Background: Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FLHC) is.a unique entity compared to conventional hepatocellular carcinoma. The aim of this.s.udy was.to examine pos.-res.ction outcomes.and prognos.ic indicators.for s.rvival in this.group of FLHC patients. Methods. A retros.ective analys.s.of the National Cancer Databas. (NCDB) for patients.with FLHC who underwent res.ction from 2004 to 2014 was.performed. Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazard models.were us.d to identify factors.as.ociated with overall s.rvival, and a prognos.ic nomogram was.generated. Res.lts. There were 197 patients.identified, 171 (86.8%) of whom had long-term follow-up data. Univariate and multivariate analys.s.were performed us.ng patient and tumor demographics.with the outcome variable of overall s.rvival. On multivariate analys.s. age [hazard ratio (HR) 1.03, P=0.003], vas.ular invas.on (HR 1.75, P=0.05), tumor s.ze >7 cm (HR 2.18, P=0.044), multifocal dis.as. (HR 3.34, P=0.002), and node pos.tive (pN+) dis.as. (HR 2.75, P=0.003) were all negative predictors.of overall s.rvival. A prognos.ic nomogram was.generated us.ng thes. factors.with a c-s.atis.ic s.perior to that of American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) s.aging (0.710 vs. 0.654). Conclus.ons. Independent predictors.of decreas.d overall s.rvival in patients.with FLHC include age, vas.ular invas.on, tumor s.ze >7 cm, multifocal dis.as., and pN+ dis.as.. This.is.the firs. s.udy to develop a nomogram exclus.vely for FLHC that may predict s.rvival in future s.udies.

猪肉卷章(肉卷)是我国岭南地区著名的传统美食,以猪后腿肉和腐皮为主要原料,制卷并经油炸制作而成。目前,猪肉卷章面临高饱和脂肪、高盐及热加工中伴随危害物产生等问题,具有引发心血管疾病、肥胖、糖尿病等风险。因此,低盐、低脂和营养健康是猪肉卷章的研究方向。本文围绕岭南特色卷章的研究现状及发展趋势进行综述,指出岭南特色卷章的加工方法及其潜在的食品安全风险,提出Pickering乳液替代脂肪、减盐策略及危害物预防控制的解决方案,并对其后续脂肪替代、营养健康和市场前景等方面进行展望,旨在为营养健康的新型卷章在食品工业中的应用提供理论依据。
