Based on the photographic and CCD observations of the relative motion of the A and B components of the binary.sy.tem ADS 9346 obtained with the 26-inch refractor of pulkovo Observatory.during 1979–2019,we discover an invisible companion associated with star *** of the ephemerides with the positional and spectroscopic observations allowed us to calculate the preliminary.orbit of the photocenter(p=15 y.).The minimal mass of the companion is approximately.0.13 *** existence of the invisible low-mass companion is implied by.the IR-excess based on IRAS *** confirm this,additional observations of the radial velocity.near the periastron need to be carried out.

Over the past decade Sino-Russian cooperation in the Arctic has emerged as one of the major topics of the Russia-China negotiations on how to expand their comprehensive strategic partnership and to bring it to a new level. China considers the Arctic region important for its economic interests and desires to be included in the development of the region and its economic potential. For Russia, the Arctic is a future strategic resource base that would replace the old depleting fields and assure Russia’s status as a major worldwide energy.supplier. Despite many.joint statements on deepening of the Sino-Russian cooperation in the development of the Arctic energy.resources, the concrete results of these ambitious plans are few. Some joint projects were dropped, as China and Russia could not agree on the conditions of the deal, others are progressing very.slowly.and have an uncertain future. In 2017, China has expanded its "Belt and Road Initiative"(BRI) to the Arctic thus elevating the Sino-Russian cooperation in the Artcic to a higher level. How did the relationship between Russia and China evolve in the Arctic and how do Russia and China view and respond to the new Arctic dimension of the BRI? What factors limit the strategic rapprochement between China and Russia in the Arctic?

利用2004年海南DpS-4数字测高仪观测到的强区域扩展F(SSF)数据,分析研究了5个强磁暴(Dst<-100 nT)事件期间海南SSF的响应特征.结果发现,在海南地区,5个强磁暴事件中有3个磁暴Dst最小值位于2200—0200 LT之间,在磁暴主相及恢复相初期均出现了SSF现象,这种触发作用可能源于磁层直接渗透电场的作用,而另两个磁暴Dst最小值均发生在白天,一个SSF现象出现在磁暴的恢复相晚间,另一个SSF现象出现在超强磁暴的初相晚间,后者可能由该超强磁暴的急始造成的直接渗透电场所触发;5个强磁暴期间发生的SSF现象或者仅出现在午夜前,或者先出现在午夜前并持续到午夜后;同时,还就这些观测结果与Dabas等人有关磁暴对ESF影响的结论进行对比和讨论.

Agassiz, 1865 and Beroe ovata May.r, 1912 into the Black Sea and their important role in this region pelagic ecosy.tem is stipulated mainly.by.the considerable eury.hermy.of these species. Many.ecological-phy.iological characteristics of ctenophores—aliens are studied quite well. However, bioluminescence, one of the most important elements of the ctenophores ecology.and the bioluminescence reaction temperature optimum for these individuals under different environment temperatures were not studied sufficiently. Therefore our researches in this scientific field are significant and conceptually.novel for ctenophores ecology.study. Experimental investigations were carried out in the period of 2008-2009 in the IBSS. Uni-sized (40 mm) ctenophores were collected in the Sevastopol coastal zone and divided in several groups, contained under different temperatures: from 10°C ± 1°C to 30°C ± 1°C. Ctenophore bioluminescence was investigated under chemical and mechanical stimulation. M. leidy. light emission maximal amplitude (1432.94 ± 71.64 × 108 quantum·s–1·cm–2) with duration of 3.54 ± 0.15 s is fixed under the temperature of 26°C ± 1°C. Temperature increase up to 30°C ± 1°C led to the 4 times decrease of the bioluminescence intensity. Under temperature decrease up to 10°C ± 1°C this parameter decreased 20 times (p B. ovata achieved maximal values under the temperature of 22°C ± 1°C (1150.12 ± 57.51 × 108 quantum·s–1·cm–2) with duration of 3.03 ± 0.15 s. The luminescence intensity.decreased under the temperature increase to 30°C ± 1°C more than 20 times. Temperature decrease to the values of 10°C ± 1°C impacted decreasing the amplitude of bioluminescence up to the minimal –4.92 ± 0.22 × 108 quantum·s–1·cm–2. The data obtained testify.that characteristics of the ctenophores bioluminescence can be conditioned not only.by.the modification the environment temperature but by.the variability.of their phy.iological condition.

