The present note consists, the effects of thermal diffusion and chemical reaction on MHD flow of dusty viscous incom-pressible, electrically conducting fluid between two vertical heated, porous, parallel plates with heat source/sink. The plate temperature is raised linearly with time and concentration level near the plate to Cw. The variable temperature and uniform mass diffusion taking into account the chemical reaction of first order. The series solution method is used to solve the mathematical equations. Effects of various parameters like chemical reaction (K), thermal diffusion (ST) and magnetic field (M) etc. on velocity profile, skin friction, concentration profile and temperature field are displayed graphically and discussed numerically for different physical parameters. The analysis developed here for thermal diffusion, bears good agreement with real life problems.

Application of Distributed Generation (DG) to supply the demands of a diverse customer base plays a vital role in the renewable energy environment. Various DG technologies are being integrated into power systems to provide alterna-tives to energy sources and to improve reliability of the system. power Evacuation from these remotely located DG’s remains a major concern for the power utilities these days. The main cause of concern regarding evacuation is con-sumption of reactive power for excitation by Induction Generators (IG) used in wind power production which affects the power system in variety of ways. This paper deals with the issues related to reactive power consumption by Induc-tion generators during power evacuation. Induction generator based wind turbine model using MATLAB/SIMULINK is simulated and its impact on the grid is observed. The simulated results are analyzed and validated with the real time results for the system considered. A wind farm is also modeled and simulations are carried out to study the various im-pacts it has on the grid &nearby wind turbines during Islanding and system event especially on 3-phase to ground fault.

促黄体激素/人绒毛膜促性腺激素受体(LH/hCG receptor)N端膜外微区341个氨基酸残基(简称R341)与激素有很高的亲和力。本文报道编码R341的cDNA在昆虫细胞中的表达及其产物性质的初步研究。SDS-pAGE银染和免疫印迹结果显示,表达产物呈两条带:分子量为38.5Kd的主带和分子量为40.0Kd的次带。配基结合免疫印迹和^(125)IhCG结合印迹分析表明,表达产物R341具有与配基专一性结合的生物活力。竞争性配基结合曲线和Scatchard分析结果显示,重组受体R341和配基hCG有较高的亲和力,与hCG反应的Kd为5.68×10^(-10)mol/L。

An 8 years old Murrah buffalo in its 5^(th) party was presented with the history of 9 month of gestation and sudden bilateral abdominal distension since last 25 *** was 7 anorectic with pale mucus membrane and had staggering *** vaginum examination revealed closed cervix with intact cervical *** transrectal palpation only the fluid in the uterus could be *** on history and clinical examination findings,it was diagnosed as *** was induced using cloprostenol and *** this an intracervical injection of closprostenol was also given on 6 o’clock and 12 o’clock position(250μg each)of external os to hasten the cervical dilation.A dead bulldog calf was removed with manual traction after 26 hours of initial *** was concluded that the cloprostenol and dexamethasone are effective for the induction of parturition in animals suffering from hydroallantois provided fluid from the allantoic sac is removed slowly.

Compartmentation of enzymes via filamentation has arisen as a mechanism for the regulation of *** 2010,three groups independently reported that CTp synthase(CTpS)can assemble into a filamentous structure termed the *** searching for CTpS-interacting proteins,here we perform a yeast two-hybrid screening of Drosophila proteins and identify a putative CTpS-interacting protein,△~1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthase(p5CS).Using the Drosophila follicle cell as the in vivo model,we confirm that p5CS forms cytoophidia,which are associated with CTpS *** of p5CS increases the length of CTpS ***,filamentation of CTpS affects the morphology of p5CS cytoophid ***,in vitro analyses confirm the filament-fo rming property of *** work links CTpS with p5CS,two enzymes involved in the rate-limiting steps in pyrimidine and proline biosynthesis,respectively.

Glycerol is the main byproduct from the production of biodiesel by transesterification of vegetable oils, and approximately 10% of total biodiesel production volume corresponds to glycerol. The profitability of various chemical processes depends, in part, on the sale of byproducts, which enables a reduction in the production costs and consequently, in the product’s final price. Thus, it is necessary to look for alternatives to solve the problem of glycerol buildup, in order to avoid future environmental impacts and make biodiesel competitive in the growing market of biofuels. In this context, this study’s objective is the development of a low cost and environmental clean technology that allows the conversion of glycerin into a greater value product. In this paper, an economic evaluation of production hydrogen using Aqueous phase Reforming (ApR) was conducted. Firstly, we detailed the technical assumptions in the study. Reactions were performed in batch reformer of 10 liters of capacity, at the temperature of 250℃ and pressure of 38 atm. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was performed. The results from economic evaluation show that ApR of glycerol, using nickel catalysts supported on alumina or zirconium oxide, is a promising and competitive technology for hydrogen production.

Background and objective previous studies have demonstrated the anti-cancer effects of propolis. However, its use is limited because of its poor bioavailability. In the present study, the major objective was to improve propolis bioavailability using a nanosuspension formulation. The cytotoxic effect of propolis nanosuspension (pRO-NS) on the Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) in female Swiss albino mice was investigated in comparison to the free propolis. Materials and methods A propolis-loaded nanosuspension was formulated by applying solvent-antisolvent nano-precipitation technique. The prepared pRO-NS was characterized for average particle size, polydispersity index (pDI) and zeta potential. Also, the morphology of the nanosuspension particles was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Moreover, pRO-NS cytotoxicity was tested using EAC bearing mice. The anticancer activity of pro-NS was assessed by studying tumor volume, life span, viable and non-viable cell count, antioxidant, biochemical estimations and proliferation of EAC cells. Results The results revealed that propolis nanoparticles were relatively spherical in shape with rough surface. The tumor bearing mice treated with pRO-NS showed increased life span and inhibited tumor growth and the proliferation of EAC cells in comparison to the free propolis (p Conclusions Our results indicate that pRO-NS has a strong inhibitory activity against growth of tumors in comparison to free propolis. The anti-tumor mechanism may be mediated by preventing oxidative damage, immune-stimulation and induction of apoptosis.
