贸易是推动当今世界发展的重要引擎,其快速发展也带来了新的贸易形式层出不穷,比如电子贸易。电子商务使世界变得越来越小,同时使商业发展越来越高速和便捷。这也就是电子贸易,尤其是国际电子贸易得以发展至关重要的原因。现如今,国际电子商务市场还处于初始阶段,但其每年增长速度确是惊人的。然而,其发展还未跨越整个世界,具体表现在发达国家电子商务市场远比发展中国家成熟。目前发达国家中最大的电子商务市场是美国,依次为日本,英国,而在发展中国家最大且最具发展潜力的市场是中国和俄罗斯。本研究针对的是两大最具潜力国家——俄罗斯和中国之间的电子贸易,主要的研究目的是确定中国对俄B2c电子商务市场发展中最为重要的影响因素,并找出克服主要壁垒,促进后续发展的战略对策。本论文第1章分析了之前关于电子商务的论文,并发现很多论文是关于电子贸易发展及成功原因分析。同时,学者找出了参与电子贸易的顾客和公司双方所拥有的优势和劣势。顾客的优势包括,多种可选择商品,更低的价格,更节约时间;对于公司而言,电子贸易是一种快速且低价的商业扩展手段,削减了诸如租金的固定成本,并避免为面向世界各地顾客而以实体形式出现在当地。然而,这之中还是有一些局限性阻碍了国际电子商务的发展,对公司而言,这意味着更为激烈价格竞争,这也就会阻止很对小商家进入市场;对顾客而言,他们在购买前失去了检验产品质量的机会。本文第2章对俄罗斯电子商务市场和中俄电子商务市场发展进行了数据分析,以便后文确认影响市场发展的不同因素。俄罗斯电子贸易市场始于21世纪,具有发展起步晚,速度慢的特点,俄罗斯跨境电子贸易发展更为缓慢。然而,在诸多发展中国家,俄罗斯确是具有较快发展速度的国家之一,其年均增长率达到了28%。在电子贸易中,实体商品较易占据了市场份额的67%;最受欢迎的产品是电子商品,服装和运动鞋。影响俄罗斯电子贸易发展的主要因素是搜索引擎、社交网络、信用问题、国内支付系统、货物配送系统、语言障碍、市场营销和销售渠道、缺乏合格的人力资源、法律问题。虽然如此,俄罗斯电子贸易市场仍具有巨大发展潜力。中国对俄罗斯电子商务市场才刚刚起步,对于俄罗斯顾客而言,最具有吸引力的产品是服装,运动鞋,电子产品和家居用品。最吸引俄罗斯顾客的还是中国产品的低价、不强推品牌和高质量。这之中,最大的市场赢家就是阿里巴巴旗下的***,此外还有很多中介公司向俄罗斯顾客提供从淘宝网购物的服务。影响中俄电子商务市场发展中最为重要的影响因素是语言障碍,货物配送和支付系统,通关流程和信用问题。通过对统计数据的全面分析,本文建立了影响中俄电子商务市场发展因素的崭新模型。该模型包含了七组影响因素,分别为社会因素(年龄,教育,收入),文化因素(文化差异,语言障碍),基础设施因素(搜索引擎,市场营销工具,支付系统,货物配送系统,网络覆盖),法律因素(政府管制,通关流程),个人因素(信用问题,经验),地缘政治因素(政府签署协议,政治状况),经济因素(国家经济发展状况)。为了研究各因素重要性及其对电子贸易市场的具体影响,本文采用了定性与定量分析相结合的方法,并进行了两次调查(分别针对俄罗斯顾客和中国销售者)。所得数据经过收集整理后导入spss16.0数据分析软件,为了对其展开分析,本文采取了均值分析、因素分析、相关性分析和线性回归分析方法。均值分析是为了度量数据的中心值分布倾向,它有助于我们明确样本的平均分布情况。根据均值分析结果,对于顾客而言,最为重要的因素,分别是货物配送系统,顾客个人经验,其他买家评分。与之相对的是,国家政治因素和经济状况对消费者影响最弱。从销售者角度出发,所有因素对于电子贸易市场发展的重要性几乎相同。因素分析有助于明确数据结构,确定最重要的影响因素,并定义因素与变量之间关系。本文采用因素分析(主成分分析)主要是为了识别影响中国对俄罗斯b2c电子商务市场发展组委重要的影响因素。分析结果表明对于顾客而言,最为重要的影响因素是语言障碍,俄罗斯搜索引擎上该产品信息可得性,卖家声誉和文化差异;对中国销售者而言,最重要的影响因素包括两点,语言障碍和搜索引擎。接着,为了研究哪一个因素对俄罗斯顾客作出从中国网购的决策影响最大,本文采用了相关性分析。在研究中,本门采用了斯皮尔逊和肯达尔相关分析法,因为这两种方法可以用于对任意分布分参数定量数据进行分析。这两种相关性检验方法都证明了与因变量(俄罗斯顾客是否作出从中国网购的决策)相关性最高的因素是搜索引擎和语言障碍。此外,本文采用线性回归分析来定义各因素对因变量的影响,线性回归结果表明只有语言障碍对购买决策构成显著影响。经过以上研究,本文得出以下结论。对于中国对俄罗斯电子商务市场参与双方而言,影响其发展最为重要的因素是语言障碍,其原因在于俄罗斯顾客对于外语掌握熟练度偏低,而网上购物的缺点之一就