Background: During the last decades, deceased-donor liver transplantation (DDLT) has gained a place in the therapeutic algorithm of well-selected patients harbouring non-resectable secondary.liver tumors. Living-donor LT (LDLT) might represent a valuable means to further expand this indication for LT. Methods: Between 1985 and 2016, twenty.two adults were transplanted because of neuroendocrine ( n = 18, 82%) and colorectal metastases ( n = 4, 18%);50% received DDLT and 50% LDLT. In LDLT, 4 (36%) right and 7 (64%) left grafts were used;the median graft-to-recipient-weight ratios (GRWR) were 1.03%(IQR 0.86%- 1.30%) and 0.59%(IQR 0.51%- 0.91%), respectively. Median post-LT follow-up was 64 months (IQR 17–107) in the DDLT group and 40 months (IQR 35–116) in the LDLT group. DDLT and LDLT recipients were compared in terms of overall survival, graft survival, postoperative complications and recurrence. Results: The 1- and 5-y.ar actuarial patient survivals were 82% and 55% after DDLT, 100% and 100% after LDLT, respectively.( p y.ar actuarial graft survivals were 73% and 36% after DDLT, 91% and 91% after LDLT ( p parable. Donor hepatectomy.proved safe, and one donor experienced a Clavien IIIb complication. Bilirubin peak was significantly.lower after left hepatectomy.compared with that after right hepatectomy.[1.3 (IQR 1.2–2.2) vs. 3.3 (IQR 2.3–5.2) mg/dL;p = 0.02]. Conclusions: The more recent LDLT series compared favorably.to our DDLT series in the treatment of secondary.liver malignancies. The absence of portal hy.ertension and the use of smaller left grafts make recipient and donor surgeries safe. The safety.of the procedures and lack of interference with the scarce allograft pool are expected to lead to a more frequent use of LDLT in the field of transplant oncology.

Various poly.orphisms in cy.okine genes have recently.been investigated as candidate risk factors in allogeneic hematopoetic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).We retrospectively.analy.ed specific poly.orphisms in genes for interleukin(IL)-10,IL-6,tumor-necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and interferon gamma(IFN-c)in a pediatric cohort of 57 histocompatibility.leucocy.e antigen(HLA)-identical sibling my.loablative *** recipient and donor genoty.es were tested for association with graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)by.statistical methods including Cox regression *** found a significant association between the IL-10 promoter haploty.e poly.orphisms at positions-1082,-819 and-592 with the occurrence of severe(grades Ⅲ–Ⅳ)acute GVHD(aGVHD).Recipients with the haploty.e GCC had a statistically.significant decreased risk of severe aGVHD(hazard risk(HR)50.20,95% confidence interval(CI):0.06–0.67)in comparison with patients with other IL-10 haploty.es(p50.008).Transplant-related mortality.at 1 y.ar was significantly.lower in recipients with this haploty.e(HR50.17,95% CI:0.012–0.320)versus other IL-10 haploty.es(p=0.03),whereas overall survival was not influenced by.IL-10 haploty.e *** multivariate analy.is,the presence of the IL-10 GCC haploty.e was found as the only.variable associated with a statistically.significant decreased hazard of severe aGVHD development(p=0.02,HR50.21,95% CI:0.05–0.78).These results suggest that pediatric patients possessing the IL-10 GCC haploty.e may.be protected from the occurrence of severe aGVHD in the setting of matched sibling HSCT.
