Density o. dislo.atio.s in the near-surface layer was investigated in X-cut LiNbo.(3) depending o. thermal annealing in the temperature range o. 400℃–600℃.A dynamic mo.el o. rando.ly distributed dislo.atio.s has been develo.ed fo. LiNbo.(3) by using X-ray *** experimental results sho.ed that the dislo.atio. density o. the near-surface layer reached the minimum at the thermal annealing temperature o. 500℃,with the analysis being perfo.med when wet selective etching and X-ray diffractio. metho.s were *** co.cluded that ho.o.enizatio. annealing is an effective technique to.impro.e the quality o. pho.o.ic circuits based o.
