Rice husk ask (RHA) is not a ultra-fine material as silica fume (SF),but possesses a very high specific surface area because of its porous structure. With the similar chemical composition of RHA and SF,the activity of RHA,therefore,is different from that of SF. The objective of this work is to study the hydration and the microstructure of Portland cement blended with RHA in comparison with SF. The test results show that SF refined the pore structure of cement paste better than RHA. However,the effect of RHA on cement hydration is more pronouned than that of SF for the mixture with low water to binder ratio.

New geochemical data of the crater-facies Tokapal kimberlite system sandwiched between the lower and upper stratigraphic horizons of the Mesoproterozoic lndravati Basin a：：e presented. The kimberlite has been subjected to extensive and pervasive low-temperature alteration. Spinel is the only primary phase identifiable, while olivine macrocrysts and juvenile lapilli are largely pseudomorphed （talc-serpentine- carbonate alteration）. However, with the exception of the alkalies, major element oxides display systematic fractionation trends; likewise, HFSE patterns are well correlated and allow petrogenetic interpretation. various crustal contamination indices such as （Sio2 ＋ AI：：o3 ~ Na20）]（Mgo ~ K20） and Si] Mg are close to those of uncontaminated kimberlites. Similar La]Yb （＇79-109） of the Tokapal samples with those from the kimberlites of Wajrakarur （73-145） and Narayanpet （72-156）, Eastern Dharwar craton, southern India implies a similarity in their genesis. In the discriminant plots involving HFSE the Tokapal samples display strong affinities to Group 1I kimberlites from southern Africa and central India as well as to ＇transitional kimberlites＇ from the Eastern Dharwar craton, southern India, and those from the Prieska and Kuruman provinces of southern Africa. There is a striking ~;imilarity in the depleted-mantle （ToM） Nd model ages of the Tokapal kimberlite system, Bastar craton, th~ kimberlites from NKF and WKE Eastern Dharwar craton, and the Majhgawan diatreme, Bundelkhand craton, with the emplacement age of some of the lamproites from within and around the Palaeo^Mesoproterozoic Cuddapah basin, southern India. These similar ages imply a major tectonomagmatic event, possibly related to the break- up of the supercontinent of Columbia, at 1.3-1.5 ga across the l：hree cratons. Zircon Hf evolutionary patterns are powerful tools to investiage magma petrogenesis and crustal evolution. The ^(176)Hf/^(177)Hf isotopic signature of a rock is particularly informative and can be used to derive an estimation of the time when mantle extraction and diagnose closed system reworking where successive samples through time define an Hf evolution array dependant on the source Lu/Hf ratio. However, many magmatic events require new mantle addition as the thermal impetus for melting pre-existing crust. In this situation, rather than simply reflecting reworking, the isotopic signature indicates mixing with contributions from both reworked crust and new radiogenic input. Different geodynamic settings have different propensities for either reworking or addition of new mantle-derived magma. Hence, Hf-time trends carry within them a record, albeit cryptic, of the evolving geodynamic environment as different tectonic configurations recycle and add new crust at different rates, magnitudes, and from different sources. As an example of the difference in apparent Hf evolution slopes, we present Hf-time compilations from three geographically distinct Meso-to Neoproterozoic orogenic belts in the North Atlantic Region whose geodynamic configurations remain a subject of debate. We use the εHf/Ma trajectory to assist in understanding their evolution. The εHf/Ma trajectory of the Sveconorwegian orogen corresponds to a ^(176)Lu/^(177) Hf ratio of 0.012, which implies a process driven primarily by reworking of preexisting crust that is balanced with input from the depleted mantle resulting in a relatively shallowεHf/Ma slope. The valhalla orogen reveals a similar comparatively shallow εHf/Ma path. In stark contrast to these patterns is the steep εHf/Ma trajectory of the Grenville orogen that requires a mixing process involving a greater contribution of old crust of at least ～ 1.8 ga age. The Archean Eon was a time of geodynamic *** evidence of these transitions come from igneous/metaigneous rocks,which dominate cratonic segments *** data for granitoids from an Archean basement inlier related to the Southern S?o Francisco Craton(SSFC),are integrated with geochronological,isotopic and geochemical data on Archean granitoids from the *** rocks are divided into three main geochemical groups with different ages:(1)TTG(3.02–2.77 ga);(2)mediumto high-K granitoids(2.85–2.72 ga);and(3)A-type granites(2.7–2.6 ga).The juvenile to chondritic(Hf-Nd isotopes)TTG were divided into two sub-groups,TTG 1(low-HREE)and 2(high-HREE),derived from partial melting of metamafic rocks similar to those from adjacent greenstone *** compositional diversity within the TTG is attributed to different pressures during partial melting,supported by a positive correlation of Dy/Yb and Sr/Zr,and batch melting *** proposed TTG sources are geochemically similar to basaltic rocks from modern island-arcs,indicating the presence of subduction processes concomitant with TTG ***~2.85 ga to 2.70 ga,the dominant rocks were K-rich *** are modeled as crustal melts of TTG,during regional metamorphism indicative of crustal *** compositional diversity is linked to:(i)differences in source composition;(ii)distinct melt fractions during partial melting;and(iii)different residual mineralogies reflecting varying P–T ***-collisional(~2.7–2.6 ga)A-type granites reflect rifting in that they were closely followed by extension-related dyke swarms,and they are interpreted as differentiation or partial melting products of magmas derived from subduction-modified *** sequence of granitoid emplacement indicates subduction-related magmatism was followed by crustal thickening,regional metamorphism and crustal melting,and post-collisional extension,similar to that seen in younger Wilson *** is compelling evide

