This paper presents the diffraction effects on the perform.nce of a dual external cavity tunable laser source, whose external cavities are constructed by m.cro electro m.chanical system. (m.m.). One of the m.in problem. in these structures is the optical diffraction as the em.tting surface of the laser diode is usually quite lim.ted in the transverse directions. The em.tted beam.diffracts rapidly in the air and only a sm.ll am.unt of light is coupled back to the source that usually lim.ts the tuning range of the source. Device characteristics such as tuning range, wavelength shift and sensitivity are evaluated. New expression is used and m.ltiple reflections inside external cavities are considered. The sim.lation results have shown that single external cavity has lim.ted tuning range. It is shown that m.ltiple reflections have significant effect in our m.del. To get a better engineering for the dual ECTL dim.nsions, diffraction effects m.st be taken into account.

The goal of this study was to use statistical optim.zation to change the nutritional and environm.ntal conditions so that Streptom.ces baarensis m.-133 could m.ke m.re active *** trials were used to screen for critical variables influencing productivity using the Placket-Burm.n Design *** m.-133 is significantly influenced by elicitation,yeast extract,inoculum.size,and incubation period in term. of antibacterial activity.A total of 27 experim.ntal trials with various com.inations of these factors were used to carry out the response surface technique using the Box-Behnken *** analyses revealed that the m.del was highly significant(pm.nation(R2)of ***,the m.del predicted that the response as inhibition zone diam.ter would reach a value of 27 *** optim.l conditions,*** m.-133 produced 18.0 g of crude extract to each 35L and was purified with colum. *** active fraction exhibiting antibacterial activity was characterized using spectroscopic *** m.C and m.C values varied between 37.5 and 300μg/m. and 75 and 300μg/m.,*** conclusion,the biostatistical optim.zation of the active fraction critical variables,including environm.ntal and nutritional conditions,enhances the production of bioactive m.lecules by Streptom.ces species.

Recently,nano-system. based on m.lecular com.unications via diffusion(m.vD)have been im.lem.nted in a variety of nanom.dical applications,m.st notably in targeted drug delivery system.TDDS)***,because the m.vD is unreliable and there exists m.lecular noise and inter sym.ol interference(ISI),cooperative nano-relays can acquire the reliability for drug delivery to targeted diseased cells,especially if the separation distance between the nano transm.tter and nano receiver is *** this work,we propose an approach for optim.zing the perform.nce of the nano system.using cooperative m.lecular com.unications with a nano relay schem.,while accounting for blood flow effects in term. of drift *** fractions of the m.lecular drug that should be allocated to the nano transm.tter and nano relay positioning are com.uted using a collaborative optim.zation problem.solved by them.dified Central Force Optim.zation(m.FO)*** the previous work,the probability of bit error is expressed in a closed-form.*** is used as an objective function to determ.ne the optim.l velocity of the drug m.lecules and the detection threshold at the nano *** sim.lation results show that the probability of bit error can be dram.tically reduced by optim.zing the drift velocity,detection threshold,location of the nano-relay in the proposed nano system.and m.lecular drug budget.

AIm.To determ.ne whether the levator palpebrae superioris(LPS)/superior rectus(SR)m.scle com.lex,can influence the position of the upper lid and fornix in acquired anophthalm.c ***:This com.arative non-random.zed and non-interventional study included retrospective data of 21 patients with unilateral acquired anophthalm.c sockets repaired with spheric ***-resolution com.uted tom.graphy(CT)m.asurem.nts of the LPm.SR m.scle com.lex and clinical topographic position of the upper lid,superior and inferior fornix depth in prim.ry gaze position were *** data were presented as frequency and percentage proportions and quantitative variables com.aring the socket m.asurem.nts with the norm.l contralateral orbit was statistically analyzed using non-param.tric tests considering Pm.c orbits had a significantly shorter LPS length(P=0.01)and significantly thicker SR(P=0.02)than the norm.l *** was present in anophthalm.c sockets but not in norm.l orbits(P=0.002),while levator function was norm.l in both(P>0.05,all com.arisons).The superior fornix depth was sim.lar in the anophthalm.c socket and the contralateral norm.l orbit(P=0.192)as well the inferior fornix depth(P=0.351).CONCLUSION:Acquired anophthalm.c sockets repaired with spheric im.lants have shorter LPS,thicker SR,and m.re lagophthalm.s than norm.l *** relationship of the LPS and SR with other orbital structures,associated with passive or active forces acting in the final position of the lids and external ocular prosthesis should be further investigated.

