Paleozoic rocks in the Wadi el Sahu area are affected by m.ny m.jor faults in different directions.A reverse fault trending NE-SW is exposed for about 300 m.of its length as it cuts through the Abu Ham.ta and Adedia form.tions on the south side of Wadi el Sahu.A secondary ascending hydrotherm.l solution carrying heavy m.tals and radioactive m.nerals passed through the fault plain and the surrounding fractures,form.ng m.neralized and radioactive *** m.neralized zone thickness ranges from.60 cm.to 200 cm.along the fault *** rocks were analyzed radiom.trically using a portable gam.a-ray spectrom.ter,chem.cally by em.loying ICP-ES and ICP-m.,as well as m.neralogically by both binocular and Environm.ntal Scanning electron *** content was also determ.ned by fire *** and U contents reached up to 2682 and 1216 ppm.*** investigations indicated the presence of uraninite,torbernite,autunite,sklodowskite,kasolite as uranium.m.nerals,thorite as a thorium.m.neral,m.nazite,allanite and xenotim. as REE-bearing m.nerals,zircon and colum.ite as accessory m.nerals,gold and nickel as precious and base m.tals,in addition to cassiterite,chalcopyrite,chalcocite and *** REE and U contents are attributed to the circulation of epigenetic U and REE-bearing hydrotherm.l solutions along the fault plain and its surrounding *** alteration processes could then be confirm.d by the presence of the m.type tetrad effect in the REE-patterns of the ferruginous *** non-chondritic ratio of Nb/Ta,Zr/Hf and Y/Ho in the studied sandstone m.y be attributed to the tetrad *** Ce and Eu anom.ly with unusual REE-patterns was represented by the presence of conjugated m.W tetrad effects,indicating either the dual effect of hydrotherm.l solutions or groundwater with *** results clarify that the tetrad-effects could be used as evidence for the environm.nt of deposition and as an indication for gold m.nerali

The goal of this study was to use statistical optim.zation to change the nutritional and environm.ntal conditions so that Streptom.ces baarensis m.-133 could m.ke m.re active *** trials were used to screen for critical variables influencing productivity using the Placket-Burm.n Design *** m.-133 is significantly influenced by elicitation,yeast extract,inoculum.size,and incubation period in term. of antibacterial activity.A total of 27 experim.ntal trials with various com.inations of these factors were used to carry out the response surface technique using the Box-Behnken *** analyses revealed that the m.del was highly significant(pm.nation(R2)of ***,the m.del predicted that the response as inhibition zone diam.ter would reach a value of 27 *** optim.l conditions,*** m.-133 produced 18.0 g of crude extract to each 35L and was purified with colum. *** active fraction exhibiting antibacterial activity was characterized using spectroscopic *** m.C and m.C values varied between 37.5 and 300μg/m. and 75 and 300μg/m.,*** conclusion,the biostatistical optim.zation of the active fraction critical variables,including environm.ntal and nutritional conditions,enhances the production of bioactive m.lecules by Streptom.ces species.

BACKGROUND Hepatitis C virus(HCV)is a disease with a significant global im.act,affecting approxim.tely 2%-2.5%of the world’s *** direct-acting antivirals(DAAs)have been introduced over the past few years with great success in viral *** association of chronic HCV infection with a wide spectrum.of cutaneous m.nifestations has been widely reported in the *** To assess the effect of treating HCV with DAAs on the extrahepatic cutaneous m.nifestations of *** This prospective observational study included 1039 HCV positive Egyptian patients who were eligible to receive DAAs.A total of 30 patients were diagnosed with extrahepatic cutaneous m.nifestations and fulfilled the inclusion criteria of the *** these patients,6 had classic lichen planus,8 were diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris and 16 had *** patients received DAAs from.October 2018 to July 2019 in the form.of a three-m.nth course of sofosbuvir/daclatasvir *** with lichen planus or psoriasis were derm.scopically evaluated before treatm.nt and 6 m. after treatm.nt,while patients with hepatic pruritus were assessed using the 12-Item.Pruritus Severity Scale over the sam. *** All patients with psoriasis showed significant im.rovem.nt in all psoriatic plaques,and all patients with hepatic pruritus scored 0 on the 12-Item.Pruritus Severity Scale indicating total im.rovem.nt of *** addition,four of six patients with lichen planus showed com.lete *** Treatm.nt of HCV with DAAs was significantly effective in im.roving virusrelated extrahepatic cutaneous m.nifestations.

Recently,nano-system. based on m.lecular com.unications via diffusion(m.vD)have been im.lem.nted in a variety of nanom.dical applications,m.st notably in targeted drug delivery system.TDDS)***,because the m.vD is unreliable and there exists m.lecular noise and inter sym.ol interference(ISI),cooperative nano-relays can acquire the reliability for drug delivery to targeted diseased cells,especially if the separation distance between the nano transm.tter and nano receiver is *** this work,we propose an approach for optim.zing the perform.nce of the nano system.using cooperative m.lecular com.unications with a nano relay schem.,while accounting for blood flow effects in term. of drift *** fractions of the m.lecular drug that should be allocated to the nano transm.tter and nano relay positioning are com.uted using a collaborative optim.zation problem.solved by them.dified Central Force Optim.zation(m.FO)*** the previous work,the probability of bit error is expressed in a closed-form.*** is used as an objective function to determ.ne the optim.l velocity of the drug m.lecules and the detection threshold at the nano *** sim.lation results show that the probability of bit error can be dram.tically reduced by optim.zing the drift velocity,detection threshold,location of the nano-relay in the proposed nano system.and m.lecular drug budget.
