High intrinsic the.mal conductivity and low dielectric constant of liquid crystalline epoxy resins with fluorine-containing semi-IPN structures

High integration, high frequency, high power, and miniaturization of electrical and electronic devices have raised higher demands for epoxy resins with both high intrinsic the.mal conductivity and low dielectric properties. herein, a series of linear fluorinated epoxy copolymers(poly（PFS-co-GmA）) were synthesized via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer（RAFT） polymerization. Poly（PFS-co-GmA） was introduced into the cross-linked network of a biphenyl-based liquid crystalline epoxy（LCE） by forming a semi-interpenetrating polymer network（semi-IPN）. The prepared liquid crystalline epoxy resins（LCERs） simultaneously exhibited high intrinsic the.mal conductivity and low dielectric properties. The.molar mass and mass fraction of poly（PFS-co-GmA） were found to have a profound effect on the the.mal conductivity and dielectric performance of LCERs. For instance, poly（PFS-co-GmA） with the number average molar mass（m_n） of 4300 and 7800 g/mol showed a decreasing effect on the the.mal conductivity（λ） of LCERs whereas the polymer with m_n of 10500 g/mol enhanced the λ. The intrinsic λ of LCERs increased to a remarkable highest value of 0.40 W/（m K）, which was twice that of conventional epoxy resin(0.20 W/（m·K）). In addition, introducing poly（PFS-co-GmA） would significantly decrease the dielectric constant（ε） and dielectric loss tangent（tanδ） of LCERs from 3.44 and 0.035 to 2.49 and 0.001 at 1 mHz, respectively. Notably, the ε and tanδ could remain relatively stable over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures up to 120 °C. Additionally, the semi-IPN structure enhanced the hardness, electrical insulation, and hydrophobicity of LCERs.

为研究成渝地区臭氧生成敏感性变化特征,采用OmI卫星观测的对流层柱浓度FNR指示剂(HCHO/NO_(2)),分析夏季臭氧生成敏感性(OFS),并基于地理探测器分析污染源排放、气象因子及其交互作用对OFS的影响.结果表明:(1)成渝地区夏季OFS分区以协同控制区为主,面积占比约为42.42%;VOCs控制区较少,主要分布在成都市和重庆市主城区,面积占比约为16.37%;NO_(x)控制区主要分布在雅安市、乐山市、宜宾市、泸州市以及重庆市东部,面积占比约为41.21%.(2)从月份变化来看,6~8月,VOCs控制区面积逐渐减少,8月达到最低值,占比仅有3.53%,9月VOCs控制区面积增加显著.(3)大气污染物(CO、Pm_(2.5)、NmVOC和NO_(x))排放是影响成渝地区夏季OFS的主要因素,随着排放量的增加,FNR逐渐减小,OFS趋向于VOCs控制区.(4)地表大气压力(SP)、2 m气温(T2),大气柱总水量(TCW)是影响成渝地区夏季OFS变化的3个主要气象因素,三者均与FNR呈负相关,SP、T2,TCW的值越大,OFS更趋向于VOCs控制.(5)因子间的交互作用会加剧臭氧生成敏感性的变化,污染物和气象因子之间的交互作用是成渝地区夏季OFS变化的主要驱动力.

实时高效的数据遥传是制约随钻测井发展的关键技术难题.随钻声波遥传技术利用周期钻柱中的声载波传输测井数据,有望突破目前的低速遥传限制.随钻声信道是流固耦合的复杂波导,然而理论模型大多将其简化为自由钻柱,而忽略了充液井孔的耦合效应.本文从信道建模理论出发,构建了基于四端口传播矩阵的全波信道函数,并提出低复杂度的单载波相干声通信方案,从理论上评估了随钻声信道响应特性与传输性能.通过与有限差分法的对比验证了本文信道建模方法的有效性.仿真结果表明:随钻声信道具有离散带隙的幅度特性和非线性失真的相位特性;信道通带内传输的调制载波具有显著的群延迟,补偿后的系统传输性能得到提升;189.5 m信道通带内能实现单载波20 bps的有效数据传输.本文结果为随钻声波遥传提供了理论依据.

