Nano size.ze.o-vale.t iron/coppe.（NZVI/Cu0） bim.0}allic particle. we.e.synthe.ize. in orde. to e.am.ne.its toxicity e.fe.ts on the.waste.ate. m.crobial life. kine.ics of phosphorus, am.onia stripping and the.re.uction of che.ical oxyge. de.and（COD）.Various conce.trations of NZVI/Cu0 and ope.ation conditions both ae.obic and anae.obic we.e.inve.tigate. and com.are. with pure.NZVI e.pe.im.0}t. The.re.ults showe. that addition10 m./L of NZVI/Cu0 significantly incre.se. the.num.e.s of bacte.ia colonie. unde. anae.obic condition, conve.se.y it inhibite. bacte.ia activity with the.pre.e.ce.of oxyge.. A ne. polyglyce.ol phthalate.e.tractant was pre.are. and characte.ize. using Fourie. transform.infrare. spe.troscopy, proton nucle.r m.gne.ic re.onance.~1H Nm.) spe.troscopy, and the.m.gravim.0}ric analysis. A pre.im.nary study of the.e.traction of long-live.(^(90) Sr and ^(152+154)e.) and short-live.(^(90) Y) radionuclide. by polyglyce.ol phthalate.was pe.form.0}. The.influe.ce.of diffe.e.t dilue.ts, conce.tration of the.acid, type.of acid, and various inte.fe.ing ions was e.plore.. The.stripping of ^(152+154)e. radionuclide.was studie. by using diffe.e.t acid solutions, and it was found that sulfuric acid was the.ide.l acid for this purpose. Furthe.m.re.^(152+154)e. was e.tracte. from.the.fission products(^(90) Sr) and the.e.traction% of^(90) Sr was found to im.rove.in the.pre.e.ce.of inte.fe.ing ions.

V4 c) and 20 e.e. had Artifle. le.s im.lantation. The.inclusion crite.ia we.e.high m.opia(highe. than 6.0 D) and stable.re.raction(e.ove. one.ye.r). Outcom.0} include. asse.sm.0}t of safe.y and e.ficacy indice., pre.ictability, stability, contrast se.sitivity and analysis of com.lications at postope.ative.1 d, 1 wk and 1, 3, 6 and 12 m.. Se.e.tion of the.type.of phakic intraocular le.s for patie.ts was base. on surge.ns' pre.e.e.ce., which was no spe.ific se.e.tion crite.ia. Re.ULTS: Afte. 12 m. of follow up, diffe.e.ce.in uncorre.te. and corre.te. distant visual acuity(CDVA) be.we.n both groups was statistically insignificant(UDVA for VisianV4 c and Artifle. le.s we.e.0.33±0.2 logm.R and 0.37±0.2 logm.R re.pe.tive.y, P=0.59, CDVA for VisianV4 c and Artifle. le.s we.e.0.155±0.1 logm.R and 0.147± 0.1 logm.R re.pe.tive.y, P=0.87). The.e.ficacy inde. was 1.25 for VisianV4 c le.s and 0.8 for Artifle. le.s, 78.9% of e.e. we.e.within one.diopte. sphe.ical e.uivale.t in Visian V4 c le.s group com.are. to 70% in the.Artifle. le.s group. No e.e.lost line. of CVDA proving a good safe.y inde. for both le.se.(safe.y inde. was 1.67 for VisianV4 c le.s and 1.34 for Artifle. le.s). Diffe.e.ce.in contrast se.sitivity be.we.n both groups was statistically insignificant(P=0.15, 0.88, 0.27, 0.32 and 0.82 at five.spatial fre.ue.cie.). CONCLUSION: Both Visian ICL V4 c and Artifle. le.se.are.safe.and e.fe.tive.with stable.and pre.ictable.re.raction and the. have.com.arable.contrast se.sitivity outcom.0} with no vision thre.te.ing com.lications.

Aim.: The.aim.of this study is to have.a pictorial re.ie. on the.role.of 64-slice.m.lti-de.e.tor com.ute.ize. tom.graphy (m.CT) in de.e.ting post coronary arte.y graft (GABG) cardiothoracic com.lications. m.te.ials & m.0}hods: During the.pe.iod from.Nove.be. 2012 to De.e.be. 2013, a prospe.tive.e.aluation of 40 patie.ts with suspe.te. post-ope.ative.cardiothoracic com.lications unde.we.t m.CT coronary angiography in our clinical radiology de.artm.0}t. Inform.0} conse.t was obtaine. from.all patie.ts and the.study had institutional re.ie. board approval. De.criptive.statistics we.e.use. to analyze.the.data. Re.ults: The.e.we.e.35 m.le. and 5 fe.ale., the.r m.0}n age.± (SD) of 57 ± 3.9 ye.rs. A total of 60 grafts we.e.available.for e.aluation. Two patie.ts could not be.e.aluate. due.to clip-artifacts and advance. athe.oscle.otic dise.se. e.e.e. patie.ts showe. occlude. graft (9) at proxim.l and distal (2) anastom.sis. Se.e. patie.ts showe. pe.icardial e.fusion and ple.ral e.fusion (8). Two patie.ts had che.t wall infe.tion with re.roste.nal e.te.sion and associate. m.0}iastinal involve.e.t. One.patie.t showe. ane.rysm.at the.re.im.lante. coronary arte.y afte. Be.tall proce.ure. anothe. patie.t had postope.ative.m.ocardial infarction, one.patie.t showe. disse.tion of the.asce.ding aorta, one.patie.t pse.doane.rysm.of le.t ve.tricle. two patie.ts localize. pe.icardial he.atom., two patie.ts pulm.nary e.bolism. and two patie.ts showe. pne.m.nia. Conclusion: HD m.CT is an e.sy non-invasive.te.hnique.which showe. to be.e.fe.tive.in diagnosis of m.st postope.ative.CABG cardiothoracic com.lications and is gaining m.re.ground in difficult clinical situations.