采用双螺杆挤压机,以高直链玉米淀粉、大豆分离蛋白、谷朊粉为原料,应用高湿挤压技术制备大豆蛋白-淀粉素肉。探讨淀粉添加量(1%~5%)和喂料速度(10~50 g/min)、螺杆转速(60~180 r/min)、挤压温度(100~180℃)等操作参数对素肉的持水性和持油性的影响规律,并通过响应面优化得到最优参数。结果表明,淀粉添加量和操作参数对素肉的持水性和持油性有较大的影响,当淀粉添加量3%,喂料速度30 g/min,螺杆转速120 r/min,挤压温度140℃时,素肉持水性和持油性最优,分别为1.454 g/g和0.738 g/g。在最优条件下的素肉具有紧密的纤维组织状结构,硬度适宜,弹性和内聚性较好。

Thermal Resistance of Graphite Plastics Based on Aromatic Polyamide

The paper presents the results of studying graphite plastics based on heat-resistant polyamide by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), as well as the determination of mechanisms and kinetic parameters by the Koats-Redfern method. Based on the results of the thermal analysis, the mechanisms and kinetic parameters of the thermal destruction process were determined, namely: graphite injection increases the heat resistance of graphite plastics by 2 (graphite content 10% by weight) - 22% (graphite content 50% by weight) and reduces the activation energy of the process thermal destruction almost 2 times. This makes it possible to improve the technological parameters for the production of polymeric composite materials, which are limited by a narrow interval between the flow temperatures and the thermal destruction of phenylone c-2.

Introduction: Maternal mortality, which is estimated at 614 deaths per 100,000 births in côte d’Ivoire, is associated with a low national contraceptive prevalence rate of 13.9%. In this study, we are interested in the contraceptive experiences of women who attend health centers to estimate their rate of contraceptive use and to assess the factors involved in the use of modern contraceptive methods among women of childbearing age who are exposed to the risk of pregnancy. Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted from December 2018 to September 2019 among 423 women, who attended two health centers in Abidjan. A bivariate analysis identified factors associated with contraceptive use by these women. A descriptive analysis determined the means for the quantitative variables and the frequencies and percentages of qualitative variables. Interpretation of results was based on significance (α = 5%, 95% cI). Results: contraceptive prevalence was 37%. There was a significant relationship between contraceptive use and the socio-demographic and reproductive characteristics of women (p conclusion: Women who were over 35 years age, uneducated, primary school graduates, housewives, unemployed, in the informal sector, Muslims, nulliparous, and lacking information and decision-making power were less likely to use modern contraceptive methods. They are the target population for strategic interventions to improve contraceptive prevalence.

DNA double-strand breaks(DSBs)are involved in many cellular mechanisms,including replication,transcription,and genome *** recent observation that hot spots of DSBs in human chromosomes delimit DNA domains that possess coordinately expressed genes suggests a strong relationship between the organization of transcription patterns and hot spots of *** this study,we performed mapping of hot spots of DSBs in a human 43-kb ribosomal DNA(rDNA)repeated *** observed that rDNA units corresponded to the most fragile sites in human chromosomes and that these units possessed at least nine specific regions containing clusters of extremely frequently occurring DSBs,which were located exclusively in non-coding intergenic spacer(IGS)*** hot spots of DSBs corresponded to only a specific subset of DNase-hypersensitive sites,and coincided with cTcF,PARP1,and HNRNPA2B1 binding sites,and H3K4me3 *** rDNA-4c data indicate that the regions of IGS containing the hot spots of DSBs often form contacts with specific regions in different chromosomes,including the pericentromeric regions,as well as regions that are characterized by H3K27ac and H3K4me3 marks,cTcF binding sites,chIA-PET and RIP signals,and high levels of *** data suggest a strong link between chromosome breakage and several different mechanisms of epigenetic regulation of gene expression.

Phylogeny of Brucella abortus strains isolated in the Russian Federation

Objective: To study Brucella(B.) abortus strains isolated in the Russian Federation, in order to identify their detailed position in the phylogenetic structure of the species global population as well as to determine genetic relationships for isolates from different geographical ***: Based on Bayesian method, the whole genome singlenucleotide polymorphism(SNP) analysis of 258 B. abortus strains from different geographical areas of the world including 20 B. abortus strains isolated in Russia was carried out. Results: The core genome SNP analysis of the B. abortus isolates allowed describing the main genetic lineages. The Russian strains entered two separate clades, including the basal branch and the c1 branch that is widely spread in Eurasia. The data on the isolation time was used for the dating of phylogenetic tree, and also the estimated time frame for the B. abortus genotype diversification was determined. There were sets of specific SNPs identified, which defined each of the genotypes and ***: A significant genetic diversity of the brucellosis pathogen strains from Russia has been proven. The sets of unique specific SNPs described in our study may become one of the elements within a bio-informational analysis algorithm to be used for epidemiological study of brucellosis outbreaks, including those caused by new(atypical) genetic variants of B. abortus.

XRD characterization of crystallinity of Human Tooth Enamel under Influence of Mechanical Grinding

crystallinity refers to the degree of structural order in a solid and has a big influence on hardness, density, transparency and diffusion. Even within materials that are crystalline completely, the degree of structural perfection can vary, reflecting size and elastic strain of many independent crystalline regions (grains or crystallites) of which these materials are composed. In this work it was attempted to reduce the crystallinity of human enamel using a technique of mechanical grinding (MG) with an ultra-compact FRITScH Mini-Mill PULVERISETTE 23 machine. Variation in the crystallinity through the MG was monitored by X-ray diffraction (XRD) by broadening of the diffraction peak and examined using the Williamson-Hall plot method. crystallites in human enamel are regularly arranged and oriented (in the [001] direction) perpendicularly to the interface of enameldentin junction. The results showed an anisotropic feature in crystallinity. Reduction of the crystallinity along the a-axis is due to the crystal strain rather than to the refinement of crystal, and vice versa along the c-axis. After 230 h of the MG, the length of crystallites decreased from 100 nm to 30 nm and width from 40 nm to 37 nm approximately.
