Exergy analysis is a critical aspect of Energy Engineering that can not be *** need for constant study in this area is very crucial due to it evolving *** study involved the analysis of exergy of an Experimental Domestic Scale Solar Water Heating System situated in Owerri,Imo State,*** were couples of literature reviews done in relation to the *** was aimed at analyzing the efficiency of solar water heating *** materials involved in this study are solar radiation collector panel, storage tank, pump, heat exchanger, piping unit and heat transfer *** the results,it recorded that collector outlet temperature is a function of solar radiation and *** Collector Efficiency occurred at 1 *** the set up location *** was further revealed that performance of the flat plate solar water heater(SWH)obtained maximum of 97%and minimum of 38%efficiencies at 1 *** 5 *** highest exergy efficiency gotten was 60%at 1 *** the lowest was 1.9%at 9 ***,exergy analysis is a useful method for optimizing performance of a flat plate solar water heating system due to it proportionality to basic quantities in solar studies.

To review studies on hypertension in Nigeria over the past five decades in terms of prevalence, awareness and treatment and *** our search on Pubmed,African Journals Online and the World Health Organization Global cardiovascular infobase,1060 related references were identified out of which 43 were found to be relevant for this *** overall prevalence of hypertension in Nigeria ranges from 8%-46.4% depending on the study target population, type of measurement and cut-off value used for defining *** prevalence is similar in men and women(7.9%-50.2% vs 3.5%-68.8%,respectively) and in the urban(8.1%-42.0%) and rural setting(13.5%-46.4%).The pooled prevalence increased from 8.6% from the only study during the period from 1970-1979 to 22.5%(2000-2011).Awareness,treatment and control of hypertension were generally low with attendant high burden of hypertension related *** order to improve outcomes of cardiovascular disease in Africans, public health education to improve awareness of hypertension is *** epidemiological studies on hypertension are required to adequately understand and characterize the impact of hypertension in society.

Background: Yellow fever is transmitted primarily to humans and non-human primates through the bite of an infected female mosquito Aedes Spp. It is prevented mainly by vaccination. Method: This retrospective observational study at the Center for Communicable Disease Control and Research (CCDCR) Federal Medical Center Asaba (F.M.C) was conducted on all patients diagnosed and managed with yellow fever in the year 2020. We studied a total number of 57 patients’ case files seen within the period. A chi-square test was done to test the null and alternative hypotheses. Result: About 48 (84.2%) males and female 9 (15.8%) females were mostly affected and gender was significant with a chi-squared value of 26.6 and p-value of 0.00. Conclusion: To eradicate this virus, vaccination and health promotions should be encouraged by the health care workers supported by the government. This is to ensure that a greater proportion of the affected community can be immunized.
