Transfer RNA-derived small RNAs(tsRNAs)have been shown to be involved in early embryo development and repression of endogenous retroelements in embryos and stem ***,it is unknown whether tsRNAs also regulate embryo *** this study,we mined the sequencing data of a previous experiment in which we demonstrated that the microRNA(miRNA)cargo of preimplantation embryonic extracellular vesicles(EVs)influences embryo *** thus profiled the tsRNA cargo of EVs secreted by blastocysts and *** majority of tsRNAs was identified as tRNA halves originating from the 5'ends of *** the 148 differentially expressed tsRNAs,the 19 nt tRNA fragment(tRF)tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 was found to be significantly up-regulated in EVs derived from ***-qPCR assays confirmed its significant up-regulation in non-blastocyst embryos and their conditioned medium compared to the blastocyst group(Palysis of embryos treated with tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 antagomirs further showed differential expression of genes that are associated with embryo hatching and *** summary,tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 is up-regulated in non-blastocyst embryos and their secretions,and inhibition of tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 promotes embryo hatching,while influencing embryo implantation-related genes and *** results indicate that embryonic EVs containing specific tRFs may regulate preimplantation embryo development.

The optimum rate and application timing of Nitrogen(N)fertilizer are crucial in achieving a high yield in rice cultivation;however,conventional laboratory testing of plant nutrients is time-consuming and *** develop a site-specific spatial variable rate application method to overcome the limitations of traditional techniques,especially in fields under a double-cropping system,this study focused on the relationship between Soil Plant Analysis Development(SPAD)chlorophyll meter readings and N content in leaves during different growth stages to introduce the most suitable stage for assessment of crop N and prediction of rice *** SPAD readings and leaf N content were measured on the uppermost fully expanded leaf at panicle formation and booting *** yield was also measured at the end of the *** analysis of variance,variogram,and kriging were calculated to determine the variability of attributes and their relationship,and finally,variability maps were *** linear relationships were observed between attributes,with the same trends in different sampling dates;however,accuracy of semivariance estimation reduces with the growth *** of the study also implied that there was a better relationship between rice leaf N content(R^2=0.93),as well as yield(R2=0.81),with SPAD readings at the panicle formation ***,the SPAD-based evaluation of N status and prediction of rice yield is more reliable on this stage rather than at the booting *** study proved that the application of SPAD chlorophyll meter paves the way for real-time paddy N management and grain yield *** can be reliably exploited in precision agriculture of paddy fields under double-cropping cultivation to understand and control spatial variations.

Equitable water allocation is essential in an irrigation scheme for obtaining potential crop yields from the entire scheme,especially when water supply is *** optimization model achieved this goal by coupling an optimal water allocation model with available water supply and irrigation water demand for a river-fed rice irrigation system in *** model consists of a paddy field water balance module and an optimization *** outputs from the module are daily irrigation demand and surface runoff,if there is *** optimization module consists of an objective function,which minimizes water shortage across the scheme area while maintaining equity in water *** model performs optimization subject to several system constraints,and the decision variable of the model is daily releases or supply to the tertiary *** of this model remained unaffected under different water supply conditions,and the optimization model reliably examined the effects of alternate water allocation and management rules with field *** improves efficiency and equity in water allocation with respect to crop growth stages and water shortages rather than simply cutting irrigation supply on a proportional basis to overcome water shortages.

对高危险HBV感染卫生工作者进行了血清流行病学调查。109名卫生工作者中,83.5%至少有一种HBV感染血清学标志物,显著高于自愿献血员的59.0%（p<0.001）。在卫生工作者五组中,妇产科医师的标志物总流行率为100%;其次,肝炎工作者为90.0%,再次,临床化验室技术员为85.7%。妇产科医师和产科护士两组的HBsAg流行率显著高于临床实验室技术员,手术室护士,及肝炎研究者三组（P<0.001）;前两组的HBsAg和抗-HBs并存流行率亦较高（P<0.025）。肝炎研究者单纯抗-HBs流行率高于其他四组（P<0.025）。单纯抗-HBs阳性相当于乙型肝炎疫苗接种的效果。肝炎工作者认识HBV感染为他们的严重职业性危险,因此及时彻底洗净双手。此结果提示及时彻底洗手具有良好保护效果。