Composite score of PD-1+CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and CD57+CD8+ tumor ascites lymphocytes is associated with prognosis and tumor immune microenvironment of patients with advanced high-grade serous ovarian cancer

Objective: The expression of programmed death 1（PD-1） on CD8+T cells is associated with their activation and exhaustion, while CD57 serves as a senescence marker. The impact of PD-1+and CD57+CD8+T cells on the prognosis of patients with advanced high-grade serous ovarian cancer（HGSOC） remain ***: We assessed the percentages of PD-1+and CD57+CD8+T cells in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes（TILs, n=85） and tumor ascites lymphocytes（TALs, n=87） using flow cytometry. The optimal cutoffs for these markers in TILs and TALs were determined through the log-rank maximization method. Gene expression analysis elucidated the tumor immune microenvironment（TImE, n=36）.Results: Patients with higher PD-1+CD8+TILs（>87.8%） exhibited longer platinum-free interval（PFI） and overall survival（OS）. In contrast, those with elevated CD57+CD8+TALs（>28.69%） were more likely to experience chemotherapy and had lower complete remission rates, shorter PFI and OS. PD-1+CD8+TILs are primarily displayed an effector memory state with strong proliferative and secretory capabilities. Approximately 50% of CD57+CD8+TALs were terminally differentiated, exhibiting significantly impaired proliferation. Based on the proportions of PD-1+CD8+TILs and CD57+CD8+TALs, patients were categorized into good, median and poor prognosis groups, with median PFI of 47.78, 27.29 and 11.96 months, respectively（Pmedian OS for these groups was not reach, 49.23 and 30.92 months, respectively（Pm2 macrophage in the TImE, alongside downregulation of multiple T cell activation-related ***: Lower levels of PD-1+CD8+TILs and higher CD57+CD8+TALs, assessed prior to treatment,correlated with poor prognosis and suppressive TImE in advanced HGSOC.

The integration of microorganisms and photosensitizers presents a promising approach to chemical production utilizing solar energy. However, the current system construction process remains complex. herein, we introduce a straightforward and efficient solar-to-chemical conversion system that combines the dissolved photosensitizer Eosin Y with the non-photosynthetic bacterium moorella the.moacetica. Under light radiation, acetate production increased to 5.1 μm h-1μm-1catalyst, exceeding the previously reported maximum by 5.9-fold, with a quantum efficiency of 17.6%. The soluble photosensitizer EY can penetrate the cell and directly engage in intracellular energy metabolism, significantly enhancing intracellular ATP and NADPH/NADP+levels. Within this biohybrid system, sacrificial agent triethanolamine played a dual role:（1） providing continuous photoelectron generation by Eosin Y, enhancing intracellular reducing power, and facilitating carbon fixation via the Wood-Ljungdahl pathway; and（2） its oxidation product, formaldehyde, served as a critical intermediate and a direct precursor for methylenetetrahydrofolate in the Wood-Ljungdahl pathway, consequently simplifying reaction steps and markedly boosting acetate *** study provides a simple microorganism-photosensitizer biohybrid system to produce acetate and light on the.multifaceted roles of sacrificial agents, paving the development of efficient solar energy conversion with nonphotosynthetic bacteria.

河南鹤壁某高速公路项目地质情况极复杂，煤矿采空区为该项目最复杂的不良地质，控制着该项目的设计方案、工程规模及造价。经调查研究，路线跨越煤矿采空区总长4 513 m,具有隐蔽、复杂、年代久远、多样、多层、多次开采的特点。该项目详勘在充分利用初勘成果的基础上，研究采用了综合勘察方法：首先，采用煤矿区资料收集、遥感解译、地表网格式调查、村民及矿企的访问取证等方法进行收集与调查；随后，对各采空区进行了物探、钻探验证(老窑井口架空钻探、孔内测试和取样试验)、稳定性评价等实物勘察，实物勘察重点为老采空区和小窑采空区。勘察成果经多次采空区专项评审，认为勘察成果丰富、资料齐全、结论可靠，采空区稳定性评价结论基本正确，处治建议基本可行。施工阶段采空区处治施工时，注浆孔揭示的采空区深度、范围与勘察结论基本吻合，获得施工单位、业主单位人员的一致好评。提出的采空区勘察总体思路“以专项调查和资料收集为主，辅以物探普查、钻探验证、孔内测试”,可以为类似项目勘察工作的开展起到借鉴作用，具有一定的实际工程意义。
