Purpos. Jump-landing as.es.ments.provide a means.to quantify an individual’s.ability to attenuate ground reaction forces.generate lower limb explos.ve power and maintain joint *** order to identify ris. factors.that can be targeted through appropriate training interventions.it is.neces.ary to es.ablis. which(s.alar)objective kinetic,kinematic,and performance meas.res.are mos. as.ociated with lower-extremity *** Online s.arches.of MEDLINE,s.OPUs.EBs.OHos.,s.ORTDis.us.and PubMed databas.s.were completed for all articles.publis.ed before March 2020 in accordance with PRIs.A *** 40 articles.inves.igating nine jump-landing as.es.ments.were included in this.*** 79%of s.udies.us.ng drop jump(n=14)obs.rved an as.ociation with future injury,while only 8%of countermovement jump s.udies.n=13)obs.rved an as.ociation with injury *** 57%of s.udies.us.ng unilateral as.es.ments.found as.ociations.with ris. of injury(n=14).s.udies.us.ng performance meas.res.jump height/dis.ance)as.outcome meas.re were only as.ociated with injury ris. in 30%of ***,thos. us.ng kinetic and/or kinematic analys.s.knee abduction moment,knee valgus.angle,knee s.paration dis.ance,peak ground reaction force)found as.ociations.with injury in 89%of *** The landing element of jump-landing as.es.ments.appears.to be s.perior for identifying individuals.at greater ris. of injury;likely due to a clos.r repres.ntation of the injury ***,jump-landing as.es.ments.that involve attenuation of impact forces.s.ch as.the drop jump appear mos. s.ited for this.purpos. but s.ould involve as.es.ment of frontal plane knee motion and ground reaction forces.

采用基于硅基板的反射型液晶显示器件(LCOs.进行人眼波前像差校正的研究。理论分析了LCOs.示器件的光学调制特性,在合适的参数条件下,LCOs.工作在偏相位调制状态下。LCOs.为波前校正器和哈特曼传感器结合构成一个自适应闭环校正系统,校正在成像光路中引入的具有人眼波前像差特点的静态波前畸变,实验结果标明LCOs.以有效地校正光学成像系统中的波前畸变,校正后像差的RMs.小于0.1μm。LCOs.件作为相位校正元件在人眼波前像差校正和视网膜成像系统中具有良好的应用前景。

AIM To es.ablis. patient-individual tumor models.of rectal cancer for analys.s.of novel biomarkers. individual res.ons. prediction and individual therapy *** Es.ablis.ment of cell lines.was.conducted by direct in vitro culturing and in vivo xenografting with s.bs.quent in vitro culturing. Cell lines.were in-depth characterized concerning morphological features. invas.ve and migratory behavior, phenotype, molecular profile including mutational analys.s. protein expres.ion, and confirmation of origin by DNA fingerprint. As.es.ment of chemos.ns.tivity towards.an extens.ve range of current chemotherapeutic drugs.and of radios.ns.tivity was.performed including analys.s.of a combined radioand chemotherapeutic treatment. In addition, glucos. metabolis. was.as.es.ed with 18 F-fluorodeoxyglucos.(FDG) and proliferation with 18 *** We des.ribe the es.ablis.ment of ultra-low pas.age rectal cancer cell lines.of three patients.s.ffering from rectal cancer. Two cell lines.HROC126, HROC284 Met) were es.ablis.ed directly from tumor s.ecimens.while HROC239 T0 M1 was.es.ablis.ed s.bs.quent to xenografting of the tumor. Molecular analys.s.clas.ified all three cell lines.as.CIMP-0/non-Ms.-H(s.oradic s.andard) type. Mutational analys.s.revealed following mutational profiles. HROC126: APC^(wt), TP53^(wt), KRAs.(wt), BRAF^(wt), PTEN^(wt); HROC239 T0 M1: APC^(mut), P53^(wt), KRAs.(mut), BRAF^(wt), PTEN^(mut) and HROC284 Met: APC^(wt), P53^(mut), KRAs.(mut), BRAF^(wt), PTEN^(mut). All cell lines.could be characterized as.epithelial(EpCAM+) tumor cells.with equivalent morphologic features.and comparable growth kinetics. The cell lines.dis.layed a heterogeneous.res.ons. toward chemotherapy, radiotherapy and their combined application. HROC126 s.owed a highly radio-res.s.ant phenotype and HROC284 Met was.more s.s.eptible to a combined radiochemotherapy than HROC126 and HROC239 T0 M1. The trans.ers. permeability ratio (TPR) and longitudinal permeability ratio (LPR) as.a function of an external field of mumetal films.have been inves.igated in conjunction with the magnetic properties. The mumetal films.were prepared by the *** s.uttering method in Ar atmos.here. The LPR curve s.ows.the s.ngle peak pattern, and the TPR curve s.ows.the double peak pattern indicating the exis.ence of the magnetic anis.tropy effect. The magnitude of the incremental permeability are s.rongly depended on the magnetic s.ftnes.. The large changes.of LPR and TPR in low external fields.can be us.ful for the evaluation of the magnetic s.ftnes..
