Video streaming applications have grown considerably in recent *** a result,this becomes one of the most significant contributors to global internet *** to recent studies,the telecommunications industry loses millions of dollars due to poor video Quality of Experience(QoE)for *** the standard proposals for standardizing the quality of video streaming over internet service providers(ISps)is the Mean Opinion Score(MOS).However,the accurate finding of QoE by MOS is subjective and laborious,and it varies depending on the user.A fully automated data analytics framework is required to reduce the inter-operator variability characteristic in QoE *** work addresses this concern by suggesting a novel hybrid XGBStackQoE analytical model using a two-level layering *** one combines multiple Machine Learning(ML)models via a layer one Hybrid *** ML models at level one are trained using the entire training data *** level two Hybrid XGBStackQoE-Model is fitted using the outputs(meta-features)of the layer one ML *** proposed model outperformed the conventional models,with an accuracy improvement of 4 to 5 percent,which is still higher than the current traditional *** proposed framework could significantly improve video QoE accuracy.

The most widely farmed fruit in the world is *** the production and quality of the mangoes are hampered by many *** diseases need to be effectively controlled and ***,a quick and accurate diagnosis of the disorders is *** convolutional neural networks,renowned for their independence in feature extraction,have established their value in numerous detection and classification ***,it requires large training datasets and several parameters that need careful *** proposed Modified Dense Convolutional Network(MDCN)provides a successful classification scheme for plant diseases affecting mango *** model employs the strength of pre-trained networks and modifies them for the particular context of mango leaf diseases by incorporating transfer learning *** data loader also builds mini-batches for training the models to reduce training ***,optimization approaches help increase the overall model’s efficiency and lower computing *** employed on the MangoLeafBD Dataset consists of a total of 4,000 *** the experimental results,the proposed system is compared with existing techniques and it is clear that the proposed algorithm surpasses the existing algorithms by achieving high performance and overall throughput.

kLnF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)/Ho^(3+)(Ln=Y,Yb,Gd)phosphors were prepared by solid-state reaction *** each of the Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)and Yb^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped phosphors independently,phase confirmation and morphological examination were accomplished using the X-ray diffraction technique and scanning electron microscope analysis.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis shows the charge state and existence of lanthanides and *** luminescence emissions of green and red colour were detected for the synthesized *** changes in the upconverted emission intensities and colour output pertaining to the change of the lanthanide host matrix along with dopants were investigated for the prepared *** the upconversion luminescence,erbium-doped samples exhibit a predominance of red emission while holmium-doped samples display a prevalence of green *** rare-earth Er/Ho doped kYbF4shows strong red emission compared to other ***_(4):Yb,Er/Ho exhibits relatively significant green upconve rsion emissions,while Yb,Er-doped kGdF_(4)host displays a 10-fold increase in green/red emission ratio with an increase in the input power of 20-780 *** photoluminescence studies and decay curve analysis were carried out using UV light excitation for the developed phosphors.A higher lifetime of 2.2 ms was measured for the downshifting red emission in the Ho doped kYbF_(4)*** study suggests a potential for colour tunability in the upconversion and downshifting emissions through host modifications to the fluoride phosphor.

The present research focuses on addressing the faster depletion of fossil fuels and environmental pollution in addition to the energy crisis that hinders the progress of a *** the current research,waste banana leaves were considered as substrates for biogas *** is taken as the primary fuel in dual fuel(DF)operations to maximize possible diesel *** performance and combustion assessment were executed in a low heat rejection(LHR)engine using 5%diethyl ether by volume blended with diesel(5DEE)as pilot *** combustion attributes of the engine reveal that the apex of net heat release rate(NHRR)curve retarded a bit as compared to apex of base *** peak cylinder pressure was noted to be 6.19 Mpa in the LHR engine running with 5DEE+biogas at 11.7°crank angle(CA)after top dead center(aTDC)compared to 5.23 Mpa for the diesel alone operation at the same *** apex point for NHRR was observed to be 54.51 J(°)^(−1)for 5DEE+biogas in LHR engine positioned at 3.2°*** brake thermal efficiency at full engine load operation decreased by 12.7%and 5.2%for biogas substitutions of 0.8 kg h^(−1)with diesel and 5DEE,respectively,compared to the base *** smoke opacity and nitric oxide emissions were reduced during the DF run accompanied by diethyl ether as a fuel additive.

Lithiumization of the vacuum vessel wall of the Aditya tokamak using a lithium rod exposed to glow discharge cleaning plasma has been done to understand its effect on plasma performance. After the Li-coating, an increment of ~100 eV in plasma electron temperature has been observed in most of the discharges compared to discharges without Li coating, and the shot reproducibility is considerably improved. Detailed studies of impurity behaviour and hydrogen recycling are made in the Li coated discharges by observing spectral lines of hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen in the visible region using optical fiber, an interference filter, and pMT based systems. A large reduction in O I signal （up to ~40% to 50%） and a 20% to 30% decrease of Ha signal indicate significant reduction of wall recycling. Furthermore, VUV emissions from O V and Fe XV monitored by a grazing incidence monochromator also show the reduction. Lower Fe XV emission indicates the declined impurity penetration to the core plasma in the Li coated discharges. Significant increase of the particle and energy confinement times and the reduction of Zeff of the plasma certainly indicate the improved plasma parameters in the Aditya tokamak after lithium wall conditioning.

Ag-In intermetallic alloys were produced by using vacuum arc furnace. Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometry(EDX) were used to determine the thermal properties and chemical composition of the phases respectively. Microhardness values of Ag-In intermetallics were calculated with Vickers hardness measurement method. According to the experimental results, Ag-34 wt%In intermetallic system generated the best results of energy saving and storage compared to other intermetallic systems. Also from the microhardness results, it was observed that intermetallic alloys were harder than pure silver and Ag-26 wt%In system had the highest microhardness value with 143.45 kg/mm^(2).

Immunostaining in lungs of patients who died with CovID-19 infection showed increased intensity and distribution of chondroitin sulfate and decline in N-acetylgalactostamine-4-sulfatase(Arylsulfatase B;ARSB).To explain these findings,human small airway epithelial cells were exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein receptor binding domain(SpRBD)and transcriptional mechanisms were ***-p38 MApk and phospho-SMAD3 increased following exposure to the SpRBD,and their inhibition suppressed the promoter activation of the carbohydrate sulfotransferases CHST15 and CHST11,which contributed to chondroitin sulfate *** in ARSB was mediated by phospho-38 MApk-induced N-terminal Rb phosphorylation and an associated increase in Rb-E2F1 binding and decline in E2F1 binding to the ARSB *** increases in chondroitin sulfotransferases were inhibited when treated with phospho-p38-MApk inhibitors,SMAD3(SIS3)inhibitors,as well as antihistamine desloratadine and antibiotic *** the mouse model of carrageenan-induced systemic inflammation,increases in phosphop38 MApk and expression of CHST15 and CHST11 and declines in DNA-E2F binding and ARSB expression occurred in the lung,similar to theobserved effects in this SpRBD model of COVID-19 *** accumulation of chondroitin sulfates is associated with fibrotic lung conditions and diffuse alveolar damage,increased attention to p38-MApk inhibition may be beneficial in amelioratingCovid-19infections.
