 K is.3.00%/K,which is.the highes. val.e among the rep.rted Nd^(3+)ions.

FTs.are the s.te for the final.maturation of gametes. fertil.zation, trans.1}rt of p.eimp.antation embryos. and earl. embryonic devel.p.ent before entering the uterus. Al. thes. functions.are critical.in the es.abl.s.ment of a s.cces.ful.p.egnancy. When the embryo is.in trans.t through the FT, the FT microenvironment changes.through endocrine, p.racrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mechanis.s.which invol.e various.hormones.and bioactive s.bs.ances.mainl. from the neighboring cel.s. Therefore, the interactions.between the embryo and the FT may be the earl.es. embryo-maternal.communications.that are es.ential.for the es.abl.s.ment of p.egnancy. This.review critical.y dis.us.es.the evidence of various.hormonal.and bioactive mediated control.of the microenvironment in the FTs.during the earl.es. embryo-maternal.communications.
