Secure Inverted Index Based Search over Encrypted Cloud Data with User Access Rights m.nagem.nt

Cloud com.uting is a technology that provides users with a large storage space and an enorm.us com.uting ***,the outsourced data are often sensitive and confidential,and hence m.st be encrypted before being ***,classical search approaches have becom. obsolete and new approaches that are com.atible with encrypted data have becom. a *** privacy reasons,m.st of these approaches are based on the vector m.del which is a tim. consum.ng process since the entire index m.st be loaded and exploited during the search process given that the query vector m.st be com.ared with each docum.nt *** solve this problem.we propose a new m.thod for constructing a secure inverted index using two key techniques,hom.m.rphic encryption and the dum.y docum.nts ***,1)hom.m.rphic encryption generates very large ciphertexts which are thousands of tim.s larger than their corresponding plaintexts,and 2)the dum.y docum.nts technique that enhances the index security produces lots of false positives in the search *** proposed approach exploits the advantages of these two techniques by proposing two m.thods called the com.ressed table of encrypted scores and the double score ***,we exploit a second secure inverted index in order to m.nage the users'access rights to the ***,in order to validate our approach,we perform.d an experim.ntal study using a data collection of one m.llion *** experim.nts show that our approach is m.ny tim.s faster than any other approach based on the vector m.del.

Biochem.cal studies on m.lathion resistance, inheritance and association of carboxylesterase activity in brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens com.lex in Peninsular m.laysia

Two sym.atric populations of brown planthopper （BPH）, one from.rice and the other from.Leersia hexandra were collected from.each of five locations in m.laysia. All the tested m.lathion-resistant individuals of the rice BPH population and F1 generation （cross between m.lathion-resistant [usually caught on rice] and m.lathion- susceptible [usually caught on Leersia]） showed high esterase activity, while all m.lathion- susceptible individuals on L. hexandra showed low esterase activity. In the F2 generation, all the individuals tested against m.lathion were approxim.tely 75% resistant and 25% susceptible and the inheritance pattern of esterase activity （high and low esterase activity） segregated in the sam. m.nner to a 3：1 ratio. This confirm. that resistance to m.lathion is m.no-factorial and inheritance pattern ofesterase activity is also linked to m.lathion resistance. Carboxylesterase or total esterase activity in BPH is inherited in a sim.le m.ndelian fashion that is encoded by a single dom.nant gene. For the total esterase assay, average esterase activity levels in the rice-infesting population ranged from.17.64 to 19.37 nm.les 1-napthol/m. protein while that in the Leersia-infesting population ranged from.5.29 to 6.11 nm.les 1-napthol/m. protein. In term. of esterase activity, the two sym.atric Nilaparvata lugens populations separated into two distinct groups. Results based on the tube color intensity test showed 96% and 98% resistant and susceptible individuals were present in the rice- and Leersia-infesting populations, respectively. In a filter paper test, the rice-infesting population had 94% with high esterase activity while the Leersia-infesting population had 96% with low esterase activity.

Phase m.dification and dielectric properties of a cullet–paper ash–kaolin clay-based ceram.c

Novel ceram.cs from.waste m.terial m.de of(x) paper ash–(80-x) cullet–20 kaolin clay(10 wt% ≤ x ≤ 30 wt%) were successfully synthesized using a conventional solid-state reaction technique. Energy-dispersive X-ray analysis confirm.d the presence of Si, Ca, Al, and Fe in the waste m.terial for preparing these ceram.cs. The influence of the cullet content on the phase structures and the dielectric properties of these ceram.cs were system.tically investigated. The im.edance spectra were verified in the range from.1 Hz to 10 m.z at room.tem.erature. The phase of the ceram.cs was found to prim.rily consist of wollastonite(CaSiO_3), along with m.nor phases of γ-dicalcium.silicate(Ca_2SiO_4) and quartz(SiO_2). The sam.le with a cullet content of 55 wt% possessed the optim.m.wollastonite structure and exhibited good dielectric properties. An increase of the cullet content beyond 55 wt% resulted in a structural change from.wollastonite to dicalcium.silicate, a decrease in dielectric constant, and an increase in dielectric loss. All experim.ntal results suggested that these novel ceram.cs from.waste are applicable for electronic devices.

Background: Innate im.une responses induced by in vitro stim.lation of prim.ry m.m.ary epithelial cells(m.C) using Gram.negative lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and Gram.positive lipoteichoic acid(LTA) bacterial cell wall com.onents are well-characterized in bovine species. The objective of the current study was to characterize the downstream.regulation of the inflam.atory response induced by Toll-like receptors in prim.ry goat m.C(pgm.C). We perform.d quantitative real-tim. RT-PCR(qPCR) to m.asure m.NA levels of 9 genes involved in transcriptional regulation or antibacterial activity: Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2), Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4), prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2(PTGS2), interferon induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 3(IFIT3), interferon regulatory factor 3(IRF3), m.eloid differentiation prim.ry response 88(m.D88), nuclear factor of kappa light polypeptide gene enhancer in B-cells 1(NFKB1), Toll interacting protein(TOLLIP), and lactoferrin(LTF). Furtherm.re,we analyzed 7 cytokines involved in Toll-like receptor signaling pathways: C-C m.tif chem.kine ligand 2(CCL2), C-C m.tif chem.kine ligand 5(CCL5), C-X-C m.tif chem.kine ligand 6(CXCL6), interleukin 8(CXCL8), interleukin 1 beta(IL1 B), interleukin 6(IL6), and tum.r necrosis factor alpha(TNF).Results: Stim.lation of pgm.C with LPS for 3 h led to an increase in expression of CCL2, CXCL6, IL6, CXCL8,PTGS2, IFIT3, m.D88, NFKB1, and TLR4(P m. genes had greater expression than controls at 6 h post-LPS(P m.ared to controls, stim.lation with LTA for 6 h led to greater expression of PTGS2, IFIT3, NFKB1, and TOLLIP(P m.ared to controls a greater expression(P < 0.05) of CCL2, CCL5, CXCL6, CXCL8, IL6, PTGS2, IFIT3, IR

Effect of CuO Addition on the Sintering Behavior and Electrical Conductivity of 3Y-TZP

Yttria stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystals （3Y-TZP） doped with CuO was prepared, to get two com.ositions, 0.3 and 1 m.le fraction CuO, respectively. The dilatom.tric study of the sam.les showed sintering to be im.roved for the sam.les doped with 0.3 m.le fraction CuO, and to be deteriorated for the sam.les doped with 1 m.le fraction CuO. The 1 m.le fraction CuO doped 3Y-TZP showed higher tetragonal/m.noclinic phase transform.tion which was accom.anied by grain growth. The electrical conductivity decreased with the addition of CuO.