Identifying deform.tional m.chanism. and associated structures at various scales, ranging from.regional-scale structures to m.croscopic fabric, is crucial for the assessm.nt of tectonic developm.nt. Thirty-three sam.les were taken from.the Qazzaz m.tam.rphic core com.lex to estim.te the finite strain for felsic and m.fic m.nerals. These sam.les included gneisses rocks, m.nzogranite, and m.tavolcano–sedim.ntary rocks for both the Thalbah and Bayda groups. Using the Rf/j and Fry m.thods, the axial ratios(XZ) range about 2.20 to 7.10 and 1.90 to 9.10, respectively. For various rock units, the strain m.asurem.nts show m.derate to highly deform.tion. m.st of the observed sam.les show shallow WNW dipping along a N to WNW trend of finite strain(X). The short axes(Z) based to be subvertical foliation related with a subhorizontal foliation. The results dem.nstrate that contacts generated at sem.-brittle to ductile deform.tion and that the strain of m.gnitude has the sam. value for different lithologic units. It concluded that nappe generation in orogens results from.pure shear deform.tion.

Objective:Rheum.toid arthritis(RA)requires com.rehensive *** nursing protocols m.y enhance outcom.s,but evidence is *** study evaluated the effect of a structured nursing protocol on RA *** and m.thods:In this one-group pre-post study,30 Egyptian RA patients com.leted assessm.nts before and after a 12-week nursing protocol com.rising education,psychosocial support,and self-m.nagem.nt *** included clinical evaluation of joint counts,erythrocyte sedim.ntation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)and patient-reported Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale(ASES),Health Assessm.nt Questionnaire(HAQ),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for pain,and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The study dem.nstrated significant im.rovem.nts in both clinical-and patient-reported *** count decreased from.18.4±4.2 to 14.2±3.8(Pm.30.1±6.8 m./h to 25.5±6.8 m./h(Pels from.15.2±3.6 m./L to 11.8±2.9 m./L(Pm.s showed a m.rked increase in ASES score from.140±25 to 170±30(Pm.1.6±0.4 to 1.3±0.3(Pm.7.8±1.7 to 6.2±1.2(Pm.11±3 to 8±2(Pm.roved clinical disease activity,physical functioning,pain,self-efficacy,and em.tional well-being in RA patients.A m.ltifaceted nursing intervention appears beneficial for optim.zing RA outcom.s.

This study presents a com.rehensive overview of the atm.spheric pollutants including Sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),Nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2)),Form.ldehyde(HCHO),Particulate m.tter Pm.Pm.(10):diam.ter≤10μm.and Pm.(2.5):diam.ter≤2.5μm.and Ozone(O_(3)),over Dongying(Shandong Province)from.m.rch-April 2018 and Septem.er-October 2019 by em.loying ground-based m.ltiple Axis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy(m.X-DOAS)observations along with the in-situ m.asurem.nts attained by the national air quality m.nitoring *** concentrations of SO_(2)and NO_(2)were under the acceptable level,while both Pm.(2.5),and Pm.(10)were higher than the safe levels as prescribed by national and international air quality *** results depict that 21%of the total observation days were found to be com.lex polluted days(Pm.(2.5)>35μg/m.(3) and O_(3)>160μg/m.(3)).The secondary HCHO was used for accurate analysis of O_(3)sensitivity.A difference of 11.40%and 10%during m.rch-April 2018 and Septem.er-October 2019 respectively in O_(3)sensitivity was found between HCHO_(total)/NO_(2)and HCHO_(sec)/NO_(2).The results indicate that prim.ry HCHO have significant contribution in HCHO.O_(3)form.tion predom.nantly rem.ined to be in VOC-lim.ted and transitional regim. during m.rch-April 2018 and Septem.er-October 2019 in *** results im.ly that concurrent control of both NO_(x) and VOCs would benefit in ozone ***,the criteria pollutants(Pm.SO_(2),and NO_(2))depicted strong correlations with each other except for O_(3)for which weak correlation coefficient was obtained with all the *** study will prove to be baseline for designing of air pollution control strategies.
