Mixture of phosphoric and sulfuric acid solutions has been used to investigate the dissolution of natural phosphates (PN) by DRC. The effect of concentration, particle size and stirring speed reaction is examined. Thermochimique properties of each kinetic parameters reaction are determined. It was found that these parameters have a considerable effect on the thermochemical aspect of the attack reaction. It is known that the process of PN sulphophosphoric acid attack leads to the formation of dihydrate (CaSO4.2H2O: DH). The present work shows the precipitation of other residues their formula depends on factors studied. The increase in concentration leads to the formation of hemihydrate (CaSO4v1/2H2O:HH) beside DH for the low values of% H2SO4 due to the solubility of dihydrate on the etching solution and the precipitation of (Ca (H2PO4)2.2H2O) next of DH for low agitation values because of the lack of turbulence between the liquid phase and the solid phase which favors the precipitation of this latter compound.

A calorimetric, Differential Reaction Calorimetry (DRC), study of the thermochemical of the attack of a phosphate ore from Gafsa region (Tunisia) by a mixture of sulfuric and phosphoric acid is undertaken at different solid-liquid ratio and different temperature. The plot of the quantity of heat measured by integrating the raw signal as a function of the dissolved mass in the same volume solution at 25℃ presents three straight segments attributed at the formation of the hemihydrate (CaSO4·1/2H2O:HH), the dihydrate (CaSO4·2H2O:DH) or a mixture of these two products checked by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis (Differential Scanning Calorimeter: DSC). The attack by the acid mixture was performed at higher temperature and showed in addition the formation of another form of calcium sulfate:anhydrous (CaSO4:AH). Moreover, the variation of mass enthalpy versus temperature presents a break at the T = 45℃. According to our results, it seems that the effect of the temperature on the sulfo-phosphoric attack reaction on the natural phosphate (NP) generates a change of mechanism at around 45℃.

A new ErzMn207 compound was synthesized by the ceramic method and its crystal structure was characterized LJsing powder X-ray diffraction （XRD） and observed by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The magnetic properties were investigated using a BS2 magnetometer and the heat capacity was studied using a quantum design （PPMS）. The structural study revealed that this compound was monophasic and crystallized in the monoclinic system with the P2/M space group. Magnetization measurements were carried out in the temperature range of 1.8-200 K under an applied magnetic field of 0.05 T. A crossover from a room temperature para- magnetic phase to an antiferromagnetic one at low temperature was detected from the magnetic study. The magnetic susceptibility, in the paramagnetic region above 40 K, was found to present a simple Curie-Weiss type behavior. From the specific heat （G,） measurements in magnetic fields up to 5 T, we noted the presence of a wide peak characteristic of a second order magneto-structural transition.

Aim:We analyzed the use of tubularized tunneled bladder mucosa graft(TBMG)and its application as a salvage procedure or as primary surgery for long urethroplasty in children and *** attention was given to a new method to harvest a long bladder mucosa graft through a minimal ***:We analyzed the files of 10 patients who underwent TBMG urethroplasty at median age of 105 months(range 20-195 months).The indications were perineal hypospadias cripple in two,masculinizing genitoplasty for ovotesticular Ovotesticular Disorder of Sex Development(DSD)in two,perineal hypospadias in four,duplicated urethra in one,and complications of circumcision in *** reconstruction was performed in all *** first stage was removal of all fibrous tissues and efficient treatment of curvature and skin *** a minimal delay of one year,a free bladder mucosa graft was harvested through a minimal detrusotomy and *** of the graft was proceeded from the perineal urethrostomy to the ***:The graft was successfully harvested through the minimal detrusotomy approach for variable lengths of urethroplasty;the median length was 10.5 cm(range 8-16 cm).The median follow up was 61.7 months(range 18-160 months).TBMG was the last surgery with no redo in five cases(50%).Long stricture occurred in one case of primary perineal hypospadias and needed a redo staged *** patients performed self-dilatation for distal ***:The tunneled bladder mucosa tube graft technique represents a good alternative for a long urethroplasty in patients with a paucity of healthy *** minimal detrusotomy technique for graft retrieval may reduce graft harvesting morbidity.

The a-amino acid derivatives constitute a class of compounds of particular medicinal and synthetic attention and considerable interest has been devoted to their synthesis in recent *** the present work,we develop the computational study of the synthesis reaction of new pyrazolyl a-amino esters derivatives using the Gaussian 09based on the DET/B3LYP density functional theorv method,with the base 6-31G(d.p)to ensure the possibility of carrying out these reactions within the laboratory of ***,this research has encouraged us to establish an economical synthesis strategy of these products in overall vields of 73.5%to 87%to have access to new active biomolecule through the O-alkvlation reaction between methyl a-azidoglycinate N-benzoylated and primary pyrazole alcohols(3,5-dimethyl-1 H-pyrazol-1-yl)methanol,(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methanol and(3-ethoxy-5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-1yl)methanoll under different operating *** structure of the prepared heterocyclic systems was characterized by conventional spectroscopic techniques,like H NMR.I3℃NMR,and *** results revealed that the experimental study is in good correlation with the computational one.

Subcutaneous orbital and facial emphysema is a rare condition that may occur after a direct or indirect sinus trauma. A case report of a 25-year-old female complaining of bilateral swelling of the eyelid, orbital area, and facial puffiness, secondary to a violent nose-blowing. Computed tomography (CT) confirmed the diagnosis of subcutaneous emphysema. The initial treatment plan was puncture-suction and prophylactic intravenous antibiotic therapy. The patient was advised to not blow her nose. There has been no improvement in the patient’s condition on the tenth day, so we performed a bilateral nasal packing by two Merocels (R), maintained for five days. After two weeks, the condition had completely resolved.

Background: No relationship between Marfan’ s syndrome and pigmentary glaucoma has previously been described in the ophthalmic literature. We describe the case of a patient with Marfan’ s syndrome who had bilateral pigment dispersion syndrome and asymmetrical glaucoma. Methods: A 34-year-old man with Marfan’ s syndrome developed pigment dispersion bilaterally. In the right eye, elevated intra-ocular pressure was associated with marked glaucomatous excavation of the right disc and corresponding visual field loss. A localised zonular dehiscence was present at the 6 o’ clock position in the right eye. Results: Ultrasound biomicroscopy showed marked iris concavity in the right eye, increased iridolenticular contact and superior subluxation of the right lens, resulting in increased dispersion of pigment unilaterally. This explains the asymmetric pattern of the glaucomatous damage. Conclusions: Asymmetrical progression of pigmentary glaucoma is uncommon and should prompt a search for some other mechanical factor,which might increase the iridozonular contact on one side or reduce it on the *** association between the two syndromes in this patient was most likely mechanical due to reduced fibrillin expression throughout the eye and particularly in the iris and the lens zonules, resulting in loss of iris tensile strength and marked iris concavity as well as zonular weakness and partial lens subluxation.