objective： Patients undergoing total gastrectomy for cancer are at risk of malnourishment. The aim of this self- controlled study was to examine the effect of jejunostomy tube feeding （JTF） and other factors on postoperative weight and the incidence of jejunostomy-related complications in patients undergoing total gastrectomy for cancer. Methods： All consecutive patients who underwent total gastrectomy for gastric cancer with jejunostomy plaeement were included from a prospective single-center database （2003-2014）. Jejunostomy-related complications and postoperative weight changes were evaluated up to 12 months after surgery. Multivariable linear regression analysis was performed to identify factors associated with weight loss 12 months after gastreetomy. Results： of 113 patients operated in the study period, 65 received JTF after total gastrectomy for a median duration of 18 d [interquartile range （IQR）, 10-55 d]. Jejunostomy-related complieations occurred in 11 （17%） patients, including skin leakage （n=3） and peritoneal leakage （n=2）, luxation （n=3）, occlusion （n=2）, infection （n=l） and torsion （n=l）. In 2 （3%） patients, a reoperation was needed due to jejtmostomy-related complications. The mean preoperative weight of patients was 71.8 kg （100%）, and remained stable during JTF （73.9 kg, 103%, P=0.331）. After JTF was stopped, the mean weight of patients decreased to 64.9 kg （90%） at 12 months after surgery （P〈0.001）. A high preoperative body mass index （BMI）（〉_25 kg/m2） was associated with high postoperative weight loss compared to patients with a low BMI （〈25 kg/m2）（16.3% vs. 8.6%, P=0.016）. Conclusions： JTF can prevent weight loss in the early postoperative phase. However, this is at the prize of possible complications. As weight loss in the long term is not prevented, routine JTF should be re-evaluated and balanced against the selected use in preoperatively malnourished patients. To the Editor： Here we report a craniotomy under general anesthesia successfully performed at a 4350-m altitude and the patient＇s follow-up results. To the best of our knowledge, this is one craniotomy carried out at the highest altitude in the world to date.A 21-year-old man occurred spontaneous light headache in the Ali area at a 4350-m altitude in the Tibet autonomous region of China on october 23,2011, and his headache became severe gradually. Three days later, the patient was in a coma with 5 scores （E1v1M3） on the Glasgow Coma Scale （GCS）; his left pupil diameter was 5.0 mm and right pupil diameter was 3.0 ram, both direct and indirect light reflex of the bilateral pupils disappeared. Craniocerebral computed tomography （CT） scan indicated a large acute subdural hematoma located in the left fronto-temporo-parietal region, widespread subarachnoid hemorrhage and brain herniation [Figure l a-c]. Emergency treatment was given for the patient in time, including continuous mask oxygen inhalation, strong dehydration （20% mannitol 250 ml ＋ furosemide 10 mg ＋ dexamethasone 5 rag, fast intravenous drip, once per 5 h）, and medical hemostasis.

运用竞技能力结构的"双子模型"理论,分析日本男子4×100米接力队在里约奥运会决赛中棒次安排策略和交接棒技术。分别从棒次安排顺序与运动员专项成绩关系以及交接棒技术、各接力区用时和v交与v途比较中证实竞技能力中的特长因子能弥补弱势因子,且特长因子不会因为弥补弱势因子而受到影响的非衡结构补偿。日本接力队整体交接棒技术弥补了个体速度能力的缺陷,以此保证在接力区中发挥最大加速度摆脱静止状态,使v交不断接近v途,提高两者比值。研究日本男子接力队的棒次安排策略和交接棒技术,旨在进一步证实发挥特长优势在竞赛中的重要性,为中国接力队提供一定借鉴。
